Luckily I took a picture before they picked it up showing the hours and full tank. I just recently had a delivery of a dishwasher from Lowe's in Pembroke to my home. I have a 1300…read morefoot driveway. Just a week earlier, I had a stove delivered from Lowe's. The drivers of the truck had no problem going down my driveway, even though there are a few low branches that they have to go slow under, but this driver refused to go down my driveway. He unloaded the dishwasher right on the spot and said I can't help you. I then had to put the dishwasher into the back of my car which barely fit and drive it to my house. When I asked about them, taking away my old dishwasher, which was part of the plan, he shrugged and said I can't go down your driveway. Un-believable. Of course, when I tried to complain, I got Passed around to a bunch of phone numbers to lodge my complaint. I was livid. Think twice when you get anything from Lowe's that needs to be delivered.

Worked there for about a year. Always was hustling around and did everything asked of me plus more. Had to leave early one day to go to the registry. I come in the next day and they fire me because they said I Left without telling anyone. Like yeah I would just throw away a great job that I loved and had been there for a year and was planning on working there for years more. I know for a fact I told people that I was leaving. Not only that day but I had told them months ahead of time about that day. I believe the real reason was because covid was starting and business was slowing as well as an employee that was out for a year with an injury. Just came back 2 weeks earlier. I was the newest employee and I understand with business slowing I would be the first one to go. But just tell me that I would completely understand. Instead they make up the story that I just walked out. I have no ill will towards the company or anyone there. It's a great company with great owners and I still highly recommend them. I have absolutely love this place for the variety they offer. But I've had several issues with the…read moreplants I've purchased that don't survive. I love their large variety, so I kept going back to give them the benefit of the doubt. Clearly, my mistake. I purchased 3 large boxwoods at $250 a piece, plus $100 delivery fee. The gentleman I spoke with assured me they were super hearty, can withstand direct sunlight and assured me again... they would not die. Since the previous round of bushes I purchased from them did. I had my landscapers plant them, all new and nutrient packed soil was used as well. They struggled that summer, but somewhat came back last summer. This year, completely dead. I called and spoke with someone, they told me too bad. It's past the time of purchases. I'm out almost $1000 on these 3 bushes, plus the previous bushes that their employees assured me would survive. I've purchased many perennials as well that also did not survive. I've spent a fortune here only to be told, oh well. Do not recommend! Makes me sad, but I will not be back.
