I stopped by this east valley location yesterday, not my usual Target. I couldn't believe the big plastic screens were still up in the checkout area! I felt like I was transported back to 2020, you know, before they realized that upgrading the ventilation and increasing circulation of air markedly improved safety. It was like being in a Covid hot box, trapped between tons of screens with no air movement. Please, for safety's sake TAKE DOWN THE PLASTIC SCREENS!! I shop here daily, I've watched as they are doing their construction and the amount of water being wasted out of a leaking hose in the parking lot is devastating to witness. Surely Target can afford the parts to not leak and waste hundreds of gallons of water per day. read more

So disappointed in this Target. Went in right at store opening. The store was filthy, clothes unfolded and all over the place. The shoe department was a wreck. Starbucks empty cups, empty cans on shelves from the night before. Whatever happened to the closing crew making sure the store is clean for opening? So different from when I worked retail years ago. read more

This Target has been around for many years. It is a smaller location but offers the same great deals as others. Clean location with an on site dining area that includes a Starbucks. The biggest kudos I can give to this location is they never have long lines. They always have enough cashiers on hand who are extermley friendly. read more

Targets inventory is terrible. Was sent to 3 different targets for an item that was"in stock" and none of them had the item. Some inventory said it had multiple and had none. I like this store because it is super convenient and close to home. The store is generally kept pretty clean and I have been coming here long enough to know where they put the clearance items. The food selection could be better but I don't come here to grocery shop so it's not a big deal. The selection is good and I find this location is generally well stocked. The bathrooms always seem to be dirty but I so rarely use them it's not a big deal to me. There is also a funky sewer smell in the parking lot quite often that is a huge turn off. read more

Unbelievable, customer service is terrible as far as management goes. The poor teenagers and young adults who work there look like they are being worked to death with very little sleep, hence there always being some sort of boxes or shipments in the way when you shop there. I have never went there where there was not stuff in the way and those poor sales associates cannot even really help because they are so caught up in putting products away. I really hope this store eventually turns around, but I doubt it. Not to mention, the "managers" are terribly judgmental to guests, I will not be returning. Oh and PS, the red cards are bullshit, save yourself the money and don't sign up. ALSO. If you thought it could get any worse, there is a woman working there that goes by, "Joy", she is incredibly rude to guests and especially people of color and those who do not speak English that well (like myself) I have heard her and her colleagues say very derogatory things to each other or laugh about it to themselves. I am very disheartened that this is what one of my favorite stores had turned into. Racist Judgmental It's truly disgusting that it is managed by people who have their head in the clouds because they make a little more money than the people who "work for them" I sincerely hope it gets taken care of. I just ran into Target to pick up a birthday card and noticed multiple customers not wearing masks. I reported these maskless customers to multiple employees and was told they no longer enforce mask wearing in their store. Target Corporate policy and Maricopa County require masks so this particular store has gone rogue. They are walking around wiping down surfaces while people are walking around maskless. I will no longer shop here and will support businesses that protect their employees and customers. read more

Typical Target - good selection and prices, pretty clean, friendly people working there. I saw a security guard helping a lady with her cart, and for some reason it reaffirmed my faith in humanity. I wish the parking lot were swept a little more often, and I wish this location had a grocery section, but otherwise it's a great place to get stuff you need. And as an added bonus: the people who shop here will never end up on peopleofwalmart.com. Enough said. read more

The woman at self check out is also friendly and helpful. The young ladies at the Starbucks are always happy and creative with there drinks.

I have had good experiences at this Target. They have a great selection of things, and the customer service is good. The parking lot can be a bit crazy, but that is not Target's fault. read more

Neither my favorite location, nor the closest, but it is easy to run in and out when I'm in the neighborhood. It's not the best stocked Target I've been to. The girls clothes is usually picked over, and baby selection is ok. And the toys always look like a bomb was detonated recently and I have to wade through the fallout. We usually pop in because a new set of toys my husband & daughter are collecting (usually STAR WARS related) has been released and they are looking to finish out a set. I don't think they have managed to find any at this location in the last few visits despite the online inventory telling him that what he is looking for is available at this location. And there is NEVER anyone around to help in the toy section. read more

I used to go to this Target a lot more often but stopped when it was more convenient to go to the Target closer to work. Not much has changed here - it's still a Target! On this most recent trip, it was a Friday evening and the parking lot was packed. I'm not a big fan of this parking lot, as it can be difficult to get in and out (being so close to the mall and mall traffic). The inside is nice and clean and it's rather large. It isn't a grocery store, but that's okay with me. If it was more convenient, I'd go here more often but I usually try to avoid being so close to the mall. read more

If you need to get in and out of Target quickly, this is the place to go. It's not a Greatlands, so the food selection isn't as big, but on the weekends especially, Desert Ridge can be a nightmare, so this is a great back up. read more

Waited in two different lines, the cashiers are more interested in socializing than taking money. I asked the customer service girl to ring me up and she refused, saying she didn't have a register. I finally walked away in frustration with the inept front end. I walked over to customer service where the same girl was, at a register helping a customer!? Really! Such horrible customer service on a Sunday morning when the store is empty. I'm sure this is the first time I have ever walked out of beloved Target unable to purchase anything. We came here for the Black Friday shopping period. Despite the line being physically long, according to one of the tourists that was accompanying me, it was considerably shorter than their hometown's Target line and moved as quickly as the line at the Buzz Lightyear ride line in Disneyland. The deals were pretty good and they were very nice when checking us out and helping us find the sale items we were looking for and helping us with comprehending the deal signs. I have always shopped at Target but i will NEVER again visit this one. This may sound over dramatic but the manager that was trying to help me his name is Matt when he couldn't understand some of the words i spoke, (i speak spanish and at the time i wasnt very good with english) he got so frustrated with me that he called me a spick and told me to learn better english and then come back. If that wasnt bad enough when i got to the register there was this very rude girl that refused to let me use my coupon because she and i quote "we dont allow people to pay with EBT here so if thats why your using the coupon you need to leave." she said it with such disgust and hatred for me and i have never even met this girl! she doesnt even know my first name! Regretfully i decided to give this target location another chance hoping they had let those people go. I have lost weight since this past visit so i looked a little thinner, right when i walk in i see Matt. Only this time around he was more nicer to me and wanted to help me out. I dont think he recognized that it was me because when i asked if they had a pair of jeans i wanted in the back in black he responded with "with an ass that fat ill be lucky to watch you try them on" with ABSOLUTE disgust i walked out of that target and i WILL NOT be returning ever again, nor do i think i will ever give target my business from here on out. read more

This target is the closest one to us so I find myself going there because well who doesn't love target? Well this one just continues to deteriorate! The women's bathroom was disgusting!!! Filthy floors and trash everywhere!!! I guess I shouldn't have been shocked when walking through especially the women's section last night you couldn't even push the cart because there is just clothes and hangers everywhere! I hate this Target. I live so close, but I will drive out of my way to go to the one on 19th Ave and Bethany Home. First of all, the staff is very weird. I don't know where they find these people. I see them texting behind clothes racks and just generally looking like they do not want to help anyone. Also, I see them standing around and loudly talking about personal issues all the time. Second, this location is very small and they never have anything new and are frequently out of whatever I'm looking for. When you've been into one Target, you've been to 'em all. However based on where they are located sometimes you get different items. I was hoping that since this was in PV I would see a better selection from the Target I often go to at 19th Ave and Montebello in PHX. But interestingly enough, I was finding less. This store does have a larger Hanukkah selection now for the holiday season. read more
