Not only that day but I had told them months ahead of time about that day. I believe the real reason was because covid was starting and business was slowing as well as an employee that was out for a year with an injury. Just came back 2 weeks earlier. I was the newest employee and I understand with business slowing I would be the first one to go. But just tell me that I would completely understand. Instead they make up the story that I just walked out. I have no ill will towards the company or anyone there. It's a great company with great owners and I still highly recommend them. The mechanic looked at it and didn't think this was the problem, he suggested to look at the sprocket bushings, a common failure item. Turned out it was the bushings ($6 part). Saved me the expense of the differential part ($160 part). Good to know that they are not looking to sell you expensive parts that are not the problem. Trust in repair service is rare these days.
