The eggs i had with it is scrambled and is a good pairing with hash brows that are included in the entree. My wife's breakfast burrito had a nice char on the outside tortilla, i appreciate the chef making the effort to make sure the burrito didn't appear plain. The eggs and bacon in the burrito are cooked right, the burrito is enhanced by smearing some of the sour cream and pour some of the salsa they included on the side. I ordered the corned beef hash with poached eggs, hash browns, and toast. This was the type of corned beef where it is cooked on the flattop with crispy edges, like a smash burger. Poached eggs were perfect and I appreciated the opportunity to salt and pepper the hash browns to taste. We polished it off our respective entrees and were kindly well hydrated with large iced waters throughout our meal. Happy to note that breakfast is served all day, which is a major plus for me. Straightforward, no frills diner food. Been living on this side of sound since 1983 and this was my first visit. I'm glad that this diner has longevity as other similar spots have closed over the decades.

I found long ago that treating people the same way you expect to be treated is the key to being treated well. That goes a long way here.
