I ordered a BLT Chicken Avocado Sandwich. Everything was processed highly. You can taste the difference. Panera is supposed to be healthy. I don't eat mayo, and that was an accident that could've been fixed, but not the processing. The cashier that completed the refund was very kind, but the cashier that took the initial order was unprofessional.

    Mold inside egg

My food had something green and or moldy in the egg I got the breakfast sandwich and when I flipped over the sandwich that's when I saw the dark green color

Just my two cents and worth less than a dime.

It took 10 minutes for a plain bagel to even be brought up in the conversation. After those 10 minutes, they all exchanged puzzled looks, unsure of who could provide the bagel. But that wasn't the only issue; the coffee had run out, and you had to ask multiple times for a refill at the dispensary. Panera used to service, food quality, ambiance but the Visalia location has left not much to be desired. Lost another customer.

That's all I got out of carafe.
    Gene Q.

No regular coffee this AM, told staff and did not get much of a response. Waited 10 minutes and still no one came to refill carafes. Very disappointed.

All the works in one sexy picture.

Ordered my food about 25 minutes before my break. Walked over. As I stood there the woman (I believe Missy) looked at me and looked away. I stood there as she made a sandwich in one of the slowest motions I've ever witnessed. Then a man from DoorDash came in. She told him,I'm sorry for the wait I've been sooo busy. I still gave her grace and waited. She eventually hands him his bag of items. I said hey,I ordered my food about 40 minutes ago online. She told me I Don't have an order for you. I showed her my email. She then said I don't know what to tell you. I was running out of time to even eat at this point. I told her my name again and that I would call regarding getting my money back. I got the most terrible sandwich for $20 Nextdoor and basically didn't even eat. So I called and she proceeded to say she was soo busy. I politely told her,you absolutely were not. I watched you for 20 minutes! And you ignored me multiple times after looking at me. You dismissed me. She claimed she had 3 online orders before I got there. She stated she found my order. I reminded her that I placed my order 25 minutes before I even got there. She then apologized again, while defending the fact she was "so busy" I stated that "being so busy" has nothing to do with customer service. I asked for management. She said they would be back on Monday. What a let down. What a shame that people With no customer service have to work in it just to have a job. I have sympathy and understanding to a certain level. But now I'm out the $20 I spent on a terrible sandwich from the neighboring store plus my expectations and business from what I was expecting to be an amazing sandwich. (I know this was long, sorry) lol. All and all, awful from start to finish. Don't go here expecting anything beyond what an employee is forced to do. PS,still waiting for my refund.

I ordered the charbroiled pork Bánh Mì with an extra side of Pickled Daikon/Carrots. The Bánh Mì consisted of mayo, pâté, and pickled vegetables, thinly sliced charbroiled pork on a crusty baguette. I highly recommend this sandwich. I called my order in and it was conveniently ready when I arrived. The restaurant offers on-line ordering as well. Small local business, so please support LOCAL! Their food was exceptional. The shrimp spring rolls were light but filling and they provide both a peanut sauce (actually can taste the peanut in the sauce (I think they may use peanut butter) and a traditional vinegar fish sauce dip. The wife ordered the vermicelli with sliced pork. It looks like a deconstructed version of a spring roll = soooo good and I got the dry noodle with garlicy fried chicken. The chicken was perfectly fried and crispy while the noodles were lightly seasoned and cooked in a sweet fish sauce. DONT OVER LOOK THIS PLACE! ITS A MUST TRY!!! BTW: the owners are super sweet too! There was an elderly gentleman who was down on his luck, who came inside. He asked two young girls who were dining for money just for drink (100 degree day). The young cashier didn't miss a beat and treated the man with kindness gave him the drink he ordered plus made him a large to-go water and then asked if he had eaten today. He said, "no". Then a short conversation started from the back and the owners fed the man. Me and my wife called the cashier over and told her we'll pay for his food but the owner kindly declined. Before we left we had a nice conversation with the owner and hopefully next time in town my wife can do some return business with a catering order. AGAIN you would rarely see this happen at a chain restaurant so this is why we try support small local businesses...and how we become loyal customers!!!

You can tell it is not sitting around all day. It makes the entire sandwich better. My husband ordered the tri tip. I had the chicken. Both were excellent. The tri tip was tender and flavorful. Not chewy. Not dry. Just a solid, well made sandwich. The chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. That is rare with chicken sandwiches. It was packed with flavor and balanced ingredients. Nothing felt skimpy. We do not eat sandwiches often. It is not something we go out of our way for. But for a sourdough sandwich, this was outstanding. Simple. Fresh. Done right. Bonus there cause alot of places get skimpy, they sure don't. The inclusion of mayo was different but not bad, It gave an added butteriness to the overall flavor which was nice. The meat itself was seasoned, maybe a little over salty at first, but again, this sandwich was one that really grows on you.
