I placed an order at this location on November 5th, 2024, and I am still awaiting my refund! I canceled the order less than 10 minutes after I made it when I noticed they had arranged for delivery the following day. They accepted my order just 15 minutes before the store was scheduled to close, which led me to think it would be delivered that same day. Instead of rejecting the order because they couldn't fulfill it due to the time, they accepted it to STEAL and KEEP my money, and without any notice, they scheduled the delivery for the next day! The number advertised is invalid. I've emailed every email listed and still no response! They are a FRAUD!!!! read more

I am highly disappointed. Charley's used to be one of my favorite spot to get cheesesteak. I ordered the new Fiesta combo. Waited 30mins for my food. When my food came out. It missing all the ingredient, I asked for. Then when I bite into my sandwich and the gourmet fries it was cold. They were calling numbers all over the place and not organized. They finally got me. I always walk by and have the sample they give you, but today the sample was a chicken teriyaki sub and it was fantastic. I couldn't stop thinking about the small piece i ate that i went back to get one. The sandwich did not disappoint! Melt in your mouth good. I'd you are in the mall you are most likely not looking for gourmet food, so when I stopped in at this restaurant for lunch I went in with low expectations. What I found was a decent fast food steak and cheese sub with french fries that were not horrendous. The staff here was a little brisk but again, I didn't expect much from a busy mall food kiosk. The only run I had was that the food was a bit overpriced, but the combo was fairly comparable to other food in the food court. In the end, I enjoyed my lunch and walked out with half of a sandwich for later. read more

I stopped here this afternoon for lunch and I got a great deal that consisted of a small chicken philly sub and an order of fries for just five dollars. This place makes excellent subs and is very good for mall food court food. I have had their steak and cheese subs here before too and they are just as good as their chicken subs. They serve Coke products here which is great for me since I love my Sprite. The cashier was very nice and seemed to love her job. I received my order quickly. I come here pretty often but after today I will no longer be giving my money to this business. You really need to train your employees on how to be kind and not rude. The Asian women that was working register today had an extremely horrible attitude. I asked for no tomatoes on my sub and was given tomatoes when I spoke up the guy was kind enough to take them off but she walked over in a huff and was like well I asked her if she wanted them. Well if she was listening to what I said she would have heard I didn't want them. Something needs to be done about this if I could give a zero star I would. Charley's is the BEST philly cheesesteak place in Massachusetts. For starters, their cheesesteak is to die for. Always fresh, and loaded full of veggies and cheese. I wish I can give them 0 star. I know you have 15 mins to close the door but such a bad customer service is not acceptable. I specific order philly cheese steak with fries and I don't want a combo even though it is cheaper to include a drink. But I don't need drink at all so when her ask what drink. I ask her a question " is that a combo ?" but she was non stop and asked me what drink. Thats not the answer I expected. I would expect the answer only yes or no. I try to ask her again my question then she begins to raise her voice up and the other employee came over and spoke foreign language to me that I don't even know what's she talking about. Damn. I used to eat here all the time, and I usually get the chicken teriyaki sub... but lately theyve been DRENCHING it in teriyaki sauce, and the bread is soggy af and impossible to eat. What is so hard about training your employees???? If you use less sauce youll get the same amount of flavor, it can only cover so much chicken. Charley's is one of my favorite spots in the food court, and I eat here more often than anywhere else when I shop at South Shore Plaza. They are famous for their "Philly Cheese Steaks", (available in original, pepperoni, bacon and three cheese, or chicken), but they also have grilled chicken subs like the Chicken California (chicken, provolone cheese, and ranch), or the Chicken Buffalo (chicken, hot sauce, provolone, and grilled onion), Chicken Teriyaki (chicken, teriyaki sauce, swiss, and grilled onion), and others. Aside from that, you can also ask for lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc from the side bar. Salads, and a chicken finger kids meal are also available. You can get a side of their "gourmet" natural cut, skin on fries, which can be ordered plain, or topped with cheese sauce, ranch dressing, bacon bits, or any combination of the three. Beverage include Coca-Cola soda products and iced tea, as well as their signature lemonades, which come in original, and rotating seasonal flavors. Subs come in small, medium, and large sizes, and even the small is a good size. Prices are more expensive than other sub places, but for the size of the product, even when I get a small sub, I end up cutting it in half, and having a meal for the next day (though to be fair, I don't eat much anyway).Subs and fries are very tasty. It's not that bad a deal, especially if you order a combo meal with fries and a drink. I usually order the Chicken Buffalo, (no onion, but add pickle), with a side of fries with cheese and bacon. Yummy. Be aware, though, that because the people making the sandwiches don't speak English well, they often get orders wrong, and I have to send it back (like, if a sub normally comes with onions, and I ask for none, they still put them on).
