I dead ass felt crazy the entire time. I am a 15-year-old girl I walk in with my bike and the manager looks at me and says what are you doing here he was in a blue shirt, short man about my height. He asked me again what am I doing here and then I can't come in with my bike. I don't have a bike lock so he tells me to put it in the lobby area. I ordered their 1/2 mediterranean salad, sans arugula and basil. Practically all of the greens are arugula. Very disappointed in the size of the salad, even though it was half an order there is very little with a lot of croutons on top, and the entire greens are arugula. I realize that is quite redundant but I wanted to emphasize that my order was not as requested. The Caesar dressing was exceptionally bitter. It tasted fine... but certainly was not worth 17 dollars and change including my soda. Never, ever again. Talk about ripping off your customers. I give the Visalia Panera 5 stars! I used them for catering and delivery and they were great! I ordered the Green Goddess salad , it was beautiful and the dressing is delicious! It came with cut up bread pieces on the side that were yummy and could be dipped into the dressing, yum! The dressing. I think was a combination of pesto, basil and garlic, you can look it up online. It was delicious! We also ordered a large fruit salad, it was perfect. Nice combination of , seasonal fruit: cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries and honeydew. It was delicious and beautiful. A small mistake was made on the order and Armond (spelling?) was the best and delivered the missing item personally and so quickly! To me that is excellent customer service. The delivery service was right on time and it was packaged perfectly with a great bag that it came in, along with tongs, utensils, large paper plates and napkins! I highly recommend this restaurant! I love going into the restaurant locations and the food is always fresh and delicious along with a great variety of menu items! If I have to be completely honest, I feel like I'm leaving tons of 5 star reviews. Panera deserves it though, this location out of the ten or more times I've been there, never disappoints. The food is always phenomenal, today I ordered their new chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl, with a summer fruit cup and a Madagascar vanilla cold brew. And just like every past experience I've had, this one was just as good. I think Panera bread is my weakness guys, I mean the coffee choices and soup choices are insane. Like soup? Like coffee? For over $15.00 for a medium salad I expected it to be great! It didnt come close to good! Disappointed! I've only eaten at Panera Bread a few times. I've liked their soup and sandwichs during those times. Today, on a rare occasion I used their drive through to order salads - the Ranch Southwest with chicken. The salads were tasteless. I was expecting yummy and I got not yummy. It was pretty much a bowl of lettuce with some tomatoes and chicken with a few dots of avacado and a lot of corn. The only southwest thing about it was the corn. Near the end of eating it, I detected a little cilantro. Needless to say I will not be going to Panera bread ever again. read more

Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. For example couple weeks ago I order rapid pick up, I get a notification it's ready, I go up to the rapid pick up shelf and it's not there so I am patiently waiting. Then 2 girls see me at first don't acknowledge me ,fine cool probably busy, a girl asks for the name and then she goes behind the counter and giggles with the other coworker saying "she was standing there for a fat minute". Now this time same thing I'm standing there waiting for my order that was said to be ready, except a man who seems to have a manager shirt on asks for the name and in the middle of me saying the name he walks away with an attitude. then another girl, sweet girl, hands me my order and says have a nice day. I work in the industry trust me I get it when it's busy but the rapid pick up system clearly needs to be rearranged if it stresses the store out that bad. Based on my last 3 orders from here. I will not be ordering from the Visalia, CA location again. Tonight was the last straw. I had to wait for my RAPID ORDER . I only get 30 minutes for my lunch. I ordered this for pickup at 5pm. Thinking it will be in the RAPID ORDER pickup section. I get there and it is now t there. I noticed a line for the RAPID ORDER'S. By the way it was 5:24 when I got there and when I left it was 5:39. Thank goodness I don't work to far away. The Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt was a big disappointment in that it looked nothing like the pictures or Ads. In fact, the cheese and pepperoni were so scant that when I picked up my order it looked like a lone baguette sliced lengthwise. You couldn't see anything inside or hanging out of the sides as advertised. I peeled it open only to find a few pieces of pepperoni and some obliterated mozzarella.
