There were 3 employees there, and no customers and I was told that they were too busy to check me out. I explained that I am parked in handicap and checking out here would be a lot easier. They didn't care at all, I was told to go to the checkout counter at the other end. Then they continued with their conversation. No respect for handicapped customers.

Both installations were done by the same company at first both doors blew off when I contact Home Depot to have the door properly refused telling me it was a result of the wind however I have Furniture on my short porch. I will attach the pictures. Nothing blew off. The only thing blew off was the door twice and I had a door before this storm door purchase never a problem Home Depot will not honor it. They have somebody call me to basically apologize. No follow up as a result. I have no storm door. All the elements are in my house now my utilities go out the door. I am so disappointed. I'm a homeowner in this area and I can't go to my local Home Depot where I spend lots of money to get service that I paid for because they are not in the business of good business. Might I add at this particular Home Depot? I am so disappointed I want my door reinstalled properly. That's what I paid for. It's a storm door. It should not blow off because the wind blows. I don't even wanna go to Home Depot anymore. I would reroute anybody go to Lowe's. Give it another shot. I spent so much money at Home Depot to say that I am disregarded is an understatement. The drivers of the truck had no problem going down my driveway, even though there are a few low branches that they have to go slow under, but this driver refused to go down my driveway. He unloaded the dishwasher right on the spot and said I can't help you. I then had to put the dishwasher into the back of my car which barely fit and drive it to my house. When I asked about them, taking away my old dishwasher, which was part of the plan, he shrugged and said I can't go down your driveway. Un-believable. Of course, when I tried to complain, I got Passed around to a bunch of phone numbers to lodge my complaint. I was livid. Think twice when you get anything from Lowe's that needs to be delivered.
