Came for dinner on a weekday and it wasn't that busy. The restaurant looked modern/new with plenty of tables open. Got the fish sauce wings and egg rolls to start. Both were nice and crispy but lacked flavor. They weren't bad, but I've definitely had better. I got the large rib bone pho knowing I would have leftovers to take home. It was a lot of food, which was good for the price. It was okay, too. I wished the meat was more tender, but it didn't "fall off the bone" like I expected. After reading through other reviews it's safe to say the experience we had was a normal occurrence. Food was good by vastly over priced. Appetizers and plates were brought out promptly our pho in the other hand came out very very late. It was evident that our waitress did not put the order in. Tables that had not ordered and some not even seated when we placed our order got the same pho we had ordered got there food and were more then half way through it before we got ours. Like I said food was good not great and the pricing was outrageously high. Twenty dollars for a bowl of pho? That's a little much. To top off the experience they asked if we would like the split the bill when we placed our order, we said yes and at the end were handed 3 separate checks. When the first group went up to pay the were charged the bill for the entire table and they had no answers as to how to fix. This pho spot was super clean from the moment we walked in, with an open layout and a visible kitchen -- always a good sign. The booths were large and comfortable, and I liked that all the condiments and utensils were already at the table, which made things easy. We ordered a pork banh mi, which was full of flavor and had perfectly toasted, homemade-tasting bread, though it was on the smaller side. We also tried the pork and beef spring rolls and two beef pho bowls. One even came with a big bone, which made for a nice presentation touch. First off this place is really nice inside. The decor is beautiful. They definitely did an amazing job with the design. I ordered BBQ plate and She ordered PHO. We ordered are food and the PHO came out first while waiting the servers tells me it's going to be about 10 More minutes for mine. No big deal I was enjoying the broth from the Pho. The meat in the Pho didn't have much flavor. Server comes back a few mins later to tell me that they don't have the BBQ Ribs I ordered so I changed to the meat plate. My frustration here is they should have told me at the beginning because i could have went to Davorns and got what I wanted. Food comes and the carrots are amazing. Season perfectly. Food is good but REALLY over priced. Service is about average, not bad and not amazing. Pho was good, flavor is nice and clean. Price was about average compared to other pho locations. The 4 piece egg rolls are about $10 and are really small for what you pay for. I was expecting them to be bigger since it's over $2 a piece. Flavor isn't anything different from pho wynn or any other pho place in Visalia. I don't agree to charge $10 for 4 small rolls. The photo attached shows the size in comparison to a Jalapeno slice. Bahn mi sandwich is also small. I would prefer to go to bahn tastic or pho wynn for bahn mi at the same price if not cheaper. Photo attached show the bahn mi in comparison to a standard sized fork. So everything is pretty over priced for smaller size but you are paying for the ambiance. The location is nice, next to a Ross, Vallarta, and tj maxx. Inside has nice booth seating and cute chandeliers. Definitely a nicer pho place than the other ones in Visalia. But food is pretty average and not worth the additional cost (in my opinion). I decided to come here for lunch with my brother. When we walked in, no one greeted us saying "hi, welcome, how are you"? When we were seated, the server did not say hi to either of us. A few minutes later, when he came to get our drink order all he asked was "what can i get you to drink"? There was still no hi or hello. After we ordered our drinks and appetizer, I told him my brother needed a few more minutes to look at the menu. When we got our drinks and appetizer, he did not ask if we were ready to order. Ordered the chicken pho. The shredded chicken itself was very dry. Even after being made and putting into the broth, it was still dry. Service was good. They were very nice. The ambiance was quiet and relaxed. Got served our food very quickly. I also liked all their condiments on the table. It was a quick lunch, but also pricey. One lg bowl of pho was $20. Broth was ok. Our server wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu, she forgot items, and didn't check on us after taking our order. Thankfully, a busser was helpful, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. Food-wise, it was a hit! The house special beef noodle and seafood pho were delicious. My kids enjoyed the teriyaki rice plate. But the Thai tea tasted almost like a burnt taste to it and the wings weren't very good, the spring rolls were okay. I would go back just for the pho and maybe a soda instead of the Thai tea. They told us the Thai tea was good and sweet. Then were all together talking and looking at our table when we asked to get something else. But, I have had Thai tea so many places so many times. Came with the family to give this spot a try. First impression was great, nice clean open seating. It seemed to be a clean spot as we saw the employees even wearing gloves. Now the concern: the servers never changed their gloves even after having been observed grabbing trash from the ground then with same gloves on grabbing the toppings to place on a plate. Same server was grabbing all the menus, holding the machine to take your order, grabbing cash, touching the mop to clean a spill and continued to handle the food without changing the gloves not even once. Honestly tasted like other pho places nothing that was like oh my gosh type. We might have to try their signature pho if we go again. E2 Grilled pork rice place with fried egg and vegetables. This was actually pretty good. The sauce not sure what kind it was but it was good drizzled on top of the rice and meat. We came for dinner on a whim. We were seated pretty quickly, opened the menu saw that EVERY drink is over 5.00, so we ordered water. The water came out in a clear plastic coffee cup with a lid which I thought was cheap asf. I browsed the menu and was less than impressed. We should have left then. I ordered the chicken vermicelli plate and was informed there's no eggroll (which is included w/ the 18.99 meal ) so I asked what they are substituting for it and she looked at me like I was crazy. She said extra chicken I said ok. My husband ordered the beef rice plate. Our food came out and looked just ok. I started eating a realized the chicken wasn't cut at all and was in big thigh chunks, NO knife in sight. I asked for one, it never came. The chicken was sinewy and tasted not cooked thoroughly or seasoned- i took the chicken out completely and I ate the noodles and veggies and dressed it up with the sauces on the table. It was SO MID- My husbands cut of beef was gross and underseasoned. The food was so nasty and SO overpriced. Then I wanted to pay with a Visa gift card I had gotten for Xmas and the girls could NOT figure out how to do a split payment. I wanted 40 on the Visa gift card and pay the remainder with my debit card. They had 3 different people try and nobody knew what they were doing. I finally just said forget it and paid the $50 w my debit card so we could gtfo there. The place was full but I do not understand the attraction. I don't recommend at all. 0 stars if I could. The dining area looks nice and remodeled but the bathrooms were dirty asf. No toilet papet roll holder, a pee mat in front of the toilet, no soap in the dispenser, just a random soap container on the sink- Yuck. Wasted 50$ on a meal that cost 2.00 to make and horrible service. Never again. Lesson learned. read more

My husband and I love pho! We saw this through IG and was in the area, so we stopped by. Asians know pho! From reading the reviews, it seems like a lot of people don't understand how pho is to be eaten. Also, the complaints about pricing...the reality is that grocery prices continue to rise with the moron in office, and EVERYTHING keeps going up! I'm that person who doesn't mind paying for good food. Anyway, decor is bright and fitting, lighting is good. I would have preferred Vietnamese music; pop was playing in the background. When we arrived, there were tables available, we preferred to sit further away from people so we asked to move towards the back and they allowed. We both ordered the 3 beef rib pho bowls, shrimp spring rolls, grilled pork spring rolls, and 2 thai teas. The broth was good and clean. Good amount of noodles and beef. Good amount of meatballs too! The amount of condiments on the table were acceptable, enough to season your broth the way you'd want. Love how they tightly roll their spring rolls! They don't fall apart when you bite into them, and the sauce is pretty close to how I make mine...just add some Sriracha and it's chef kiss. Thai teas were great! One of the best thing is the free refills...I've never heard of any pho restaurant who offer free refills on Thai teas! Overall, it was good food, good service! Its a beef broth base, and it definitely lacks in flavor on its own. When your star dish is a broth dish, you'd surely want it to hold flavor but sadly this pho does not. It was my first time trying bo ne and it was delicious! I definitely recommend getting the salted cream coffee. My friend got the hut combination and it was so flavorful and you can tell that they simmered the broth overnight. The hut combination came with a rib bone which was surprising. read more
