    P2. House Special

We visited King Canyon National Park and got motion sickness, feeling nauseous and dizzy because of the road in Sequoia. So we looked for something soup that will ease and help us for dinner... Found this while heading home to LA. The server was very nice and gave me more time before i order while waiting for my hubby power napping in the car Anyway, we ordered the house pho special, p3, fried tofu and service was so fast. Food was so good and you can tell they were authentic. Got the Vietnamese coffee too for my hubby so he can be awake for the whole duration of his driving Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

First time trying Pho Wynn, hit it for lunch on a cold gloomy day and was not disappointed! Got the Rare Steak Pho, the portions were huge! Tasted great, more than I could eat! Super friendly and helpful staff, gave some great recommendations, fast getting our bowls, smiling and friendly!

Pho Wynn is a decent spot for pho in Visalia. It is not the best in town, but it can satisfy a pho craving when you want something quick. They tend to get busy during lunch hours, but the service is always fast and efficient. *Rare Steak Beef Noodle Soup: the broth had a clean and light flavor. The steak was cut on the thicker side, so it was a bit chewy once cooked. The noodles had a slightly firm texture and the ratio of noodles to toppings was good. The plate of lime, herbs, and bean sprouts was on the smaller side, so we had to ask for refills a few times. *Grilled Meat Rice Vermicelli: the meat could have used more flavor. A little extra fish sauce, garlic, and pepper would have made a difference. The noodles were somewhat chalky and broke apart easily, and there was a lot of shredded lettuce compared to other vegetables. *Passionfruit Juice: was very sweet and tangy. The passionfruit seeds added a nice texture and touch of fruitiness, though I wished the natural passionfruit flavor came through. The pho was the most tolerable option at Pho Wynn. Everything else wasn't as good as other Vietnamese restaurants.

    Hair with rice anyone?

Rice plate with a side of hair and bug anyone? I usually order from here since it's always open later, but never again..

I am currently visiting Visalia from Los Angeles. I am so happy that I came across Pho Wynn during my search for Pho places in town. The service was great, and the servers were attentive. I ordered large house special pho and my husband also ordered large pho rare steak. Both pho bowl tasted flavorful and the serving has generous amount of meat, rice noodles and broth. Lastly, the ambiance was clean and inviting. I would visit this place again if ever I am in town.

Wow this place was delicious! It was recommended to try by my daughter in law and it was so tasty! I love to always try smaller restaurants and especially Asian style, which is my favorite! The place was busy so ordered to go. Service was good and attentive! Was moderate noise level.if your in this neighborhood definitely try !

Somewhere in there is supposed to be pork belly. Damn near a vegetarian sandwich.

Terrible. Not sure who's eating here and how anyone has rated this anywhere close to a 4. Ordered a beef combo and what they've pass off as a pork belly sandwich. Stale broth. No tendon. Noodles over-cooked. Quality of food is non-existent. Save your $ and go to Davorn's. I was hoping we found a gem but instead lazy, substandard Thai. Good thing: Fast Service. Not many people here. Soups sitting there ready to go, Young kids/servers are great.

Ate by myself in the morning since I was nearby. At first the Pho itself is very clear so you may think it lacks flavor. It doesn't have a very rich flavor to be honest, but I enjoyed it because it tasted very clean. Noodles are cooked to perfection and the ingredients tasted fresh as well. Overall 4 stars for pho and service. Feedback: Large pho should come with more sprouts, etc. Additionally, the quantity of the meats is significantly less than phos I've had in general and in Los Angeles. LA phos are usually ~$13, so the value doesn't make sense considering less meat and well - it's Visalia. Also, white plastic spoons I used you can see stains and crud developed over time. These are cheap items you can easily replace and easily avoid customer dissatisfaction. Overall I give it 4 stars relative to the city of Visalia, CA.

Their pho was sooo bombbbb, It was actually my first time trying pho in general, their pho was so flavorful and they give out a decent amount of meat too!!I honestly can't wait to go back. Their service was also pretty fast and everyone was very nice and welcoming (:

Typical Pho place. As we walked in we were greeted and sat immediately. We skimmed through the menu and out our orders in. Being a typical pho person everyone knows what they typically order. The food came out quick the wait was not long at all. My only concern is that it took them a rather long time to check us out. I went up front to ask for the check and some boxes. We waited longer to get checked out vs how long it took us to eat. Overall it was a quick stop to grab some hot soup, eat and go about our way.

I went with two other people and we all had Pho and the spring rolls. We all thought the Pho was very good along with the spring rolls. I am not sure how new this place is, but I felt that it was extremely clean. The servers were very nice, they kept refilling our drinks and checking in on us.

Me and my bf went on Tuesday the 5th around 8pm and first impressions, environment was cozy and everything including the service was nice. Sadly we both got food poisoning, not sure if they're handling the food properly.

This place is amazing! We stopped by here for lunch and we were blown away by the quality of the pho. I got the house special pho. The broth is delightfully flavorful yet light. The service is top notch. Everyone here is super friendly.

Hella good. Brisket pho. Would eat here again

Interestingly there was only one employee working when we visited and I watched in amazement as she took orders and prepared everything. Our drinks took 25 minutes to complete and we were the first group in line. *Mochi Donut: there were seasonal flavors and the employee was kind enough to explain the different flavors as the names were a bit abstract. I opted for the spring donut which was white chocolate and matcha. The texture was the best I've tried. Perfectly bouncy in the center with a light exterior. It wasn't too oily nor sweet and the glaze was subtle. Despite the description, I couldn't really differentiate the white chocolate and matcha from a standard glaze. *Spring Fruit Tea: described as a passionfruit and rose tea. Disappointedly, neither flavor was prominent. The tea was steeped well but this was missing some brightness. *Creme Brulee: very sweet but fragrant. This was rich and milky with strong notes of burnt cream. However, we got less sugar for this and it was still too sweet. If there was an option to lower the sugar even more, I would opt for that. The milk based drinks tasted better than the fruit ones. If I was in a rush, I would stick to the donuts but drinks were pretty good if you don't mind the wait.

Small local business, so please support LOCAL! Their food was exceptional. The shrimp spring rolls were light but filling and they provide both a peanut sauce (actually can taste the peanut in the sauce (I think they may use peanut butter) and a traditional vinegar fish sauce dip. The wife ordered the vermicelli with sliced pork. It looks like a deconstructed version of a spring roll = soooo good and I got the dry noodle with garlicy fried chicken. The chicken was perfectly fried and crispy while the noodles were lightly seasoned and cooked in a sweet fish sauce. DONT OVER LOOK THIS PLACE! ITS A MUST TRY!!! BTW: the owners are super sweet too! There was an elderly gentleman who was down on his luck, who came inside. He asked two young girls who were dining for money just for drink (100 degree day). The young cashier didn't miss a beat and treated the man with kindness gave him the drink he ordered plus made him a large to-go water and then asked if he had eaten today. He said, "no". Then a short conversation started from the back and the owners fed the man. Me and my wife called the cashier over and told her we'll pay for his food but the owner kindly declined. Before we left we had a nice conversation with the owner and hopefully next time in town my wife can do some return business with a catering order. AGAIN you would rarely see this happen at a chain restaurant so this is why we try support small local businesses...and how we become loyal customers!!!
