The beef pho here is very tasty and price is good. My wife ordered the bahn mi and she said the meat and meat were good. The bread could be a bit more toasty and fresh. Clean restaurant and great service. The restroom is clean but there is no changing table for kids. The only drawback is you have to provide your CC over the phone if doing a pickup order. read more

This place is located in the same strip mall as Roller Town and a hidden gem. The strip mall is pretty rundown and parking lot has quite a few potholes. But there's lots of free parking. I ordered the charbroiled pork Bánh Mì with an extra side of Pickled Daikon/Carrots. The Bánh Mì consisted of mayo, pâté, and pickled vegetables, thinly sliced charbroiled pork on a crusty baguette. I highly recommend this sandwich. I called my order in and it was conveniently ready when I arrived. The restaurant offers on-line ordering as well. Small local business, so please support LOCAL! Their food was exceptional. The shrimp spring rolls were light but filling and they provide both a peanut sauce (actually can taste the peanut in the sauce (I think they may use peanut butter) and a traditional vinegar fish sauce dip. The wife ordered the vermicelli with sliced pork. It looks like a deconstructed version of a spring roll = soooo good and I got the dry noodle with garlicy fried chicken. The chicken was perfectly fried and crispy while the noodles were lightly seasoned and cooked in a sweet fish sauce. DONT OVER LOOK THIS PLACE! ITS A MUST TRY!!! BTW: the owners are super sweet too! There was an elderly gentleman who was down on his luck, who came inside. He asked two young girls who were dining for money just for drink (100 degree day). The young cashier didn't miss a beat and treated the man with kindness gave him the drink he ordered plus made him a large to-go water and then asked if he had eaten today. He said, "no". Then a short conversation started from the back and the owners fed the man. Me and my wife called the cashier over and told her we'll pay for his food but the owner kindly declined. However, they could have been a little more clear that there was pate in the sandwiches, and listed potential substitutes for that (like mayo or butter), but they didn't say that on the phone when I ordered. Logistically, it can be difficult too. Even though I ordered 15 minutes prior to going into the shop, I had to wait in line for everyone else to order (there's no separate line), and that took a good amount of time given how busy they were in the lunchtime rush. But it is clear this is a popular lunch spot, and that the food is solid. I would definitely return given the good quality of the food. The bread was flaky and the ingredients were fresh. The Pho Soup Broth was delicious and hit on point! They didn't skimp out on the meats, which is a great thing! The Pork Spring roll was yummy too! We enjoyed the quality of meats they took time marinating and grilling. Not to chewy and the flavor and texture was perfect! Their Banh Mi Amour Special had to be our favorite! I really appreciate how they added a Lent friendly menu and I enjoyed the pescatarian options. Service is friendly and take out orders are packed neatly. *Bun Bo Hue: too heavy on the oil and not on the spices. The noodles were also on the harder side. The broth needed a richer beefy profile. The slices of beef were tender but they lacked any robust flavor. *Shrimp Toast: the bread to shrimp topping ratio was ideal. The toast was browned well and was very crispy. This contrasted nicely with the creamy shrimp mixture. However, the mix was a bit bland so I would add some chili oil. *Amour Special: really solid banh mi.
