He knew what he was talking about. He has decades of experience and asked us what our "best case" door was. We gave him the particulars, he walked us through all of the options, until we had exactly what we wanted. Best part, it came in $1,100 less than HD & L. I thought it was going to be a higher price than the others. Highly recommend CCL & Eric, don't expect to pay more than the big stores. CCL has a great show room and vast experience with their team.

They said they would drop off the equipment on Friday night only they had to be called the next morning to drop off the equipment and finally it arrived 2 hours late according to their contract. I had an issue when the track came off the equipment and they refused to address the issue after 5.7 hours of use so, I missed out on over half of the time that I had rented the equipment for. Only to have them charge me $500 to fix the equipment (Which took them less than an hour on Monday) and billed me for a full replacement of the track $1200. I offered to help them during the repair with no response, they billed me on Monday without any notice of the amount. When I called them to talk about it, the owner was short with me and ignorant. When I said ok, I will take the old track because it had minimal wear on the track I would try and recover some of the cost, I was met with a subtle laugh and the conversation was over. Seems like they wanted to ride out the current status of the rental and bank my money for the future. Renting from this business was a nightmare and I would never recommend them to anyone looking to rent equipment. Poor customer service, doesn't even describe this experience.
