Got our order through delivery so can't really talk about service in house. But they did certainly make some amazing sandwiches so top regards to them for that! So disappointed in this place. I've been collecting points with their ap for over a year and had collected over 1600 points which is supposed to qualify me for a free sandwich. Not the case. I ordered a sandwich, chips n drink and with my point it was still $9.70 for my sandwich, and $6.00 for my drink and chips. Basically $16. I usually don't have any problems with jimmy john's, But earlier this week, I had a pretty big issue. I ordered two sandwiches: One was the veggie and the one I believe was the beach club, the one with Turkey and bacon on it. After finally getting our sandwiches, twenty minutes later then we were told, the entire order was wrong. The veggie had nothing but meat on it And the turkey bacon sandwich had no bacon or turkey.It was literally just slices of bread with condiments and cheese on it. When I called the store, the person working basically told me that he can't talk about the issue because he has to concentrate on closing the store. When I tried to talk to a manager, the person I called at the store stated that he was the manager. But he couldn't process a refund, or help us in any way, In fact, he said " that's a tomorrow problem". Additionally, when he said that there was nothing he could do, he kind of chuckled and then hung up on me when I asked for his manager's phone number. Eventually I called other locations in town and found out the general manager's name, But after calling, leaving a message and explaining my situation even after four days, I still have not received a call back from anyone. So...yea.....this isnt a one location issue...idk but I do know that If you're looking for something for dinner, maybe try a different location ir a different comoany, because this one is NOT IT read more

This JJ location is my favorite here in town and I am never disappointed. I stopped in about 5:30 and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and patient young man who was working the front counter. I was not exactly sure what I was in the mood for, but once I figured it out, he got it taken care of. I really hate a messy sandwich, and sometimes JJ can add a little too much dressing, but this location makes their sandwiches nice and neat. A bag of their great chips, and a chocolate chip cookie added the finishing touches. The restaurant itself is a good size, but I imagine that it can get a little tight during a busy lunch rush. read more

#7 spicy Italian...I think not. Hard to find any spicy italian within this 5 millimeter sandwich or any other ingredient for that matter. I asked for everything plus bacon and the sandwich was missing several included ingredients like the provolone and tomatoes not to mention there was so little of all the other ingredients that it looks like they just cut the bread and closed it back up. Well I recently moved here from out of town. I love the sandwich's here and at my previous locations were amazing and knew me by name I was in 3-4 times a week for food on my way to work! But here the food is okay and the prices for the wraps are $2 more a sandwich here and any sides are $3 more than any other location. It sucks to pay more for food that is not as good and more expensive. Staff are not patient with customers and customers seem to bother them when we ask a question or want to order any food. So sad I can't eat here like I used to since moving! read more

Was on the receiving end of a totally botched catered lunch from this place. After waiting 30 minutes past the delivery time for some basic sandwiches for 70 people the organizer was told "they are on the way". 30 more minutes passed and some lunch boxes were delivered with half made sandwiches, bread with no meat or vegetables and some junk food as sides. I have a love/ hate relationship with JJ's. First time I got the blandest sandwich in earth. I had told the gal before I had ordered that it was my first time. Second time I got caught in the card breach. Third time was good, ordered the Beach Club. Today I went to the Mooney walnut store. The kid at the order counter barely said Boo. I ordered the Beach Club again. As usual they were "freaky fast". I had to take it back and ask them to cut it and for napkins. I also ordered with mayo and was not offered mustard and nor were there any packets to be seen. So I'm sitting at a high top eating my sandwich and the scared proceeds to drop a mop bucket next to me, grabs a broom and starts sweeping. Then he MOPS RIGHT UNDER MY FEET! I have a real problem with restaurant folks cleaning next to me while I'm still eating. I think it's rude and unsanitary. I got to Jimmy John's usually once a week. Tonight (Sunday Aug 6th @6pm my husband and I went in. There was one worker making sandwiches and as soon as we came in she greeted us and said it would be a min. She was working on another order and she seemed to be the only one working. When she was done she came and took our order and was still very nice and positive. She the. Started making our order and another customer came in and she again greeting him with a friendly hello and said it would be a little wait. I like this location a lot more than the downtown location. I came here yesterday evening, and the employees were nice. They mentioned that their card system was down, but they were still welcoming! All I wanted was a ham & cheese sandwich with lettuce, pickles & mayo but they said I couldn't have any lettuce, pickles or mayo. My husband and I used to eat here about 3x per week! Yes it WAS that good! We went back yesterday Sunday 9.16.18 and wow changes have been made and not good ones:( when you walk in there was no one greeting us. The signs that used to be up showing the "free" items you can add to your sandwich is no longer there. The friendly service is lacking to say the least, and our 2 sandwiches took forever to get made :( I asked if they were under new management the girl said yes, and she was it. We will change our location and head over to the JJS on Main streat ftom now on. The new managers "I dont give 2 shits" attitude was enough to send us on our way. And it always has me coming back for more ;-) We usually find ourselves picking up a sandwich to eat while watching a big game on t.v or to take with us to Lake Kaweah in the summer. My favorite is the #12. It has turkey, avocado, cucumber, provolone, lettuce, and tomato. Their bread is unique but I absolutely love it's chewy texture. Consistency is a big thing for me so I appreciate that my sandwich is always fresh. In addition, the employees are very attentive. I am always greeted the moment I walk in. Jimmy Johns also hangs their reputation on having "freaky fast" service and I am a believer! We usually order two sandwiches and we have never waited more than three minutes for them.
