Came by here the other day, I was craving a maple donut. Grabbed a maple and a ham and jalapeño croissant, but she didn't heat it up. It was alright, but really needed to be heated. The maple was great though. They just need to train their people to heat up the croissants! Other than that it was a cute place read more

The donut place is very clean & up to date. The donuts were good. The only thing I don't like is, they never have mochi donuts! They have it in the menu but all the time I go they say they don't have them. That's the main reason I go. The Thai tea was TOOOO sweet. I had to add more milk. The service could be better, the lady that helped us was a little rude. It was an older lady. She seemed bothered or maybe was having a bad day. read more

This morning, two dozen donuts and a medium decaf coffee cost me $69. The signs say ~$23 per dozen so I was anticipated my total would reflect this. I'm not the type of person to make staff put items back, so I paid for it, but I can't justify specialty pricing when the majority of the order was standard glazed, crumb, and sugar donuts. The staff is generally nice, and the space is an improvement from before, but the last few visits have already had me questioning whether I'd return. This experience ultimately made that decision for me. During a previous visit around New Year's, I ordered a decaf coffee and watched as the last drops of decaf were poured into my cup and then topped off mostly with regular coffee. On that same visit, one employee bagged my donut, another took it, threw it out of the bag, and replaced it with the same type of donut, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I want to support local businesses, but the pricing and experiences no longer make sense for me, especially when I could spend the same amount on two dozen specialty items elsewhere. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

At this price go out for breakfast instead! 2 donuts, 2 croissants, milk & juice totaled just shy of $30. AND OUR DRINKS WERE EXPIRED. Drink with caution. Perhaps their remodel has caused them to become non competitive with local donut shops. Sadly I cannot support this local business. read more

I love their apple fritters. And their service as well. Every 3 months we have an early morning quarterly meeting, and I order the day before a dozen hot apple fritters for our meeting. They recognize me as I walk in the door at 6:30 and hand me a nice warm just out of the oven box of fritters. I love their donuts and their friendly service. read more

Donuts are always made fresh and taste amazing each and every time. The people are super friendly and always get you in and out every time you come here. Came to this spot because the previous donut shop I went to had only 4 donuts. This shop is located on a very busy street, so you might zoom past it. They have a plethora of donuts to choose from along with croissants, coffee, and other sweets. The prices are very reasonable. I purchased the half dozen donuts, which even included the filled ones!! So happy!! Customer service was really friendly, I'll definitely be back. read more

Apple Fritters, my favorite BUT they were so oily we could not eat them. They are not cheap and I bought 4, and should have taken them back. Total grease junk. Guess we're spoiled after having Scotty's in Visalia the best. read more

It was a busy Monday morning. It was about 7:45 am when I stopped by, the selection was low but they still had a more than enough of each. The donuts were fresh and delicious. I will definitely place an order ahead next time. read more

What a great donut maker! Kind man and excellent donuts! Maple bars are always a hit. I tried the birthday cake donut and the new spinach and cheese pastry. So good. Plus, he let us use the restroom, which is a rarity during Covid. Thank you! Give that man a tip! Perfect road trip stop while waiting for burgers at Wimpy's across the street. read more

Went today and ordered a few donuts, one of the donuts were really hard and old, the man still sold me it while knowing that the donut was old. Really sad that people like that are doing this to our community. Hope they find the good in them to get their standards more up. read more

Donut Factory serves donuts... and croissants, and sandwiches, and coffee (hot, cold, frozen, espresso...), all kinds of yummy stuff. Mom and I stopped here planning to try the donuts; we really did. There was a wide variety of donut styles on display and they all looked really good. The people working there didn't try to rush us as we pondered our donut options. Should we get an apple fritter? Perhaps a bear claw? The raised glazed donuts are a classic for a reason, you know. They allowed us to take our time and enjoy the thought of consuming each donut in turn. The gentleman helping us just stood by patiently smiling, probably because he knew we were in for a treat no matter WHAT we decided. And then, they began calling to us, seducing us with their golden brown flaky exteriors and glimpses of the smooth and creamy cheese filling inside. The day was won in a decisive victory by the cream cheese filled croissants, which turned our prearranged plan of purchasing donuts on its head. His smile grew wider in recognition of the magnificence of our final decision and he asked if we wanted it warmed up. You bet your little booty we wanted it warmed up. That's how croissants should be consumed, warm and flaky exterior a foil to emphasize the creaminess of the cheesy filling. There is a little eating area with old fashioned swiveling stools in a bright and cheery red and white where a nicely dressed man was enjoying his donut, coffee, and newspaper, but we didn't make it even two steps away from the counter before we were indulging ourselves in a happy feeding frenzy that, while pleasurable, was over much too soon. We would have to save the donuts for another day. Although, now that I think about it, maybe we'll try the more hearty ham & cheese croissants next time. Or maybe we'll buy one of their made to order sandwiches. Or maybe a frozen coffee drink. Who knows? The possibilities are endless. There are two Donut Factory locations in Tulare, the other one is up on Prosperity Ave and the 99 Freeway, next to 99 Cent Only Store. So many options...this doesn't bode well for my waistline. read more

This place is so good for donuts I used to go here when I was little and it's still tasted like paradise

I'm not much of a donut person so this review is not on the donuts here. While they aren't bad, they're just not my thing. What I really come for are the croissants. I like to dip a hot, buttery croissant into hot chocolate; and this is where you find the BEST croissants in Tulare. Even though the owner has not yet taken to my idea of completely changing their name to "Croissant Factory", I envision the glorious day when they will be recognized for their croissant excellence by more than just the myself and the Yelp community. read more

This is the place to get donuts. Best customer service, freshest donuts and unlimited drink options.

The best glazed donut I've had in years! I don't live in the area, but when I am passing through, I will definitely be stopping.

Super over priced trying to charge me $40 for a dozen of donuts 2 apple fritters and a coffee RIDICULOUS. Never coming here again

The Doughnut Factory is so YUMMY! I give grade them an 'A+' for freshness, taste, variety, price, display, cleanliness and customer service! read more

We stopped by for a quick donut run before returning to the road of our three week long road trip. The bear claws were delicious. The donut holes? Superb. The croissant was yum and soft. The only reason I give this place a four star rather than a five star is because they advertise the ham and cheese croissant and they were already all gone when we got there. At EIGHT in the morning on a Friday. Yeah. Don't advertise and taunt me with your deliciousness and then make me settle for a yummy plain croissant. When I go back, I better get my ham and cheese croissant. And it better be delicious. read more

Coffee was meh, apple cronut looked questionable because of it being presented as a sandwich more or less instead of 'filled' with apple. Was flaky and apple filling was perfectly sweet, not 'candied'. read more

This place is amazing, There donuts are so light and not heavy at all. The customer service is wonderful so friendly and kind.
