I was browsing for a cute throw pillow for the couch. Overall, the store felt a bit underwhelming, and I had expected a larger selection. The items were packed closely together on the shelves, which made me a little cautious about knocking things over. Still, I was able to find and purchase a pumpkin pillow that I really liked, so it ended up being a worthwhile stop.

I wandered the store and found a great deal on some CLIF protein bars. I even browsed the men's clothes, but really didn't need anything due to shopping at other stores. This TJ Maxx location was very clean and organized, even with the wide and random products they carry. Check-out was easy and friendly and saving money is always an added bonus. She was trying to make a payment and then, immediately after, use her card to buy our merch. Let me just say--it was a timely transaction and very public. However, our cashier was the opposite of judgmental. She was kind. Honestly, truly kind. [Amy, are you a Christian?] My mom was shaking, embarrassed, and trying to just get out of there. I stayed calm, coaching her through it and explaining that it was fine. Amy kept apologizing, saying sorry, and going above and beyond to smooth out the chaos. This is that part of humanity you hardly get to see. Forget customer service awards--Amy, you deserve a big blessing. Nordstrom Rack should be so appreciative to have you. Walmart did have most of the laundry items that I was looking for. Be prepared for crowded aisles and some rude customers. The tents are for them to sleep in if they want. My 1 year old Pomeranian loves sleeping in little spaces like that. It was even too small for her lol We might try to find something else for her to sleep in. We do have regular dog beds. Just wanted a "cave" like place for her to sleep in, since she loves that. When I did the Amazon return online, it only gave me UPS and Kohls as return sites. For some reason, those were all I had. I decided on Kohls, since I didn't have the original packaging anymore. The Amazon return area at this location, is in the back right corner of the store. There's signs to direct you as well. I found the area and got in line. Quick and easy return! Turns out he was charged twice for the same sweater and unfortunately didn't realize it when hearing his total. It's disappointing the checker didn't catch this and unfortunately for us the bag sat in the car for quite sometime so now we don't really know how to approach a refund since it's been so long.
