I come to this Taco Bell a lot, as it is closest to where I live, but they never fail to get something wrong on my order. I went inside and ordered a taco supreme and a burrito. When I got home the taco was so soggy on the bottom that it was stuck to the paper and inedible. I tried to peel it off of the paper and it just ripped the taco shell even more. Also, the top of the shell was cracked in half so it was just a mess. I am not sure why this taco bell is so slow but I was in the drive through for 30 minutes and I ordered through the mobile ordering app that said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Also, because of the slow service I've seen about four cars leave the drive-through, it's better for me to levitate the wait time but bad for business for this taco bell. The lady that was in the drive through seems like she's overworked. I'm only giving 5 stars and recommending this location because of my experience with one of the workers. Alicia Dominguez helped me after I was there 2 days before and ordered with another person via drive thru that messed up my order. I came online not to go into detail about the order placed in error but Alicia helped me when I went back to replace the correct order again. When I say this lady went out of her way to make my order n experience a better one it's an understatement! I was very fortunate to encounter her that day because the other ppl SURELY never go out of their way to fix their errors. And every single time I'm in there (no exaggeration) there's at least 1 or 1 or 2 ppl that have errors with their orders. I've never witness or experienced someone trying so hard to make things right than Alicia. I mean, I was blown away. And how empathetic she was toward the incorrect order was outstanding. I've even been trying to call the store to speak to a manager to give her praise but she manager is never there or they don't answer the phone. I will try contacting corporate because customer service like that given by Alicia really needs to be heard. So I don't know if you plan on going to this location or not. This is seriously the friendliest Taco Bell I've ever been too. Every time we go here the cashier working the counter is always super friendly! We usually go in and eat and it doesn't ever take them long to get our order ready. If you go through the drive-thru though for some reason it takes awhile! The service here at this Taco Bell location is quick, and the prices are decent even with the foods quality. The staff at this location are really friendly as well, and the seating here at this location isn't that bad though at certain times throughout the day in the week it does get pretty crowded with high school students throughout the weekday also if they had a better selection or a newer fountain drink machine business would improve. read more

Today i woke up, bright and early. I was quite tired and exhausted from the wild night i had last. It was my dumb decision to have such a savage night with SATs the next morning.
