This donut shop in southeast Visalia is a hot spot and the product goes quickly in the morning. The owners could not be more lovely. The area is frequented by homeless and often times you'll see them but they're always treated respectfully. Even if there is a line they work swiftly to get you in and out. The donuts plus plus are great. Plus plus is smoothies, cronuts, danishes, ham and cheese and spicy sausage pastries and bagels! A plethora for sure! They have a case with juices and milks and all the go to essentials. A small lil coffee bar with sugar and creamer is also available. You get great service and you support local! Wanted to get some breakfast to enjoy out in Sequoia with the family. When we walked in the lady in the front greeted us and was super sweet! We enjoyed this mom and pop shop! kind of reminded me of our donut & bagel shop back in Monterey. We love coming here for Donuts. The biggest AppleFritter we've ever gotten! We got it from here. Very fluffy donuts, they have the softest bite with a light inside. Glazed are my favorite and by far the best. Have something for everyone. Put a decent amount of filling in the jelly/cream filled donuts. Don't skip on the donut holes and they have cronuts!! So good! Besides donuts they also sell blended drinks, and Yoo-hoo tucked away in the fridge next to the door, "if you're a fan of it." I am, so what a fun find! No complaint here. Donuts were tasty, and I had no complaints by any of my friends that I handed them out too. A dozen of regular donuts is only 9.45..thats a pretty good price. If you want any of the special ones, it's just .30 cent more. The girl behind the counter was very pleasant, a little hard to understand, but still very pleasant. I will definitely be back! read more

First off I will agree with everyone else's remarks in regards to the service. The lady behind the counter is very friendly and attentive even though she is the only one behind the counter. They do have quite a huge selection of donuts. i just had a maple bar, I tried playing it safe. It did taste different than my usual spot, but it was still good. Different, but good if that makes any sense. The esthetics aren't anything to write home about, but come on your also not walking into some fancy bakery, but at the end of it all the donut was "tasty." Furthermore to the ones that say the coffee isn't special, last time i checked you weren't walking into a bakery, cafe, or a Starbucks. Farmer Bros coffee or not it still did the trick. read more

Save yourself and don't go! They have NO food and refuse to cook They're hours are false. This place had the crappiest customer service. They honestly close at 9 or 10 am every single day! Every day! Every timI attempt to eat there the lazy person there says "oh you can get donuts but I'm not cooking anything". Why false advertising? If I could rate this shit hole a negative five star review then I would. I haven't requested anything ridiculous. I'm polite AF when I walk in. Last time I showed up at 10 and the girl refused to make anything. The time before that the guy tells us he's not cooking because they close in over an hour... How does that make sense. How do you run your business. read more

Stopped in while visiting Visalia. The man behind the counter (perhaps owner) was patient and friendly. They had everything we needed for our long trip home. We ordered bagels with egg and cheese, donuts, a smoothie and hot coffee. Everything was great! Will definitely stop in again when we're in the area. read more

I stopped here today with my boyfriend and two kids. One star is for the delicious sandwich and the other star is for the guy that made our sandwich. I would've rated more starts but the cashier lady was a bitch. I told her my order specifically (3 sandwiches, 1 iced coffee, and 1 French vanilla coffee) and she happened to forget my French vanilla coffee order so I'm sitting there waiting for it to be done. There was a long line so she must've forgotten to prepare mine. Several minutes go by and my boyfriend goes to the counter to ask if they're working on the coffee. She claims I never paid for it, I did. The guy comes and makes it (I also told him I wanted that coffee when I was ordering my sandwiches) The cashier lady starts talking shit in CAMBODIAN about my boyfriend (he's Hispanic) not realizing that I WAS CAMBODIAN TOO. She kept going on and on saying in Cambodian "he ordered a smoothie he did not order a coffee he order a smoothie that dumb ass). I kept my composure but deep down I wanted to flip out and be like Um excuse me?! My boyfriend told me to chill so I did. If he was not there, I would've told her off, but whatever my kids were there and other families were there and I'm not one to put on a show in front of children. Anyways, she kept going and going and going and just wouldn't stop. Thanks for the sandwiches but screw you ME YAY LOP! read more

Best donut shop in town! I love that they have such a wide selection and also the ice blended drinks are really good! Everything is always fresh and soft unlike some other donut shops in Visalia where they're as hard as a rock. Also, the staff are all very friendly. I just wish the place had a drive thru, but I guess it's kind of hard considering where the shop is located in the shopping center. I don't mind getting off. I'd definitely rather get off and walk in than drive up to Scotty's. Also they take debit/credit AND they accept Apple Pay which is awesome. Scotty's only takes cash still... who has cash these days? Anyway. 10/10, definitely recommend! read more

My husband and I stopped in to get doughnuts and bagels for my husbands employees that were working OT on a Saturday. While we were there my husband and I got a sausage croissant sandwich. It was amazing. The sausage links were a little spicy and the croissants were buttery and flaky. I like a little spice so it was perfect. We will be going back again. The best donuts ever!! My sisters will come the way from Madera for them. Especially their cronuts and donut holes . The lady there is the sweetest and best service ever. I ordered donuts for my half cake donut tower wedding cake. She was so helpful . She even had a surprise for me . A heart shaped donut for the husband and wife I mean .
