The website quoted $385 and the bill ended up over $3000. On Friday, they had to be called to send over the contract. They said they would drop off the equipment on Friday night only they had to be called the next morning to drop off the equipment and finally it arrived 2 hours late according to their contract. I had an issue when the track came off the equipment and they refused to address the issue after 5.7 hours of use so, I missed out on over half of the time that I had rented the equipment for. Only to have them charge me $500 to fix the equipment (Which took them less than an hour on Monday) and billed me for a full replacement of the track $1200. I offered to help them during the repair with no response, they billed me on Monday without any notice of the amount. When I called them to talk about it, the owner was short with me and ignorant. When I said ok, I will take the old track because it had minimal wear on the track I would try and recover some of the cost, I was met with a subtle laugh and the conversation was over. Seems like they wanted to ride out the current status of the rental and bank my money for the future. Renting from this business was a nightmare and I would never recommend them to anyone looking to rent equipment. Poor customer service, doesn't even describe this experience.

Not only that day but I had told them months ahead of time about that day. I believe the real reason was because covid was starting and business was slowing as well as an employee that was out for a year with an injury. Just came back 2 weeks earlier. I was the newest employee and I understand with business slowing I would be the first one to go. But just tell me that I would completely understand. Instead they make up the story that I just walked out. I have no ill will towards the company or anyone there. It's a great company with great owners and I still highly recommend them.
