    Pasta with fresh truffle
    Melissa S.

So good we went back a second time in the same week! We recently visited Rome and a friend recommended this restaurant because I mentioned I love truffle. The food was fresh, delicious, and the temperature of the food was great! You have to try their award winning Mozzarella di búfala. OMG!!! Delicious! The burrata was outstanding also and the tomatoes were naturally sweet and just delicious. The pastas were great with added black truffle. We also enjoyed the fish and the beef filet w/ foie gras was good. I've had better filet Mignon. There's could use more seasoning but no complaints with the cut of meat. The service both times we went was stellar! The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. Sit outside if you go, the ambiance is really nice and relaxing. Overall a solid 4.5 out of 5.

Great dining experience in Rome. So, I have been on a truffle mission ever since we did a truffle hunting tour outside of Florence. You can say that I am obsessed. So as we walked past this lovely restaurant, the smell was so amazing, we had to try it. I had the signature pasta dish with freshly shaved truffle. The pasta was delicious. We also ordered the bread and truffle butter appetizer. Wow pretty much sums it up, also very tasty. The service was good, I would recommend.

Filet of Beef. Shaved black truffles on top is an additional option.

I love truffles and found a restaurant based on it! We went here for lunch while visiting The Spanish Steps. The weather was very nice so we decided to sit outside. The restaurant is very pretty, I would describe as understated elegance. Other than how classy the place looks, one of the first things you will notice is the aroma of truffles wafting through the air. Wonderful! Let me start by saying the pasta with truffle dish was absolutely amazing. My wife and I agreed the best pasta dish so far in our trip here to Rome and that's saying a lot! We should have just ordered multiple dishes of this. Everything non pasta was only okay to pretty good. That is why the rating is a 4 instead of a 5. They certainly don't skimp with their shavings of black truffle! If you're a truffle fan, give this restaurant a shot and order the truffle pasta!

What an amazing restaurant! We happened to be walking by and decided to have dinner there. They seated us quickly and the service was fantastic. I had the pork carbonara and onion soup. I savored every bite! We sat outside which was very nice! The owner came by our table and chatted with us for a while. If you are in Rome, this is a must go to!!!

Had fun. Fresh Black Truffle doesn't really tastes like anything. But it was my first time and I'm glad I got to experience it.

I was excited to stop by when my friend told me about a restaurant that specialized in utilizing truffles on basically everything. Although l, the restaurant is on the smaller size, they definitely have a swanky interior and an even better outdoor dining area. We started with the beef tartare, which you tell was extremely fresh. However, freshness aside it was rather bland even with the herb butter. I personally would've prefer for the tartare to be directly seasoned and seasoned well. The same can be said for the beef carpaccio and the parmigiana spinach. After the tartare we started on the octopus which was just ok to me. It was cooked well, however the bed of sauce soaked croutons on which it was placed was "meh". The beef fillet wasn't seasoned enough, however I'm assuming that they did this initially to combat the richness of the fois gras. The lamb; although cooked perfect as well was only mildly warm and the herb crust didn't have the crunch that I was looking for. We then had the sea bass which was initially undercooked. However, after we received a new order I must say that it was delicious and a 5/5. The zucchini cream was divine and the crispy zucchini flower to die for and a perfect combo with the moist sea bass. The other show stopper of the meal was the risotto with porcini mushrooms that we topped with black truffle. Dare I say that it was a 6/5. However, after the first few hiccups we weren't particularly interested in wasting good truffles of mediocre food. So sadly our truffle journey began and ended with the delicious risotto.

An absolute gem! The location, ambiance, and especially the food are outstanding. The staff is kind and elegant. Although pricey, their signature "classic" tagliolino with fresh truffle is worth a visit... or two... or more! You'll thank me later!

Came here after yelping a few places near the Spanish steps. You should definitely come here if you want good foods and don't have a reservation. Unfortunately, they only seat people inside the restaurant with reservation. The classic truffle pasta was delicious. It was rich in truffle oil and the fresh truffle they shaved in. The fish was on the smaller side but it was moist. I'll definitely recommend people to try this place out.

An amazing establishment with great food and staff. The place smelled amazing and the ambience was "smooth". The truffles in all of my courses were well put together. The buttered toast had black truffles and the toast was super crispy. The octopus had a white truffle sauce and apple slices that added some tart in the dish. The tiramisu was fresh and creamy. This was a top notch place I recommend to anyone looking for a "welcome to Rome" spot!

The Best place for Truffles, Foie Gras, and Steak. Do not pass this restaurant up if you like truffles or want to try truffles for the first time. They give generous amounts of truffle shavings and that really helps you taste them. Just look at the pictures! Truffle shavings everywhere! We found this restaurant walking near the Spanish steps. Foie Gras is one of my wife's favorite dishes so we had to try it. Everything we had was great tasting and perfectly cooked. Most of the dining is outside. The location is much quieter than most of the restaurants in Rome. Not many vehicles can go on the street. I recommend dressing up in business casual although it's not required. Most of the people dining around us at the time were well dressed. We were able to get a table outside without a reservation. The service was pretty good. The one downside is the single small bathroom. It will definitely be a place we will revisit if we decide to go to Rome again.

Quite a good spot! Excited to try truffle for the first time and it did not disappoint. Service was the best of our trip in Rome- attentive and helpful. Only complaint is my dish (Carbonara) could have used slightly more pepper, but all and all an amazing experience. Great food, wine, and dessert!

I arrived to Rome on Saturday 17.12 morning, and all I wanted is to have a nice Carpaccio, sadly and surprisingly no Italian restaurant had it, on Wednesday evening of the same week while we were doing our last shopping before we leave to Vince, I saw this restaurant, I was dazzled by Domenico, who gave me no chance but to sit and order, I was fascinated by the his sparking eyes when the restaurant filled up, I could see how excited he was, I made my order and then as time passed by as I realized how perfect is the whole team, I suddenly felt comfortable and at home, everyone with no exception was super friendly, professional, passionate about their restaurant, the priceless delicious food and menu, In addition to Domenico, I cannot not say thank you to Matteo, Omar, Nicholas and Pier Andrea. Until the icing on the cake came to my table and I met Alberto, the Manager and the captain of this classy, elegant and very fine dinning place, I was fascinated with his knowledge of my culture, we discussed religion, politics, culture and customs, his intellectuality was above and beyond, it made everything connected, tasty and just feels better. I don't think anyone should visit Rome without eating there, I would call it a sin. I'm sorry I did not know this heavenly place before but I will defiantly not miss it again.

A wonderful night in Rome. Their outdoor dining was so nice and perfect end to a day exploring. I loved their use of truffles and the way they centered their menu around it. Everything was perfection.

Review # 1200 After…read moresome shopping on the Via cola Di Riemzo, we were ready for lunch. This spot was a Yelp find. We arrived just before they opened at 12:30. We asked for a table outside and the kind lady asked us if we had a reservation (oh oh). We didn't. No problem as we took our pick of one of the tables. Two levels inside with a small Bar in the back. Before we knew it, outside seating was full and inside also filled up-a good sign. We ordered a liter (ended up being too much but when in Rome...) of their house Red and enjoyed it. For starters, we ordered the Fried Artichokes (thick breading and will order the Roman style with garlic/vinegar next time), fried Zucchini and Suppli-Cacio Pepe. The Suppli was delicious and was enjoyed the most. For main, it was Pasta Carbonara (Guanciale )-Proper carbonara and the streak of not having a bad version of this dish in Rome continues. The sliced Beef with mushrooms was also delicious -super tender and thin pieces of beef (medium rare as requested). We asked if the Tiramisu was house-made. Our server answered, "yes, and I am the one who makes it." How could we not order after that?! One of the best Tiramisus we've had. Perfect balance of coffee dipped lady fingers with cream-delicious! Our Server was kind, attentive and full of hustle -she was covering a lot of ground. Don't miss this Gem if you are in the Prati district.

I had possibly the most amazing chick food pasta a girl could imagine. Girls know what girl food is. The pasta in Italy is just better -obviously. But then put all sorts of girl flavors on it like Lemon and Orange, just lightly enough, zest with a small hint of cheese-..... omgosh. Yes, yes, and yes. Need my hubs to replicate at home. He is going to be busy trying to perfect this. Tagliatelle with orange and lemon parmesan. This was it. It was the best. Everything else we ordered was amazing as well. Wait outside. They don't have a sign telling you to wait, no server telling you to wait. You wait out there, wondering if you're in the right place, but then people stand behind you and you're like - oh! I'm here. This is the place. There are possibly 4 tables inside. It's small. I read about them being rude- we did not have that problem. So happy we did as this place definitely delivers. There is seriously like 8 tables in the dining room so expect a wait in line but trust me, it's worth it. We waited outside for about 25 minutes. They do take your order while in line so the wait for food (once you do get a table) is abbreviated. Out of the world pastas and the pistachio tiramisu is seriously out of this world.
