Regardless, it's their business and news flash: they can run it at their discretion and as they see fit. Plan your nail needs, pick up the phone and make an appointment. If you don't and can't be seen spontaneously, save the attitude and disrespect. Lee has been doing my nails, she's my one and only gal and I adore her. And, she ALWAYS gets me in when I make my appointments. If she isn't available for my pedi's, I go to Tina. And I'm a finicky, finicky female. Been going here for.....3 years, maybe 4? Not super fancy but in exchange, great prices. I'm not one to hop salons and have been very pleased, every time. Another upside to them rarely taking walk-ins: you'll never have to wait. I think the longest I've ever waited was 15 minutes, and that was literally only a couple times.

Never go to this establishment. They have the worst customer service and the rudest employees…read more I came in after a long day of work. The receptionist didn't even look up from her phone, she was on a FaceTime call, with the volume all the way up. That call also continued through the entire service, which was EXTREMELY disturbing. I stated I was there for a pedicure and she pointed and the seats and said "go there" I sit down and wait, a woman comes up and points to a chair, without saying a word. I mention to her one of my nails was cracked down the center and asked her to add a small dot of acrylic onto the crack. She then proceeds to add an entire tip and FULL acrylic base to my nail. The base color she chose was a dark purple shade and she layered it on at least 5 times. So now my nail was super thick and uneven. She then asked me how I wanted it shaped, and then asked me to tell her when it's good. Not even that, but I ended up having to walk her through the entire shaping process. As I'm sitting, the receptionist then comes up and asks for my card. My service isn't even complete yet and she's asking me for payment. I ask if this is the proper time and she just said "so card?" I hand her my card and she comes back with a receipt of $81. I got an essential pedicure which is $35 and the set of gel which adds $20. Which would ultimately take my total to $55. Not $81. My nail tech was on her phone the entire time and could not communicate well with me, so that's how I ended up in this situation. The next day I called the salon and their solution was to offer me 15% off of my next visit. I asked MULTIPLE times for a full refund and they refused. I then stated I would not be returning, and the manager told me, "I am not going to argue with you, I gave you the discount" Never go to this establishment. They are rude and unprofessional.

I went in simply to have my nails removed, and what should have been a straightforward service turned into an extremely painful and upsetting experience. During the removal process, my natural nail was broken and began bleeding. I was in so much pain that I was sitting in the chair crying, yet the service continued. They used files and other tools directly around/on the area that was actively bleeding, which I found extremely concerning from a sanitation and safety standpoint. Even more concerning, they attempted to put nail glue onto my already broken and bleeding nail. At that point, I was not only in significant pain, but also extremely uncomfortable with how the situation was being handled. I expected basic care, sanitation, and professionalism, especially when an injury occurred during the service. After everything, I was still charged $15 for the removal. Being charged after leaving with an injured, bleeding nail and significant pain felt incredibly unacceptable. I left the salon upset and in pain, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Nail services should never come at the expense of a client's safety or well-being. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how injuries and sanitation concerns are handled in the future.

Sam had always ensured me that she could deliver what others had failed to provide & she absolutely did. Not only did she deliver, but i have been able to have the nails that i had always hoped for. She is such a talented artist who can flawlessly deliver a set of natural, beautiful nails or flashy nails that pop and everything in between. In addition, Sam has a shining personality, i feel like i am spending time with a sister, best friend & loved one during my appointment.
