She answered all my questions and was so friendly. She told me about her craft classes and made sure to tell me to message if I was ever looking for a certain piece; even if she doesn't have it she will do what she can to help me find it. Siblings Eric and Andrea are incredibly kind and great at their jobs. They manage their sales on multiple platforms giving the consigner a greater chance of selling and their consigner agreements are very generous. Plus they have been great communicators and available through email for my questions and any updates. But in the last couple years, everything's gone downhill. The furniture isn't just "gently used" anymore - it's flat-out DIRTY! I could even deal with that if they'd lower prices, but the staff's attitude is the real problem. Service quality varies between stores, but Hanover (my old favorite) has gotten terrible. I do NOT recommend shopping here. I'll sum it up by saying some of the staff are a little too outspoken and mean-spirited in front of customers. The last time, ever, I shopped at FCG was very uncomfortable. This store's management needs to remember that customers have ears.
