The order taker, Macie, was unprofessional, grunting, rubbing her head as if she did not want to take this order, after taking payment for four sandwiches and displaying a rude, blank expression just overall very unwelcoming. Stopped here with time to kill getting my tires rotated next door. 1:30 on a Monday, and have to say, although the younger generation gets a bad rap, the two guys working today were very efficient, polite, and working hard to make sandwiches and keep the place clean. I had the #11 country club and it was well made. Only had the 8" size, but this was enough and very filling when combined with the drink and chips. To be honest, I've only been to JJ's a few times in my work travels, but have never been disappointed in this chain. The local store here seems to know the value of customer service. In a crowded sandwich field Jimmy John's offers just enough to stand out as a solid option. I particularly enjoy their line of Italian Style Subs. I would say by and large I don't ever really order this style with the exception of JJ's. Excellent combination of salami, provolone, spices and dressings. I ordered the number 7 Spicy Italian and it was quite good. One nitpick would be that maybe I would like it to be even spicier. Solid choice though. read more

Let me tell you that I've eaten here several time and the food has been superb, as superb as a a sandwich joint can get. Jimmy Johns is hands down the best sandwich shop in town with the exception of Rock N Roll Deli. Jimmy Johns has fast & friendly service that always serves up the highest quality ingredients to make a great sandwich. You pay a little more than Subway and price wise it is pretty close to Port of Subs; however Jimmy Johns produces far superior sandwich. My only complaint is their limited delivery area, I want service to my house by 10th Ave & Leland Way. Keep up the good work Jimmy Johns. I love sandwiches, I could legit eat them everyday! So I was excited to try out the new sandwich shop in town, I've been to this location probably twice now and I think the sandwiches are just ok. They have great quality meats and I love their bread but their sandwiches seem a little plain. You don't have a lot of topping options like Subway, you can only add really basic toppings and are limited from what to choose from. It's a little pricey for what you get, but if you're craving a solid sandwich definitely come here! This location is always clean and well stocked. The employees are nice but not overly nice. They have delivery service but when I inquired about it one day they said they only deliver a mile away from the store which I thought was very weird seeing how there isn't that many houses by them. Customers Beware!! This is my first trip to Jimmy John's and probably my last. We as consumers put a certain amount of trust into the people that prepare and serve our food. Do we really have to watch over them to asure cleanliness? Like wearing gloves when making a sandwich. I have always enjoyed Jimmy John's since they opened. I typically order #12 Beach Club, Jimmy it up. The menu takes a little time to master but once you do you can truly enjoy the freaky fast service they are known for. I have found that the people who do not like jimmy John's complain about the lack of toppings on a standard sandwich. Also many people are used to walking the assembly line and getting extra pickles or olives at Subway or Port of Subs, so they are left wanting at JJ's. I'm a simple man that truly just needs good bread and mayonnaise. After bragging to my co workers we decided to get delivery to the office one time and it ended up being over an hour because the new driver had made a mistake. This is probably the best sandwich place in town it's hard to tell which is better between here and port of subs. Jimmy Johns is definitely cheaper though I do know that, not to mention crazy fast, sometimes I won't even be done paying yet and my sandwich is already done. Beats Subway! 8'' is the perfect size for me, and I'd rather spend just a little bit more and get better quality. I personally love the "grinder" style of sandwich though.
