This is my go-to Five Guys location. My order always comes out correct, fresh and boiling hot! I love the cajun fries and like at most Five Guys locations, they overload you with them (and I'm not complaining!). The burgers are my guilty pleasure; not healthy by any means but very delicious/addictive/satisfying. I love how they let you create your own burger with any toppings you want, rather than choosing from a pre-fix menu like at most fast food places. This is definitely one of the better fast food chains out there in my opinion! :) read more

I ordered a burger bowl from this place tonight. Everything was ice cold and old. I threw out half of the food as it tasted bad. Avoid.

Pretty good spot. Almost no one was there when we went which was surprising as the ones at home are always busy during lunch. No lines. No waiting. Cashier was nice and efficient. Our burgers came out hot and accurate. They tasted great. We each got our own fries because he wanted Cajun and I didn't. Hot, fresh, delicious. Soda was off. One machine gave brown water. The other gave 836288274 ice cubes with the lightest touch. We liked that they posted free refills. So we didn't feel bad dumping out the dark water. Plenty of tables for the people waiting to take away and for those of us to eat at. It was clean as were the bathrooms. Overall a great place. read more

I preordered lunch through grubhub for 2pm and my food ended up arriving at 1:53pm cold... I'm literally down the street, probably 3 minute drive. If I didn't have work commitments I would've just drove over. By the time I got my food my burger was soggy and cold. There was so much condensation on my burger buns I ended up having to eat my burger without both buns. The burger barely had any flavor to it. I added grilled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes and it tasted like straight up beef without any seasoning... not even salt and pepper. The lettuce looked bad and they were super stingy with the grilled onions. My fries were soft and soggy as well, however they did fill the large cup to the rim and extra in the brown paper bag. I believe five guys made my order when I preordered online and let it sit there until my driver went to go pick it up... next time I'll just order closer to my pick up/delivery time or go in stores to avoid cold and soggy food. read more

It was my first time here, and I knew it was going to be expensive, but I was shocked at what I received for $27.39. I ordered one hot dog with bacon and cheese, one medium french fries, one large fountain drink, and a bottle of Dasani water. The $9.99 hot dog was quite small, well-grilled, but with a few barely recognizable black bacon crumbles. There was a thin line of orange cheese along the edge of the bun, but nothing inside the roll. The $7.99 French fries were all small pieces. This was at 8 PM, but it seems I received the dregs left over from the day. I left feeling very foolish for paying for such a "meal". I'm not a confrontational person, but I should have asked for my money back as soon as I opened the package. My next step was to go to Shaw's supermarket nearby to buy a package of 8 high-quality Deitz and Watson hot dogs and a package of buns for about $10.00. I usually love stopping by here for burgers and fries because I love their cajun seasoning but recently I feel like there have been more and more mistakes in my order. This time I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger with BBQ, Mayo, pickles, and lettuce but when I got home and ate it it also had onions and jalapeños on it. I am very lucky to not have had an allergy to any of the extra items but I can only imagine if I had. Just before picking up my order I heard a person in front of me have their order given incorrectly but they checked their burger before leaving unlike me who couldn't have it fixed. I also found to service to be lackluster, I understand it is loud in the cooking area but when I arrived I went to the designated pick up area and was screamed at asking if I was here for pick up or to order. I told them I was here for pick up and she did not hear me I tried yelling to her multiple times before she came over to the counter where she was still yelling and I had to basically scream for her to hear me despite her being right next to me. Unbelievable service! I spent $53.88 here Sunday night 10/24! The cashier who turned out to be the GM was completely unprofessional. She messed up my order and instead of just fixing the issue, she decided to argue with me. Rule number 1 ! The CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! If there are divisions of fast food in the 21st century, Five Guys is the higher end of the fast food culinary realm. I consider anywhere that is self service to be fast food or cafeteria food. Finally, after years of settling in Ma, I finally came by to Five Guys to fulfill my curiosity after my friend suggested to go. I heard of the peanut oil being pretty potent here. For once, I was absolutely glad that I don't have nut allergies so that I may freely roam. For a $10 meal, I much rather go to a sit down restaurant for a better quality burger meal for around the same price. OK OK, I get to save on tips here! For the standard burger, it's 2 patties here. I wish they actually made that visible on the menu. If I knew it was 2 patties beforehand, I would have ordered the mini burger instead. Why? Cuz my mouth doesn't go that big! I had trouble eating it with proper manners. I actually debated about removing one of the patties so I can eat the burger easier. The meal here at Five Guys was bland. The burger had no taste. I suppose it's a good thing that the toppings are inclusive? But isn't like half the toppings are inclusive everywhere else anyways? Ok , from when i placed my order , medium rare , no such luck. after seeing the 3oz burger getting tossed on the grill and the "cook" taking what looked to be a hand held press and smashing that piece of meat into the grill i realized why even if they said ok to the med rare part was not going to happen anyway. Really, it's that good. How can you make a burger good... that's just it, a burger? Believe me, the ordering system and atmosphere is as good as you'll get in a burger place. Whenever you order, the person manning the cash register screams how many patties are in your order and the cooking staff acknowledges this fact with a "got it". The burgers are amazing, even with American cheese (which I don't like, even though I love America). Fresh, tender and have a very nice flavor that pairs well with pickles, ketchup and mustard. Wait... what is the name of this restaurant? Burgers... AND FRIES? Oh yeah, maybe the best thing about this place are the fries. The fries are just about as good as it gets. There are different types of fries where you go and you can have a "best" type of fry category based on a type of establishment. For example: The former Montreal French Fries (in West Bridgewater, future Montreal Poutine) makes the best "shoe string" hand-cut fries I've ever had. Five Guys makes excellent large hand-cut fries... they don't bother to skin the potato, and they wouldn't. The skin gives the fries excellent earthy taste as well as a very salty seasoning that doesn't go overboard with sodium, it's just about right. Make sure you eat the fries right there and don't reheat them when you get home. Best enjoyed fresh. Some important notes: the "Cheeseburger" comes with 2 patties and the "Little Cheeseburger" comes with 1. This is also the case with the Hamburger and Little Hamburger. The large fries are probably the largest portion of fries you will have in the area, and they also put about half the serving in the large fries in the bag around it... so you're really getting a large fry and a half. I LOVE burgers and I love Peanuts. They've got both -- I am sold!!! I came here with 2 others and we pretty much ordered the same. Burgers and lots of topics. We also ordered a large order of fries too -- i don't even know why because we couldn't finish it. The fries were really good, though a bit on the greasy side but they were fresh cut and fried. You can go help yourself and scoop some peanuts while you wait for your food. I love peanuts and don't mind de-shelling them and popping it into my mouth. The place was relatively clean. The red and white checkers drives me a little crazy though. lol. I didn't get to check the bathroom but i think it's ok. My friend went and he didn't complain about it. The burgers were juicy and melted in your mouth. The topics I got were lettuce and tomato and grilled mushroom and onions. It was delicious!!! I had never even heard of Five Guys until fairly recently, and even then I didn't pay too much mind to them until Freddy & Tania, a couple whose vlog I follow visited one down in Florida. After seeing those hunger inducing burgers & fries, I had to try them. The atmosphere was mediocre, the bright fluorescent lights and sterile white walls did little to make me feel comfortable. Their walls are "decorated" with large blow-ups of ZAGAT awards and various articles on the restaurant. Finally, the bags of potatoes (?) and peanut oil stacked out in the dining area gave the place a real unpolished feel. The menu is fairly short & sweet, you have a choice of burgers, hot dogs, toppings, French fries, and soda. The prices are average, with the cost of a burger, regular fries, and small soda, I don't see getting out for fewer than ten dollars which really hurts, especially when you can go down the street to the Golden Arches and get a value meal for five bucks. But then again, you are getting the quality of food that Ronnie M. can't offer. The food was very tasty. I was trying to go "cheap" so I got the plain cheeseburger and a small soda. Whats great about Five Guys is that you can choose from a variety of toppings to add and it doesn't cost any extra. You can get "the works" with pickles, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, mayo, grilled onions, and mushrooms. That's quite the combination; they also have other options like raw onion and barbeque sauce. The burgers are cooked fresh to order, your cashier will yell back to the cook manning the grill, telling him to drop two patties (or however many your order requires). You will have to wait a few minutes for your food, but its well worth it to know that its fresh off the grille and hasn't been sitting in a steam warmer for the last four hours. While you wait for your order you can load up on any extra necessary condiments, get your soda, and find a seat. Your food should be ready by then, but if not they also offer shelled peanuts you can take after you order to munch on while you wait. This location is not too favorable, while it is at the intersection of Routes 28 and 139; it's at the very end of a small plaza. If you happen to live or work in the area, it's not that bad, but speaking personally, its quite out of the way and not really near any large anchor stores or attractions. I was expecting them to be near the large cinemas which are down the street. Overall I would say that I had a good experience at Five Guys, and I will certainly return again. read more

After an exhausting 3 hour ordeal at Ikea, I pulled up my trusty Yelp iphone app and searched for some comfort nearby that didn't come in the form of Sweedish Meatballs and screaming children. Five Guys was only a few miles away and my dad has been nagging at me to get there and try one of his "favorite burgers ever". Done. The location is a little random, I assumed the building would be freestanding but it's attached to other businesses at a strip mall. That's fine by me. The line was surprisingly a little long for a Saturday at 2:00pm but it moved quickly. We got the bacon burger, the little bacon cheeseburger, the bacon hotdog, regular fries and a drink. We definitely bacon'd it up that day. We sat and waited about 8 minutes for our order to come up. After unwrapping my burger my heart definitely sank a little because it looked like a regular messy smooshed burger at BK or McDonalds. But one bite in.... yep... I was sold. I got almost everything piled onto my burger and each bite was fantastic. Nothing got lost between those two buns and we were so pleasantly surprised by how fresh and flavorful our meal was. The bacon dog was stupid good. The fries were decent - fresh but plain - so I'd skip the fries next time we come. According to my waistline, I've been on a burger kick as of late. I wasn't expecting any different at the Randolph 5 Guys as compared to the Hanover location. Service was still awesome. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door at 9:45 one night (they close at 10). I know what it's like having to wait on the last customer of the night, but the staff was very friendly. I had a simple order and it was ready in just a few minutes! The space is much larger than many others in the area, but getting in and out of this location is a pain in the ass. My only complaint... the fries were a little soggy. Just an extra minute or so in the fryer and it could have been worth 5 stars! read more

Five Guys is up there with among the best fast food burgers there are. While certainly not as good as In-N-Out, a much more convenient location for anyone on the East Coast. The burgers are massive. Don't be tempted to get the fries unless you are willing to share with another person, for $2.99, there's more than enough to feed 2. The Menu is small, no doubt but both the burgers and hot dogs are great. The burger is much more bang for your buck though. As other reviewers have mentioned, the burger is delicious (but only cooked well done). The real issue is that the juicy burger quickly soggs the bun. That's really the advantage In-N-Out & UBurger has over this location. As other reviewers have also mentioned, there are peanuts everywhere here, and they're not shy to point that out on the door. If you have a peanut allergy, stay clear. The service is good and quick. But perhaps my favorite feature of this store is the Coke Machine that will mix up about 100 different flavors of whatever you want to drink. For me, a Vanilla Cherry Coke really hits the spot and knocks this rating up to a solid 5. read more

I think, if "America" was at least decent, there should only be 4 traditional American fast food chains all over the country: In-N-Out Burger, Shake Shack, Rally's and Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I finally got an opportunity to eat at this fairly popular traditional American fast food chain and I definitely think this chain is on my top 5 traditional American fast food chains. I had some really tasty burgers at Rally's in New Orleans, and at In-N-Out Burger in one of the best states in the USA, which is of course, California. This chain has a lot of potential to be really competitive as long as they are consistent in maintaining its tasty quality. It is a legitimate threat to beating McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's in terms of burger quality. It also could be a legitimate threat to beating In-N-Out Burger and Rally's for the title of "Best Traditional American Fast Food Chain in the USA". I had a Bacon Cheeseburger with regular fries. I asked for "everything on it except for mustard". This consists of two beef patties, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, mayonnaise, and ketchup under a sesame seed bun. The burger meat itself was tasty, fairly meaty, and flavorful. The bun is soft and chewy, the lettuce and tomatoes were fairly fresh, the onions are actually cooked, and they all made the burger tastier. The cheese and bacon were fairly good as well. The burger was fairly messy to eat, but it is still probably one of the tastiest burgers I ate at a fast food chain. They are really generous with the fries, I thought they put a little too much salt, but the fries had the crispiness and softness that made them almost addicting to eat. One major disadvantage of this chain is the prices. I spent a total more than $12 on this meal. However, the tastiness and quality probably outweighed the high cost I had to pay. Although I had much cheaper burger meals than this place, this time, my stomach did not "feel funny" after eating here. Overall, while this burger chain is not In-N-Out Burger or Rally's, this is a pretty good alternative, and it is so much better than the typical hamburgers at McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's. This chain really needs to expand but at the same time maintain its tasty quality. I would not eat here every day, unless I have to do a less extreme experiment similar to what Morgan Spurlock did back in 2003 so I could get an "A" mark in a class, and have a really intense exercise routine that involves running, swimming, cycling, and weight training. Their mini and regular burgers are the same size in terms of bun size. The only difference is the regular burger comes with 2 patties opposed to the mini with 1. There were plenty of burger toppings to add: pickles, onions, mushrooms, mustard, hot peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. The cajun fries were tasty! The regular size came in a cup and was enough to be shared between 2 people. We tried asking for half cajun and half regular but it couldn't be done. Drinks are refillable. I think I saw hot dogs on the menu? Service was good. This location was impressively clean. This place would get SO much more traffic if they opened in a shopping mall food court or campus area. read more

Five Guys wants me to be fatter than I already am...Im convinced. I went to this location today and got the wrong burger, but who the hell cares! Their burgers are so damn good I could reasonably see myself eating here daily if it were closer or if I was actively seeking cardiac arrest. My only complaints...and they're minor...is that they're messy burgers and not conducive to keeping your shirt clean and they give you too many fries. That's right...too many! lm a board member of the Clean Plate Club, but all of these damn fries along with the kick ass burgers make that a near impossibility. read more
