We stopped in today and I had the Dutch Crunch turkey sandwich, while my wife had the turkey spinach wrap. Both were fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and clearly put together with care. The Dutch Crunch was soft and amazing! Ruben was prompt, incredibly friendly, and you can genuinely tell that he takes pride in what he makes. That kind of personal service makes a big difference and really adds to the experience. The prices are affordable, the food is fresh, and the restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and cute. It's the kind of place you're happy to support and come back to. Thanks, Ruben, for taking such great care of us and keeping The Pickled Deli a place we're excited to visit! We'll definitely be back!

Ahh! So I have been wanting this place for sooo long. Yesterday I had the chance. I work nearby. I…read morewas working a double shift with a 30 minute break inbetween. So I got online. Ordered my food about 25 minutes before my break. Walked over. As I stood there the woman (I believe Missy) looked at me and looked away. I stood there as she made a sandwich in one of the slowest motions I've ever witnessed. Then a man from DoorDash came in. She told him,I'm sorry for the wait I've been sooo busy. I still gave her grace and waited. She eventually hands him his bag of items. I said hey,I ordered my food about 40 minutes ago online. She told me I Don't have an order for you. I showed her my email. She then said I don't know what to tell you. I was running out of time to even eat at this point. I told her my name again and that I would call regarding getting my money back. I got the most terrible sandwich for $20 Nextdoor and basically didn't even eat. So I called and she proceeded to say she was soo busy. I politely told her,you absolutely were not. I watched you for 20 minutes! And you ignored me multiple times after looking at me. You dismissed me. She claimed she had 3 online orders before I got there. She stated she found my order. I reminded her that I placed my order 25 minutes before I even got there. She then apologized again, while defending the fact she was "so busy" I stated that "being so busy" has nothing to do with customer service. I asked for management. She said they would be back on Monday. What a let down. What a shame that people With no customer service have to work in it just to have a job. I have sympathy and understanding to a certain level. But now I'm out the $20 I spent on a terrible sandwich from the neighboring store plus my expectations and business from what I was expecting to be an amazing sandwich. (I know this was long, sorry) lol. All and all, awful from start to finish. Don't go here expecting anything beyond what an employee is forced to do. PS,still waiting for my refund.

If you're one for fatty meats, fat means flavor! Then you're gonna love it. If you were on the fence or even hated fat in your meat, trust me, just give it a chance. The flavor punch alone will change your mind. If it doesn't, then you'll be like Jess and shake your head with a solid "no". More for me! Tried the original so far, really anticipating the Chipotle version, but the OG has to be here to stay! It's nice to have another meat selection! Love the Philly! Would even say the Philly is slightly better than the Pastrami. But again, my own opinion and opinions will differ. The pastrami brings everything you want in that moment. It just ends so fast! You need to go for extra meat! Yes it's an extra $3.50 but worth it! I love this place, love the food and will continue to try anything new they have to offer up! Cause I know 9/10 either Jess or myself will love it! Ambiance is nice but it is kind of small inside. That's why we prefer to order for curbside or delivery. Can't discuss ambiance yet until I can make my way down to see it for myself. This sandwich took me by surprise. For $13 you get a ten inch sub. It was packaged nice, it looked big and full of meat. Bonus there cause alot of places get skimpy, they sure don't. The inclusion of mayo was different but not bad, It gave an added butteriness to the overall flavor which was nice. The meat itself was seasoned, maybe a little over salty at first, but again, this sandwich was one that really grows on you. The bread was soft, a little chewy but added to the texture to add another positive note. It was a sandwich so good, it was absolutely worth finishing. It's made me want to come back and try out a cold sandwich and even the Mexican food they have on the menu. I'm big on an Asada Burrito and they make one! So can't wait for the next time to come down and give them another try!
