I had gone by here a number of times on my way to my office and noticed a full parking lot. Always. I only returned after reading it was under new ownership by someone from JWU. It's very clean and well run! Wait staff very attentive. I was there for the NFL games this Sunday and will return to see them again. The crowd was +35. Good job TT. read more

INCREDIBLE!!!!!My girlfriend and I decided to grab a bite to eat and decided to check out tavern 12. I was expecting the average sports bar food and atmosphere but received something totally different. The staff and food were amazing!! And my girlfriend loved the gluten free options too. Definitely going to be coming back here soon. read more

I have a customer in Cranston and stay at hotels close to the airport. I have had multiple stays here in Warwick by the airport. I've been to almost all the local bar/grills here. This one gets my vote by a landslide. The food is good. It's not amazing but for the type of place you're in it's just what you're asking for. It has a great beer selection. Plenty of liquor options. TV's with anything you're looking for. I wanted to watch a Michigan football game years ago and it was no problem getting it on a tv for me. What I like and what brings me back to a place is the personal touch a place offers. It's starts with management and trickles down from there. You're greeted with big smiles and warm welcomes from the time you walk in till you hit the door on your way out. I always recommend this place to my coworkers when they are staying in the area. Hats off to you Matt, this is a great place. I look forward to visiting it every time I'm in town. read more

Tavern 12 is definitely a "hole in the wall" kind of place. I stopped in after a flight from Detroit to catch up on some games and was pleasantly surprised. Not much to look at from the outside, but as they say on that whole book and cover thing.., Service was great, food even better, cold beers, and very accommodating to what so wanted to watch. Many more places to explore in Rhode Island, but if you are near the airport, a good option for sure. read more

Love this place. Great atmosphere, great food, and OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I come here almost every Friday and Nicole takes the best care of me, makes me feel as though no matter what I order she is never annoyed and always genuine. 10/10 RECOMMENDED and if you get Nicole as your server tip her well! Drinks are always ice cold, entertainment is good, and have any game you want on the TVs. read more

Service amazing! Pretzels very yummy! Clam chowder too salty and so were the clam cakes, French fries frozen but other than that had a nice time. read more

Tavern 12 - American Near Me - Warwick, Rhode Island

My friends and I decided to go here last minute and we had such an great experience. Our server Dakota provided excellent service. And the Buffalo Mac & cheese was to die for ! Hats off to the cook! We're definitely new regulars. read more

Follow up for a previous review. Came here after a golf tournament and can not even properly express what a great job they did. Service was great from both the bartenders and the servers that were there. The food was generously donated by Tavern 12 and was great. Pasta, wings, chicken Marsala was all amazing. The bar did go out of their way to make sure that everyone ate and was well fed re-stocking the buffet. Will definitely return and recommend based on the experience and their overall generosity to a charitable cause. read more

There was a girl with dark hair and tattoos bartending extremely rude and customer interaction was horrible!

Servers and bartenders make it a point to check in on you and keep those drinks full! A great destination for sporting events, not a bad seat in the house. Classic American Bar food, the sweet chili wings are a must have. read more

I had a 40th birthday party for my niece. They were so accommodating. The food was fantastic. The waitstaff couldn't have been more helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Anything from just a casual night to hang out and have some great food, to a special place to have a party for someone. They have tons of tv's for those who want to keep and eye on the game. Great place. Lots of fun. Good food, good friends, good fun. read more

Horrible staff, horrible service, horrible treatment of the patrons, and the place looks dirty, I wouldn't step foot in that place again and wouldn't spend my money in a hole like that. read more

Best pup in Warwick! Beautiful waitstaff, great pup food, prepared fresh daily! The prices are great! The owner is there almost daily, a real hands on kind of a guy! 23 TV, will ensure you catch every and all games broadcasted in national TV Plenty of parking, clean all the way around and super friendly service! My favorite in Rhode Islands Proud to know that the owner is a JWU grad! His food is spot on! read more

This place is an awsome low key sports bar!!! everything is very priced!! Best wings around by far. Wonderful waitresses that take great care of you!! read more

My hubby and I are regulars and we love it. The food is good and there are a variety of beers. Best of all the staff rocks!

I loved the burgers and the mixed drinks were awesome! Barstaff is friendly and attentive.

I've been going here for a while now and usually my experience is good, but the last time I went I was extremely disappointed. The waitress was very rude and had an attitude. When I asked her a question about the bill she immediately snapped at me and said "it is what it is." I'd probably go again and give it another chance considering my previous past experiences were all good. It's just very disappointing when you have a bad experience at a good place. read more

Both my friend and I have never been to tavern 12 before. We split the nachos, they were big enough for us both, a bit heavy on the cajun but very delicious. The bartender on Wednesday during the day Amanda was very attentive. We will be back!!! Tavern 12 is great and Heaven is for real. read more

great food, great staff...a place where you can be yourself and have some fun and not worry about kids!

Read the great article in the Warwick Beacon about the new owner & staff. My husband & I went there for lunch on Mon around 1:00. The food is AWESOME & you know the chef/owner takes pride in the food he makes. Unfortunately, there were 3 guys "business" types sitting at the bar that were soooo loud & obnoxious. Every other word out of their mouth was f**k this f**k that...I am well aware that it is a BAR, but come on! They should have had enough respect for the female bartender & the only other female customer (ME)! If I was with a girlfriend, I would have walked out. Grow-up, you're GROWN MEN & furthermore, NOT really professional drinking on your lunch hour! I wish the best for the new owner, AGAIN the food was incredible, but the atmosphere is just as important... read more

karaoke disgusts me but all the sports on the TVS are good and so is the eye candy

Friendly, casual place with a diverse menu of tasty foods. The waitstaff is very personable and remembered our preferences after just a couple visits. The Bruins are always on the tv when they're playing! Awesome buffalo wings that are half price during Bruins games. read more

This place was probably THE WORST place I've been in a long time! Service was slow, and the food stunk, frozen fries really? When there is no one there why does it take 30 minutes to get a few burgers and a small steak wrap? None of these items take long to make. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I absolutely love Tavern 12!! I've been coming here for years now and have witnessed the changes since the switch to new ownership. I love the fact that the awesome food and service is consistent no matter what time of day you stop in. I've come here for lunch during the week and for late night meals and have never been disappointed. I tend to be picky when it comes to food, so the fact that I have consistently returned (on occassions a couple of times in the same week) speaks volumes. I highly recommend the chicken parm sandwich, regular or sweet potato fries, burgers and wings. One of the reasons that Tavern has remained a go-to for me for so many years is that no matter what kind of night I'm looking to have, they never disappoint. I love that I can go in on a busier night like Karaoke or when a big game is on and enjoy the music, big screens, food and well-made drinks. But I also love that I can just go for a more lowkey experience to grab a bite to eat, play pool or darts, or just sit and have some conversation with great company over a drink. Lastly, the owner and staff are AWESOME... they make conversation with the patrons and honestly make it a point to make sure that everyone is satisfied with their experience. If you're in the area and looking for amazing drinks, food and service do yourself a favor and go to Tavern 12! read more

I'm new to Warwick and with many choices of bars I tried out tavern 12. I felt very welcomed by the door man upon entering and to my delight they had theme night! Apparently this is on the 12th of every month! Not only was it a great time, they also had a dj and the music was very good! I will definitely be back especially on the 12 th of the month to see the next theme note! read more

We were teaching in Warwick this week and the hotel recommended that we visit Tavern 12 for good food, good beer and a relaxing atmosphere. Tavern 12 did not disappoint. Our group had an amazing blueberry beer and the food was absolutely outstanding. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive, and the owner (Matt) even came out and spent time visiting with us. I understand that Matt recently bought the place only a few months ago - so if you tried it before and didn't like it, go back - I bet Matt and his team will change your mind! read more

I love this place! Pub menu that's fresh food! Unheard of, right? I haven't had a bad meal yet, over many visits too. Priced right, you can't go wrong! All Draft Beers are 3.50- 4.00, premium beers as well! Sport events, 23 tv's. Bartenders? Always smiling, nice on the eyes, friendly! Who could ask for more. Owner is always around and customer friendly as well! 5 stars. 100%! JWU chefs!!! read more
