After eating at Hanford's In-N-Out many many times, I have only good things to say that have been reported over and over in previous reviews by others. But I've been asked by the In-N-Out app to review, so I will report on my most recent visit to Hanford In-N-Out. As my wife and I walked in for lunch, we were immediately greeted by a young lady at the counter with a big smile, a happy face and a cheerful attitude, asking how she could help. We ordered after asking and receiving good answers to a few questions, and took a seat to await our order. My wife had ordered a single with cheese and I ordered a double double lettuce wrapped or as they call it protein style. The food came quickly, and as I moved one sandwich off the tray to place in front of my wife I bumped the straw on my water glass and knocked the whole thing over soaking the table and floor and a little on us. Before we knew it, the same young lady that waited on us at the counter, came with tools to clean up the mess. Although I apologized for making more work for her, she continued cleaning with her smiling, happy attitude and took care of the spill very efficiently. The young lady's name was Penelope. She deserves a raise, but everyone there probably does also because all staff we have ever had contact with were friendly and helpful. That alone is worth mentioning. The food was good. My double double lettuce wrap had a lot of lettuce on it and wrapped better than at any other place I have ever ordered one. I had asked for extra vegetables which they managed to tuck in there as well without losing continuity of the wrap. As we sat in very pleasant surroundings, noticing the cleanliness and brightness of the restaurant, we enjoyed our meal and left with a good feeling that In & Out remains a five star experience.

I was pleased to actually see an employee clean & wipe down the women's restroom. I thanked you & appreciated her hard work. Next to get in line to order a double-double. Cashier was pleasant & quick with the line. I got my drink & next was to find a clean table as it was super busy & I found one with some crumbs I could wipe off. Note to self: pack handi-wipes purse size for instances like this. I pack them for the train, but never think I have to wipe down at In-N-Out Got my burger & I noticed it started to fall apart. The bun was stated to flake off in big pieces. I immediately thought, "Do they freeze & defrost their buns? Next was the meat. Yah, it's all FAT probably the 70% lean type of meat. After I ate, I had to immediately floss & brush my teeth to remove all the fattiness stuck between my teeth. Yah, that's the first. Yes, one should carry a travel size floss, toothbrush & toothpaste in your purse. You know the little baggie you get from the dentist. You'll thank me later. This place wasn't very busy, but they have two self service kiosks for ordering menu items. They also have a large shelf in the back for pick-up using Grub-hub or Uber eats. I ordered off the Kiosk thinking it would be quicker. There was a wait, I saw patrons who ordered after me at the counter get their food before mine. I didn't make a big deal as the manager asked if I had the Santa Barbara burger and she assured me the cook was making it fresh. I ordered the Santa Barbara with Avocado and added bacon. I opted for fries. They carry Pepsi products which I was glad to see, but I gave up drinking soda so I opted for the Cucumer lime refresher they have. Oh that tasted so good. My burger arrived hot and fresh. It had plenty of avocado. I didn't realize how big this burger sandwich was. Did my stomach shrinK? I was only able to eat half. The lettuce was shredded so it was hard to keep that in tact with every bite. The onions were carmelized and the sourdough bread had plenty of mayo on it. This sandwich was made perfectly. I have zero complaints. My fries were cooked perfectly and I ate them with mustard and ketchup you can get at the condiment bar. The last time I had a habit burger, I had a Turkey burger. While ordering through the kiosk, I didn't see a Turkey burger as an option. Did it get removed? They restrooms were clean and you're able to wash your hands only without someone locking you out. Great job and kudos to the manager for keeping this place well maintained and operating. Parking: I came at 4pm right when all the high schoolers got out of school so this area was busy and the parking lot was full. I had to park in the parking meant for the tire shop. Everything else in the Hangry Fix bowl was still loaded, it wasn't just all rice and topped with a little food. I'm big on reviews and my husband doesn't trust reviews and now I can see why. They pointed and told me where the window was, which was directly in front of where the cars drive to go to the drive-through. How dangerous is that? Yikes! So I stood in the cold at the tiny little window and I ordered a brisket burger - plain, because I wanted to see actually see how much brisket there was and taste it without other toppings or sauce on it. When you look at the photo you'll see why it got one star. There were only about five tiny pieces of brisket sitting on a kind of a yucky looking burger and the brisket was tender but had very little taste. It wasn't real pricey, so I can't fuss much, but when I looked at the receipt to remember how much I paid, that receipt has no price on it. which was very strange (see the photo). I do give them one kudo though, their seasoned french fries are really, really great. I don't know what the seasoning is and I don't usually like seasoning on my fries, but these are really yummy! I know everyone has their own taste in such things, but I'm picky and these were really good.
