    After

I called all The Bath Ads I saw on TV and gave up. Then months later I saw Bay State Bath's ad and decided to call because we still wanted a Bath Conversion to a Walk in Shower. They sent a salesman Mike out to talk with us and he told us "most" are done in a day, not that it mattered. But we wanted it installed by gutting everything out, which others did not do. They did it in one day, I got a great price and tood advantage of their no interest payments for 12 months. It looks absolutely beautiful. And it was not that expensive to add on extra shelves, safety bars and a better hand held adjustable height shower head. I would recommended them to anyone contemplating a conversion and I have. Two weeks later I didn't like the way my glass door was closing so I called and actually talked to Jennifer and they sent someone out that week and fixed it.

    Old outdated tub and shower

What can I say. They did an incredible job. We elected to do a tub to shower conversion in our small bathroThe process, from beginning to end, was painless. The salesman was not pushy at all. Explained our options without overly trying to upsell. It took about six weeks, from the day we selected our shower, to install. This was what they told us it would be so it was expected. They do advertise installation "in just one day" but ours took just about two days. Personally, I am more than fine with that. I would rather a good quality final product than a quick job. The installers were fantastic, polite and friendly and kept us in the loop at every step. I was concerned about the window trim around the crank because I plan on replacing the window next year. No problem I was told, just give them a call and they will place a new bottom trim piece for me. This review is based on the purchase and installation of the product. I will update once we've used it for awhile.

Tile wrap on edge.. Perfect job!

I had a new tub/shower and wall tile installed. This company went above and beyond and the result was beautiful. From the initial meeting with Kris about choosing the right time, tub, etc, and what to expect, things went smoothly. I really knew nothing at all about this process, so it was great to find Luxury Bath. I worked a few times with the owner, Jennifer, and she is very responsive, kind, and makes sure the right people do the job. And best of all, it really did take one day from demolition to plumbing, wood/tile cutting, and glass door installation. It was raining out and they even had a small tarp to put between the truck and my back door to protect everything. Julio and Augustus (I hope I got their names right) worked very hard and didn't nick any of the paint job in my house. This was just amazing. These guys know what they're doing. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. Very satisfied customer here.

After. New wet wall and custom sized shower - A walk-in shower features a white base, chrome showerhead, and a handheld shower attachment, with a partial wall separating it from the toilet.

They did it...in just one day. I had an old and crusty claw foot tub with an afterthought shower. I needed a walk in shower. The job was fairly complicated involving removing the old cast iron tub, building a new wet wall, and modifying existing plumbing and drain. All without disturbing some very hard to replace wallpaper and tile floor. The Bay State team were aces from design to final project. Pricing was less than two other bids, and none of this buy it now pricing pressure. The original job was quoted for two days because of the requirement to build a new wet wall, but the team worked late to finish it all in one day...awesome!

Shower with Door - A bathroom features a glass shower with a built-in bench, a toilet, and a small window with a shade, with beige tiled walls and floor.

Hard sell tactics. If you don't take their overpriced estimate on the day they give it to you the price goes even higher.

We recently contracted Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom,…read moreand we could not be happier. From the initial design process with Danielle we felt at home with her guidance, and she made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable, and put us on the right path with regard to our budget, design expectations and really helping us to understand how the entire process works. Right from the beginning, we knew we had reached out to the right company. Then came the build process, in which we were fortunate enough to work with Steve Costa who not only juggled a third-floor walk-up, a building from the late 1800s, but also an extremely pregnant woman who was keen on getting this project off the ground and completed as quickly as possible. Steve led a fantastic group of NKB employees and subcontractors, but I would be remiss to not give a special shoutout to John and Mike who were our dream team carpenters, kitchen décor experts, and mental support during the project. Our dog clearly misses Steve, John and Mike as they became best friends it seems during the project. Additionally, Kelsea from the PMA team was a huge help in keeping the schedule/accounting on track for us. We were THRILLED with the final product (photos attached), and we are so very thankful for all of the hard work of the entire NKB team to bring our dream bathroom to life (before the baby, may I add)! If you are looking to have work done, look no further than NKB. We know that we will be using them in the future when needed, with no doubts about it.

Our design person was good; however, the installers were a problem. There were a number of glaring…read moreerrors throughout (scheduling, coordination, project management, install errors, did not follow the design plan, etc.). Completion took more than twice the time they estimated. Once completed, the electrical system would not function. We requested the issues be fixed so the kitchen could be functional, but Norfolk Kitchens refused. They acknowledged the electrical problems existed, but stated because they were not legally obligated to remedy their poor workmanship because it was "up to code". Apparently new electrical systems don't have to function properly to meet "code". In our instance, Norfolk Kitchens failed to do work to a standard that resulted in a workable kitchen. Very poor workmanship.
