They try to make you use the self service ordering system but that also charges you a surcharge. I have a huge sanitary concern when I found something metallic in my meal. I wonder if it's their cleaning tools or stove top area not being cleaned throughly. The owner or the GM of this location doesn't care about his customers. I'm not sure why he's still employed when he's clearly doing nothing to make this location better. I will never eat here again, any time I feel like my health is at risk, it's a no for me.

Like honey I know I work at an ice cream shop too and with ANY allergy I would've wiped down that machine. I think this location has to be more inclusive.
