The employee at the window was trying to speak and assist me, but it seemed like he was unable to properly communicate because the manager kept yelling. I also asked if I could pick up a DoorDash order because I had one to pick up. Again, the employee tried to ask the manager, but she yelled before he could even finish speaking. I understand that there may be policies or reasons why certain requests cannot be accommodated, and I would have respected that. However, the way the manager communicated was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Customers and employees should be treated with respect, and this experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed.
