Feedback: Large pho should come with more sprouts, etc. Additionally, the quantity of the meats is significantly less than phos I've had in general and in Los Angeles. LA phos are usually ~$13, so the value doesn't make sense considering less meat and well - it's Visalia. Also, white plastic spoons I used you can see stains and crud developed over time. Typical Pho place. As we walked in we were greeted and sat immediately. We skimmed through the menu and out our orders in. Being a typical pho person everyone knows what they typically order. I have been coming here since the grand opening day. While the food is still delicious, the sanitary conditions of the restaurant are failing. Progressively I've noticed it not being cleaned as well or the staff have been lacking in thorough cleaning duties. Today (10-4-25) I sat down in a booth and noticed how disgusting the seat was. Then I started looking around and saw other seats that were nasty with left over food and sauce, tables that havent been cleaned, and then I started looking at the walls and saw food splatters half way up! The bathrooms are disgusting and stink like urine. The tops of the condiments arent being cleaned either. And the amount of FLIES inside the restaurant is horrible and nasty. I was shooing flies away while trying to eat. I hope someone from the restaurant sees this review and takes it seriously and does some deep cleaning, because it definitely needs it. read more

Came here on a rainy day. There was a little line out the door when I got here but was quickly seated in about 5 min of waiting. Ordered the Thai tea which was easy an 5/5. The owner greeted me and he was quite friendly. The waitress was attentive and knew the menu quite well. Disappointing First Visit As someone who genuinely enjoys exploring local pho spots, I had high hopes for Pho Wynn--but unfortunately, my experience didn't quite live up to the promise. Let's start with the food: I ordered the Special Banh Mi and a Large House Special Pho (the pho was for my mom and nephew). The Banh Mi came out after the pho, which was already a bit of a letdown. I would have appreciated if everything had arrived together so we could enjoy our meal as a family. The Banh Mi itself had some highs and lows. The bread was actually very good--crispy and warm without being so crusty it hurt the roof of your mouth. But the pork was almost too tender--so soft that it lacked any texture or bite. The pickled vegetables were strong and tangy, which I usually love, but in this case they overwhelmed the flavor of the meat. I had to add hoisin and sriracha just to bring some balance back. The pho, on the other hand, was solid. The broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting, and the noodles were cooked just right. A good bowl overall, and my mom and nephew seemed to enjoy it. Still, the staggered service took away from the experience. Now here's where things took a real dip: when I went to pay, they charged me for a completely different (and more expensive) order. Had I not asked for a receipt, I likely wouldn't have caught it. That left a sour taste--and not the good kind. It felt careless at best, shady at worst. Either way, it's not a good look. The space itself is clean and casual, with a straightforward, no-frills vibe. I really wanted to like this place, and maybe I'll give it another shot down the line--but this visit didn't win me over. Since it's opening, we've been back a total of three times. On our second time service was slow but faster than the first time and as usual, their food was fantastic. A week later we went back on a Saturday evening. Once we got in the restaurant was full, but once we left, there were more than five tables open and this is why I have to remove a star. Upon arriving, we were set after 10 minutes of waiting. We waited for a waiter to take our order for at least 15 minutes after we soon realized nobody was assigned to our table, we got who we assume the manager attention to take our food and drink order. The food came out and as usual was fantastic, no disappointment with anything. A few things were missing so we had to remind them, including our drinks, which took about 15 minutes to arrive after the food arrived- Vietnamese coffee, and a pink lemonade. During our time there, we still did not have a designated person assigned to our table, so nobody came back to check on us We had to grab one of the other waiters for a takeout bowl. I usually would say our previous 2 times being there they were just busy, but upon leaving at 6 pm multiple tables were open with staff in the back talking upon each other. We shared the feedback at checkout, so we hope management sees this to help with the improvement of the restaurant. Visited this establishment on Saturday, February 3, 2024, during their grand opening. It was extremely busy and had to wait approximately 15 minutes or so to be seated. They had lots of waitstaff, who were attentive and friendly. All our food was fresh, hot and prepared with quality ingredients. The chicken breast pho was a clear chicken broth that I found to be perfectly seasoned. The Thai basil, bean sprouts and jalapeños were very fresh. I would definitely order this again. The portion was large. The crab wonton were so delicious, nice amount of crab and fried crisp. Perfectly seasoned. Definitely ordering again. The Vietnamese egg rolls were delicious but a bit on the oily side. Lots of filling and served hot. The chicken spring rolls were so delicious with the addictive peanut sauce. Definitely ordering again. The Vietnamese fried chicken was okay but probably wouldn't order again. Nothing really special about the chicken. However, the orange rice was spectacular. Had an amazing garlic flavor and would order this on its own. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious. Nice strong coffee and balanced nicely with the condensed milk. We got the pho pretty quick it was luke warm really I was hoping for hot for this cold night. Also the broth lacked a lot of beefy flavors and no star anise flavor at all. Maybe it was because we were 40 minutes before they close but we had much better broth before. Tasted watered down the broth didn't have much flavor I had to put a lot of fish sauce and chili oil.
