My mistake that I took her for her word without requesting a refund receipt as the refund never processed. By the time we got home to eat (after stopping at the grocery store for soup instead), the four sandwiches were cold. I won't be back again but if you go, tack on a lot of time before you go to pick up your food and if you get a refund, press for a receipt.
