Horrible service came in told them what I wanted and the lady proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I told her again I wanted a spicy Italian and then she proceeded to ask me what I wanted. It is not that hard to crane your neck up and look up at the sign that you work at and see what's on the menu for the spicy Italian she was condescending the whole time. Very disappointed with my order. I ordered online with the subway app and they messed up my order. I ordered spicy Italian with pepperjack cheese and other items. Made it all the way home and found the wrong cheese and other missing ingredients. There was American cheese which really changed the flavor to the point that I couldn't finish the meal. I went there 1/18 around 10 pm there were 2 female employees. I order All American. I asked her I want just ham, not turkey so she said yes, but she kept asking if I wanted bacon, so I said okay I will take bacon. I was going to use my coupon with my order, but the sandwich came out $13 something, so I asked her did you charge bacon for extra..?? and she said yes...... and she said go-ahead grab a receipt if you want... she was soooo rude!!!! so now I have to pay for not even I don't want. Also, they need to train her with the menu because she said I can not use that sandwich with coupons, but it's not excluded from the coupon. I'm not coming back here again!!! read more

Garbage as service. I order online and they messed up my order. I spoke to the manage and he did not want to refund me. Never going back here again. Clients be careful!!!! This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back when I come to this side of town! The customer service here is great, Josh and Marisol are seriously awesome! They are probably the best sandwich makers we've had at any subway. My boyfriend and I are pretty laid back people who like to have a laugh every now and then and they were so funny while making our sandwich and salad! Even though they carried on a conversation with us the whole time our food turned out to perfection! I will totally go out of my way to return back to this location. I was today at Subway exactly at 8:08 and when asked for the type of sandwich I ask for the advertisement outside that advertises $3.99 a sandwich per day of the week. I was told she didn't know what I was talking about I ask to remove the advertisement and the girl became very defensive. She does not have customer service because all she could say was I apologize but the special is over and we no longer have it. Obviously the employees at subway go to work and are not aware of their advertisements. Poor customer service and young people that just go to work and play around with their co-workers instead of going to work and earn their money not steal from the company. read more

Always great customer service. Greeted upon arrival and they're always aware of everybody walking in. Even when it's busy, I'm acknowledged with eye contact and a smile. Food is always great. My family and I stopped at this location on Sat. evening. Just back from Los Angeles and a long road trip. the sign on the door said they were open 7 days a week from 8AM to 10PM. They were open but they wouldn't serve us! They already had everything put away. I grant you it was about 7 minutes to 10 but the door was open and they should have served us. I guess the thing that was most upsetting, and has caused us to write this location off our list, is the "I don't care" attitudes of the two young ladies who had already closed up shop. We ended up at Carl's and they gladly let us spend our money. read more
