All they really did was mow the lawn and that wasn't even done right. Nothing else was done and yes they were supposed to do a lot more than mow the lawn. They should not be trusted with large properties or any property that has a nice landscape. They could probably handle mowing a regular lawn, possibly raking leaves on a very small property. They would probably be best suited as a quick seasonal yard clean as long as you supervise the work. Beware they are not a company you should do business with unless you want to toss your money away. Do yourself a favor and hire a few neighborhood kids they will do a better job.

Little did I know my test run of our sprinkler system when we moved in would come back to bite me…read morein the ass. And by "bite me", I mean explode. And by ass, I mean "backflow valve." This, my friends, is homeowner's trash talk. I failed to shutoff my irrigation line before the first freeze, so the Fates saw it fit to send my water main in to a tizzy and pop off that little bell thing you have no idea why exists. Well, after a little YouTubing, I know now - it's there to save the rest of your plumbing from flooding your basement when you forget to winterize your sprinkler grid. Which I did. Enter Fairview Lawn Sprinkler. Promptly answered a Facebook message, able to come out the next day, offered prep tips to help expedite the blow out process (they force air in to your sprinkler grid, thus pushing out all residual water to avoid expanding freezes and ruptured lines), showed up promptly at the appointed time, and charged $35 less than the other quote I received. Why such a difference? Fairview owns their compressor, whereas many other biz rent one for the job. The latter means you've gotta wait until they get a concentration of homes who need the service, and they run the cost of rental back to you. The former means Fairview's ready in a pinch, and ever so politely took care of the job in a little under twenty minutes. Didn't even make me feel like a doofus once. Okay, maybe once. I deserved it. Thanks y'all!

Every interaction has been a struggle with Wrightway Irrigation. The system they installed in our…read moremodest yard in 2021 was poorly designed. Eventually we asked them to split one giant zone into two separate zones. This season asked them to add an additional head because one area wasn't getting good coverage. Each request took forever to get done. And we always pay promptly, and have always tried to be polite and easy to work with. Last week Larry dug a trench directly across the main part of the lawn, instead of tapping into a peripheral line, which is the obvious thing to do. So, now our lawn has a big scar, in peak season. He didn't recover his trenching, leaving exposed pipe and heads, and gobs of ripped up grass. It's like the job was half-done when he left. I've had to rebury the line myself. Asked him to check the rain sensor. He said it was fine (it still doesn't work). Asked him to connect our phone to the wifi controller for the HydraWise (he didn't). He started to leave our house without adjusting the spray area on one of the heads, and seemed frazzled when we asked him to complete the job. We had given him a written list of items to accomplish on this service call. It's like he is always too busy for us. I emailed him to express my displeasure with the many things not done or done poorly on the service call, but he never responded. To even get him to come to our property, he rescheduled three times. Delay, delay, delay. It's been unpleasant doing business with Wrightway Irrigation. Look elsewhere.

I called them and spoke to the same woman 6 or 7 times over the course of a year and was promised a call back, never heard back from them. They refused to adjust the bill to reflect the error on their part then sent the bill $252 to collections. I reached out to the owner multiple times, no response from him either. Horrible business practices, horrible customer service. Beware, they will charge you for their mistakes.
