They got my drinks wrong at the window, so I turned them back and got them corrected. Got home and half of my order was missing. Tried calling the phone line to inform a manger but the line forwarded me to a voice mail saying "you caught us during our peak time, please call again later". If your going to mess peoples orders up during "peak" time, then you need to allow some kind of compensation or refund because also customers during "peak" time, don't always have the time come back and correct an order. SLOOOOW as heck. I was in the drive thru for almost 20 min and there were only 2 cars in front of me. When I got up to the window the kid was laughing about something and didn't even apologize for the LONG wait. So I tell him that the wait was waaay too long for a fast food drive thru. The girl in the window said it was against their policy to give refunds because they would get trouble from corporate. I ordered my favorite item, the dollar nacho taco, and a slushee, and I got some disgusting potato taco and the worst slushee I have ever had, after over 30 minutes of waiting. She gave us awful customer service through the drive thru so we had asked for her name and she said it was on the receipt. We lost the receipt so she told us her name was Cassandra. It was about 8 a.m. and I had asked the cashier how much the breakfast burrito combo costs, but while I was telling her she interrupted me and said that the prices were up on the menu, but there wasn't a price for the breakfast burrito combo, only for the a la carte, and I told her the price isn't up there, and she didn't even reply and she just said the price. So I order that and when she gives me my meal, but it was in a bag, and I had gotten it for here. So she gets a tray and just dumps my food on to the tray.
