Never thought that bacon would work so well on an Italian sub.. it does! The flavor adds that something special, it brought me back to my childhood trying my first and greatest ever Italian sub. Got our order through delivery so can't really talk about service in house. But they did certainly make some amazing sandwiches so top regards to them for that! Bread was toasty and buttery, meats were flavorful and warm throughout the entire sub. If they didn't cost so much here, I would choose them over a lot of the local sub competitors. read more

So disappointed in this place. I've been collecting points with their ap for over a year and had collected over 1600 points which is supposed to qualify me for a free sandwich. Not the case. I ordered a sandwich, chips n drink and with my point it was still $9.70 for my sandwich, and $6.00 for my drink and chips. Basically $16. It would have been $18 to just buy the combo of what I ordered. I'm sorry JJ's you fooled me. I'm uninstalling your ap, and I won't be back. That's false advertising. read more

It has been a long time since I've been to Jimmy John's and now I remember why. The sandwich was pretty tasteless. The bread was tuff and it was fairly expensive. read more

Honestly that pizza sub my boyfriend ordered was a 10/10 (had to get a bite hehe). This place was super good, the people working there are efficient and very friendly! Thank you Jimmy John's, really recommend this location. read more

The most disappointing Jimmy John's ever. I added Avocado spread and there was a small amount at the end of my sandwich. Mainly lettuce and one piece of turney folded in half. Spend $65 on 3 sandwiches, drinks and chips including tip. I stopped at Jimmy John's because the food is usually consistent everywhere I go. Not today. Especially for the amount I paid to feed my family read more

I usually don't have any problems with jimmy john's, But earlier this week, I had a pretty big issue. I ordered two sandwiches: One was the veggie and the one I believe was the beach club, the one with Turkey and bacon on it. After finally getting our sandwiches, twenty minutes later then we were told, the entire order was wrong. The veggie had nothing but meat on it And the turkey bacon sandwich had no bacon or turkey. It was literally just slices of bread with condiments and cheese on it. When I called the store, the person working basically told me that he can't talk about the issue because he has to concentrate on closing the store. When I tried to talk to a manager, the person I called at the store stated that he was the manager. But he couldn't process a refund, or help us in any way, In fact, he said " that's a tomorrow problem". Additionally, when he said that there was nothing he could do, he kind of chuckled and then hung up on me when I asked for his manager's phone number. Eventually I called other locations in town and found out the general manager's name, But after calling, leaving a message and explaining my situation even after four days, I still have not received a call back from anyone. So...yea.....this isnt a one location issue...idk but I do know that If you're looking for something for dinner, maybe try a different location ir a different comoany, because this one is NOT IT read more

Sandwiches made perfectly also very friendly and attentive employees. Highly recommend.

This JJ location is my favorite here in town and I am never disappointed. I stopped in about 5:30 and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and patient young man who was working the front counter. I was not exactly sure what I was in the mood for, but once I figured it out, he got it taken care of. I really hate a messy sandwich, and sometimes JJ can add a little too much dressing, but this location makes their sandwiches nice and neat. A bag of their great chips, and a chocolate chip cookie added the finishing touches. The restaurant itself is a good size, but I imagine that it can get a little tight during a busy lunch rush. read more

The employee Renee was amazing. He was so kind in making sure to accommodate my allergy which is so hard at a sandwich shop. Very friendly and delicious sandwich! Will be back. Thank you Renee!! read more

#7 spicy Italian...I think not. Hard to find any spicy italian within this 5 millimeter sandwich or any other ingredient for that matter. I asked for everything plus bacon and the sandwich was missing several included ingredients like the provolone and tomatoes not to mention there was so little of all the other ingredients that it looks like they just cut the bread and closed it back up. Missing items an all my other sandwiches but this one was the worse I have had. Come on Jimmy Johns freaky fast means nothing if your just slapping whatever together! read more

Well I recently moved here from out of town. I love the sandwich's here and at my previous locations were amazing and knew me by name I was in 3-4 times a week for food on my way to work! But here the food is okay and the prices for the wraps are $2 more a sandwich here and any sides are $3 more than any other location. It sucks to pay more for food that is not as good and more expensive. Staff are not patient with customers and customers seem to bother them when we ask a question or want to order any food. So sad I can't eat here like I used to since moving! read more

Customer service was good, place was clean and pictures of sandwiches looked great so that's the 2 stars but then.... I got the sandwich and it didn't look anything like the picture, not even close! Was on the receiving end of a totally botched catered lunch from this place. After waiting 30 minutes past the delivery time for some basic sandwiches for 70 people the organizer was told "they are on the way". 30 more minutes passed and some lunch boxes were delivered with half made sandwiches, bread with no meat or vegetables and some junk food as sides. Embarrassing for the organization who paid for being short changed completely. Unforgettable experience. I'm sure they won't get the repeat business! read more

Joshua really made our first time here awesome, he took time to explain the menu, he was friendly, courteous & quick. Great bread, friendly staff, quick service, clean, well organized, good TP (not something I ever thought leaving in a review but it was the good stuff) My husband and I really enjoyed the signage through out the place as well. Thank you JJ's for a great experience! :-) read more

Stopped in on my lunch break to grab a quick bite. Had the tuna little john lunch. The staff we're really friendly and the food was literally done as soon as i made my iced tea. That was by far the best tuna sandwich I've had in years. Thanks guys...I will be back. read more

I have a love/ hate relationship with JJ's. First time I got the blandest sandwich in earth. I had told the gal before I had ordered that it was my first time. Second time I got caught in the card breach. Third time was good, ordered the Beach Club. Today I went to the Mooney walnut store. The kid at the order counter barely said Boo. I ordered the Beach Club again. As usual they were "freaky fast". I had to take it back and ask them to cut it and for napkins. I also ordered with mayo and was not offered mustard and nor were there any packets to be seen. So I'm sitting at a high top eating my sandwich and the scared proceeds to drop a mop bucket next to me, grabs a broom and starts sweeping. Then he MOPS RIGHT UNDER MY FEET! I have a real problem with restaurant folks cleaning next to me while I'm still eating. I think it's rude and unsanitary. Mooney store manager/owner....get someone to take orders that might smile once in awhile and don't clean right under your customer! read more

What a disappointment. I filled out all the information they wanted for delivery on my phone and when I got to the very end of the page it told me that they told me they do not deliver to my address. This is my favorite sandwich. But I can't believe you wouldn't deliver to certain areas. With the economy going the way it is right now I think I would take every area I could. I got to Jimmy John's usually once a week. Tonight (Sunday Aug 6th @6pm my husband and I went in. There was one worker making sandwiches and as soon as we came in she greeted us and said it would be a min. She was working on another order and she seemed to be the only one working. When she was done she came and took our order and was still very nice and positive. She the. Started making our order and another customer came in and she again greeting him with a friendly hello and said it would be a little wait. She seemed to be a hard worker and deserves to be recognized. I am glad that her name was on receipt. Ashley great customer service read more

I like this location a lot more than the downtown location. I came here yesterday evening, and the employees were nice. They mentioned that their card system was down, but they were still welcoming! The "Frenchie" was a little disappointing after taking a bite out of it and seeing a layer of mayonnaise (I asked if these were just meat and cheese only), but now I know to ask for none next time. Can't wait to try some of their new sandwiches! Carson C. Visalia, California read more

I ordered on the app an hour before we arrive. Not a big deal to wait a minute but be polite and communicate. Service/communication poor. They could have made the same situation pleasant. I had the most insane experience .. Store is on Mooney I'll cut to the chase. Order was incomplete delivery guy said the rest of order was in car and would be RIGHT BACK. After 10 minutes I'm worried so I call store was told that driver is there and bringing drink RIGHT BACK but as a courtesy I asked if it was NO ICE person said IF THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED; so I was like Tis true my snippy azz answering phone friend but I didn't get it the first time I ordered it . Guy comes back drink is CHOCKFULL to brim with yep ICE. He left it and bolted.. I get drink and to politely update Phone Guy that I got drink but as a fyi I'm mentioning that it's cruel to ask customers to customize their items if it's going to be ignored... he said sorry but NOTHING he could do but send the guy back! I said NOOO just put a free drink for me next time. OH NO NO NO can't be done.. Earth would stop rotating! WTH!? So okie dokie send my sweaty pissed off worker bee who's trying to make a living like us all RIGHT on BACK. Yea he sends the guy back. Guy slams my screen door and leaves. Hell no I did NOT drink that drank.. to be continued if you care.. lol read more

All I wanted was a ham & cheese sandwich with lettuce, pickles & mayo but they said I couldn't have any lettuce, pickles or mayo. If I wanted pickles I would have to buy a quarter pickle, if I wanted mayo I could have a mayo packet & no they wouldn't put any lettuce on my sandwhich. I can have a mayo packet but they have all this mayo on a shelf & they can't put any Mayo on my sandwich so I got a bottle of water instead of a dry sandwhich. My definite go to Samich Shop From Now On. They Never have any Delivery Fees, They have Fast Delivery annnd The Food Is Delicious!!!

This place is a joke can't even stay open for 15 minutes longer than closing to complete an online order. We will never order from this location again!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed read more

I'm sorry, no sandwich shop deserves more than a star if I have to put the mustard on my own sandwich. Out of "packets" no less. I don't mind the SPEED in which the rest of my sandwich is sloppily thrown together. But come on, how do you have a sandwich shop without regular mustard on the list?? I'm done. read more

Jimmy Johns is a great sandwich shop! And it always has me coming back for more ;-) We usually find ourselves picking up a sandwich to eat while watching a big game on t.v or to take with us to Lake Kaweah in the summer. My favorite is the #12. It has turkey, avocado, cucumber, provolone, lettuce, and tomato. Their bread is unique but I absolutely love it's chewy texture. Consistency is a big thing for me so I appreciate that my sandwich is always fresh. In addition, the employees are very attentive. I am always greeted the moment I walk in. Jimmy Johns also hangs their reputation on having "freaky fast" service and I am a believer! We usually order two sandwiches and we have never waited more than three minutes for them. So if you've yet to give this place a try. . . Do your tastebuds a favor and check out Jimmy Johns and their "freaky fast" freaky fresh sandwiches! read more

My husband and I used to eat here about 3x per week! Yes it WAS that good! We went back yesterday Sunday 9.16.18 and wow changes have been made and not good ones:( when you walk in there was no one greeting us. The signs that used to be up showing the "free" items you can add to your sandwich is no longer there. The friendly service is lacking to say the least, and our 2 sandwiches took forever to get made :( I asked if they were under new management the girl said yes, and she was it. We will change our location and head over to the JJS on Main streat ftom now on. The new managers "I dont give 2 shits" attitude was enough to send us on our way. Save yourself the disappointment and head over to Main Street much better service. read more

I luv this place. They bake they're own bread daily. Their wheat bread is bomb! I prefer it over subway, togos, or port of subs. They're veggies sandwich on wheat bread is second to none. They don't have soups, salads, or anything else but sandwiches and chip but they're darn good! My kids will usually go next door to Wing Stop and we go to Jimmy Johns and then we all eat together outside. Great place, fast service! read more
