The service was also extremely poor--the staff member spent most of the time on her cell phone and never checked on guests. As we had placed our order I looked over and noticed two roaches Along the floor immediately my mind went to how clean this place is. Second they have all silverware on the side of the table to grab for yourself How many people actual touch them through the day is beyond my imagination. There was a table filled with plates as we arrived and not once through our 40 mins visit it was picked up. Thirdly our chicken for our order was cold. Not even room temp just cold and oily. I placed an order for chicken egg rolls but was given veggie rolls which I didnt mind because it was good anyway. But I brought it to their attention he said they should be chicken but not one piece of chicken was there. I was charged for chicken and it was not corrected. The food was served quickly and he server was very nice and attentive. We had ordered the spring rolls and they were tiny but still tasty, that was the only thing we didn't like about the food. We ordered sushi through DoorDash. It was the absolute most disgusting thing we have ever seen in sushi. The smell was super fishy. A tuna roll was a cucumber slice with tuna mush on top of it. It was white and light pink. The smell was insane horrible. Then we got a California roll with tuna on top, but it was a California roll, but tuna was all over the place. There was no safety stickers on it to make sure that the driver didn't do anything to it that they were not supposed to do... This was like a hazmat situation. I came in at 12/21/25 at 5:15 pm to pick up the order,and I saw no chicken and rice when we had asked for 2, she was very rude when I pointed out the mistake. Then she only gave me one chicken and rice instead of 2. she said the rest was for another order that she was taking on the phone. I'll have you know that for my entire she was on the phone and making me feel like a nuisance and trying to talk to me at the same time as the other customer. They need more help - there was ONE poor girl working there and did everything herself. Greeting customers, being the Cashier, serving, taking order, bussing the tables, and doing all the to go orders!! This was my first time there with my family and never again will we go back. After waiting almost an hour for my kapoon, they come and tell us they have no more kapoon noodle. That was fine, things happen but they continue to bring out our spring roll (which usually has kapoon noodle) and we notice they have pho noodle inside them! I'm sorry but if you're gonna half ass what you serve us please be transparent. It looks like they care more about preparing all the To Go / grub hub/ DoorDash food more than serving us dining in. Also, next time please tell your server when you get the order if they are out of something so the customers don't sit there waiting for something you do not have. read more

Please read this with a grain of salt. First, I love sticky rice and chicken!! I order this simple dish at every southeast Asian restaurant when I travel. IMHO chicken and rice should be the chef's best and easiest dish to prepare in any restaurant or home, but I was dumbfounded to find this was actually the worst sticky rice and chicken I've had ever tasted. This place just opened up and boy it's good! Authentic Pho and the sushi is really great too! Did even get to take a photo of the food because my husband and I digged in as soon as it got to our table. The waitress was super nice and the food came out fast. I also ordered spring rolls, not the greatest I'll admit, good but not something I would order again, the peanut sauce was a bit oily and the rolls didn't have much meat in them.
