This store was not crowded at all when I arrived. I was looking for zip ties and had no idea where to find them in the store. I asked the manager who was also serving as the checkout person. He went directly to one of the aisle and grabbed a packet for me. Great! Since I was there I looked up and down the aisles for anything of interest. The store was neat and organized. I didn't see anything else I needed so took my item to the checkout counter and paid for it. For those that don't know, the Dollar store now charges $1.25 for their items. Free WiFi from Cable if you can access it. Free parking outside. read more

Not a good place to work. Management treated their employees with total disregard, & unprofessional attitude. Employees have things thrown at them from the customers, but management blames the employees for being rude. They can't keep new hires or current employees due to to downright unprofessional "management" that shouldn't be in the position in the first place. Discrimination from "management" to certain employees runs rampant, & they write up employees because of expired bread & hateful customers. Not even a verbal counseling, they just write up their employees right off the bat. Management should be written up for unprofessionalism, not the employees that get merchandise thrown at them. Buyer beware. I bought something at another dollar tree. Went to return them but the cc number at the bottom Of my receipt was different. Not mine! Therefore I could not return the items. I tried calling the store and the number doesn't work. In fact several stores I contacted .... none of the numbers worked. read more

Favorite new Dollar Tree. Very clean. Friendly staff. Love to just browse and find those things I didn't know I needed.

How are you gonna have a sign on your door saying closed at 7 but you lock your doors at 6:40? I myself and multiple other shoppers tried to come in and were ignored by the cashier. Maybe if you're gonna close early don't advertise the wrong time on the door. read more

I was so excited to see that this Dollar Tree still had 2022 graduation decor because my friend graduates this weekend. But unfortunately they said they couldn't sell it to me because it's ringing up as a penny. I said I am willing to pay full price of whatever it was before. She said I still cannot sell it to you. I then asked, "Well then why is it still on your selves?" She said because I have to wait and hear back if I am supposed to pull it or not. I'm am very upset that they would have things on their shelves, but not be able to sell it. Now I understand it isn't her fault, it's corporate's fault, but I am leaving this review in hopes someone at corporate will see. I also hope that it helps others know that just because you see product on the shelves doesn't mean you can buy it at Dollar Tree! read more

Perhaps the CLEANEST DT in the Phoenix area! Why then are the ratings in the middle? Because discount stores are typically only revised if the customer has an issue. Covid pandemic situation or not, this store was a mess and unsafe tonight. The manager made it more so. Nice enough person - but he shut off 70% of the store lights off before 830pm. The store closes at 900pm! Many of the aisles were so dark we couldn't see in them. Complete accident/lawsuit waiting to happen. And it wasn't like there were 20 people in the store. There were three! My wife, myself, and a senior citizen. I've had much better experiences in the past at this store, but something went horrifically wrong tonight. When we left at 840pm, we noticed the manager locking the doors/closing the store. I'm wondering if their corporate office is aware stores are closing early? It'd be different if there was a sign that said "Hey, we need to close early tonight for _______." But there was nothing. Bupkus. Zilch. We were less than amused when we went to check out and the manager asked, "Find everything OK tonight?" I wanted to respond, "OHHHHH, was this a night hike/shopping experience? Well it seems that you can always get some great little decocashier to use as party accents at this store. But it is always ridiculous to check out. There is never more than one person working the register. Today the older woman with the accent who is always there was the only person again. When I pulled into the parking lot and saw that there were many cars I knew I would be here for a while. I purchased over 60 items and had to wait through three people to be rung up. No big deal right? But by the time she was done ringing my order there were at least 10 people in line. Then she had to go get permission to take my $50 bill. Hence the people getting pretty upset. You really can't blame them. And it's not the cashiers fault. The manager came out of the door and went back in. And another older gentleman went to the register beside hers and acted like as if he was going to open, but proceeded to walk away from it and out the front door. Lots of items out of stock. computers crashed and couldn't check out after standing there for 10 minutes. I told the worker that I had a doctors appointment and had to leave. I asked along with the customer in front of me if we could leave our things and come back right after the appointment. They told me it was fine. I called them when I got out of the appointmentAnd asked if I could come back. They said they had put everything away and couldn't hold things. It was one hour later and they acted as though it was odd that I would request to hold a shopping cart when the computers and crashed. Wasted at least 1 hr of my time. I am in love with this Dollar Tree! It is so much of an improvement from the one I typically go to on Long Island! There was an excellent selection of items (although Jason, my grandson, couldn't find the Pokémon cards he wanted), but Sydney, my granddaughter, found a great selection of makeup (she's obsessed with all the "beauty gurus" like Jeffree Charles and James Star). It is very easy to find what you're looking for because there are clear signs indicating what is in each aisle. The cashier, Melba, was very sweet and friendly, and she made my experience at the Dollar Tree even more enjoyable. Always stocked, never dirty, never a huge line and polite staff. You really don't think you will have an experience like this at a dollar store, but this one really stands out. If you need to go to a dollar store, go to this one. read more

I love this store although the people working there are so incredibly rude I prefer to go to other locations that are much further from my house. I was very polite to the woman who was ringing up my purchase. I smiled and said hello. She said hello back and every item she rang up she threw violently in the bag. Dollar Tree is one of my favorite stores, and for some reason this Dollar Tree had a lot of open items and some look like they were resealed. If your getting something and don't save your receipts (If you don't and it's past 9 days your can't return it), I don't recommend this Dollar Tree. read more

I found this store to be very clean and neatly organized compared to some of the other locations. It was well lit and stocked. The only thing that bothered me was that I had to stand in the front of the store for over 10 minutes before someone came to check me out. I was also advised that they could not blow up a specific hellium balloon that I wanted. I was told that it is against the store policy to do that. Why have options if you can't have them. Made no sense to me. I will just go up the street to the 99¢ store from now on. read more

I walked in with my 3 year old and a wrapper I was walking towards the register to throw away my trash. The cashier, Sherry told me I could throw it away outside. There are double doors into this particular Dollar Tree. My toddler was already wondering the store I set my trash in a basket and was going to throw it away but wanted to find my daughter first. Once I found her I started walking back to the basket. Sherry was yelling loudly to other customers about me and starts walking towards me, saying that's not cool you can't do that. I said I was going to take the basket and throw away my trash when I was done shopping. I heard her still loudly talking about me. I grabbed 3 items and went to check out. I showed her I still had my trash and she ignored me. I threw it away in the trash can of the nearest register. I let her know and started to tell her I'm sure she has difficult customers often and that I was planning to throw it away, etc. She interrupted me and starts yelling at me and telling me to respect her and that I was testing her. I remained calm told her she needed to respect me as well, and have some kindness and grace, and learn to speak to customers especially in front of their children. God Bless and then left. I also told her I was going to call her store manager. She said to me go ahead she's right there. I am not sure how much she heard or not. I did call the store manager, reported her through the survey, and head quarters and reported Sherry. She was very aggressive. This particular Dollar Tree is very dirty as well. It's the dirtiest one I have been too. I do visit other Dollar Trees and plan to never return to this one. read more
