He called this store and he got Annette on the phone. She was extremely rude and unwilling to listen or help. She hung up on him multiple times and refused to void his order so he could at least get his money back. She refused to give him the name of the manager, refused to let him speak to a manager saying "she didn't have to" and refused to give her name. The ONLY reason I got her name for this review was because she was named on the SEVERAL negative google reviews. I called the store myself to speak to a manager and didn't even mention anything about why I was calling and she immediately started going off on me and telling me she has no idea when a manager is going to be there and wouldn't give me his name then hung up on me. I called again after getting her name off google and was going to see if I asked for her by name if she would slip Up and admit it was her name so I at least had something to go off of when I called back tomorrow for a manager but to my surprise the OWNER answered the phone! I was able to tell him everything that had happened and he voided the order for me. I also informed him of the several Negative reviews his company has on her through google and let him know how rude she is to customers. Hopefully they do something about her. Albert was one of the sweetest and most polite people I've encountered. He took my order, repeated it back to me, and asked if there was anything else I would like.
