I would give negative stars if I could. The customer.Dr service is absolutely ridiculous. The only way to describe it is racist. I wanted to return some clothes. The guy didn't even look at my items. All he did was say no. And gave me attitude the whole time. So I went to my car asked my Mexican friend to try. He went in and came out 5 minutes later returning the exact same items I just went in with and got the money back. Racist racist racist. Never will go back again. read more

This store has really gone downhill. Lots of items need to be restocked (specifically in the grocery freezer section). I was struggling with a case of water and an employee stood there and watched me without offering to help. Who doesn't help a pregnant lady? Aliso Viejo's Target management and customer service department need a lot of training how to handle a customer's return. The phrase "Customer is always right" does not apply here and they use a very rude approach if a customer is from another part of the world. My wife had a bad experience with one of the customer service counter employee who refused to take an item back due to allergy and raised his voice while pushing the item toward her. This should never have happened. The employee should have called his supervisor or next level up and prevent escalation of the case. My wife responded in anger with disbelief why he throw the items at her and finally the manager was called and she asked my wife to leave the store. When I asked for the regional manager, she refused to cooperate and called the sheriff for help. Only an incompetent store manager can go that low. We never saw the sheriff and left on our own. The store manager owe us an apology or she chooses to join the unemployment line soon. The way I see it, Target is next to go out of business after all the big department stores. read more

I never have a problem when I shop at the Target of Orange. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. They are a busy store, but that obviously means that they're well liked. Everyone who complains on this app, needs to get a life and understand that these people are human. You never know what's going on in the team member's head everyday. If i had an option i will give no stars. We called on Sunday morning as they showed Nintendo switch consoles available. The guy at the electronic dept confirmed that he has one left. We asked him to hold and he told us they cannot. We drove there and arrived at the store 12 minutes later. We walked in and a different guy was at the electronic dept and he told us that he just started his shift 9 min ago. He called the other employee that informed us about the availability as he was in break. The answer was "oh we sold that 30 min ago" Are you for real? You guys have nothing better to do? I asked for the manager, and they dragged an answer. I refused to leave without speaking to the manager. The manager was useless and his excuse was a joke. I asked him "do you realize taht your team lies to customers?" He had no answer. He made us wait until he went back to double check. You shoud now if you have a product in high demand...terrible experience. I told him to train his team as ethics and integrity is key. I hope their corporate reads this as feedback is extremely important. They ruined our experience w Target. read more

I love this Target store and I'm excited for the remodel! The ladies at the Guest Service counter are always smiling and happy to help! I can always count on them to solve any problem I have. This store receives only three stars because of the store management. During my last visit I overheard a manager named Audris yelling at one of her employees in front of myself and a line of other customers. She was disrespecting her coworkers and the customers and making a scene in the store. I love this Target, but something really needs to be done about the management! read more

Wow ! Huge disappointment in a newly remodeled store . Used the dressing room and they stunk smelled like dirty feet , food all over the floor inside the fitting rooms . 2 employees chit chatting , while they could be vacuuming or sweeping ! Went to check stand saw an employee standing at an end cap , ask if she was a manager , her response was , " I'm off the clock " she then thought maybe not a good response - called someone male over that had no indication he was a manager - looked like he was in high school - I told him about fitting rooms - he was kind and apologized ! As I was walking out , everywhere I looked employees were having conversation looked like they were in a girls locker room talking about boys , even "girl" off the clock was having fun with the girls on the clock ! Target I don't think your employees are ready to work on Friday nights , yet , they need to stick to babysitting and their cell phones ! I just checkout a few minutes ago. A target employee which was a white lady was supervising the self checkout. After checking out I clicked add bag. Therefore after paying I asked if I could have a bag. "Did you Pay for one " I quickly said yes and sarcastically laughed while she laughed as well. I choose to be respectful and not be petty by showing her my receipt. Wow it's a shame employees will disregard customer service over a 10 cents plastic bag. I've never been confronted that way when asking for a bag at other target locations. Definitely will be thinking twice before coming to this location. Also that lady was very observant and was on customers backs while they checked out. Like a hawk. I wish I could remember her name but it was an older white lady. read more

This target is dimly lit, old, the women's restroom was out of order and it was the only one in the store, the parking spots are narrow... The list goes on. I will not be shopping at this location ever again. I actually walked out of the target without purchasing anything, a first for me. read more

This Target is nice and clean. I tried to find something in cosmetics. Had two people tell me that they would find someone to help me. Nobody came. I ended up calling the store to find the item. It is hard to find someone to ask a question. (One was someone who was off work and the other was in pharmacy which is right next to cosmetics.). Neither one looked too thrilled with my question for help. Luckily, I don't use the pharmacy here. Lol. Unusual for me not to have helpful people at Target. read more

Came in to buy medicine for my children and the pharmacist was helpful and knowledgable. Parking was easy since they have a huge parking lot. The store was clean and the service was perfect when I was there. The only problem I had with this location is that their is a organization that set up a table for donation. They kept asking everyone for donation when you come out of the store. Also you don't really know if the organization is legit because the person who was asking was very aggressive and seems weird. read more

This Target store is my favorite and I have been to many! Of course, part of the thrill is taking the bus there, but I really like the setup of this store. The aisles are wide and clean and I find the whole store very easy to navigate. Their restroom is one of the cleanest I have seen in a Target store, and easy to move around in. Why does this Target have employees raining from the ceiling while other Targets in the area are lucky to have more than 5 registers open?

Went into Target on Sunday with my sister looking for Christmas lights when checking out I completely did not get his name guy cashier was super nice .asked us if we found everything okay and if we had the cartwheel app we said no he made a demonstration for us and at the end he ended up giving us his discount by showing us how it worked. :) thank you target read more

They don't value the prices on the online app. I had scanned an item using the app to double check the price for a discounted item but once I went to the front to pay, it was full price. I've been coming to this target for a very long time, and for over the past 2 years my boyfriend and I can't come into that store without a "secret shopper" following us the whole way.. I promise we are not going to steal anything, by the end of our shopping trip we are spending anywhere from 100-300 each time so as a loyal customer it's very offending. If I could give our service 6 stars, I would!! Oscar from Electronics was AMAZING! We came to this Target to upgrade to a new phone, and they had awesome deals going on. Oscar totally talked us through it and was completely patient when we had to call customer service, etc. After we activated the phone, I realized it was the wrong one!! I felt horrible, due to his hard work and everything having to be returned, basically starting from scratch. However, he still helped us out. I definitely wouldn't blame him if he was frustrated. Typical Target...you've got your housewares, cosmetics, snacks. All the usual suspects. The only dicey thing about this location is the parking lot, which isn't really the store's fault, but it's a "need to know" kind of detail. Park far away and be careful. Seriously. This Target is WAY better than the 17th & grand location. It is really clean, organized and well stocked. I can always find what I'm looking for here. The added "grocery" section is a plus. read more
