Not a very good experience. They don't value the prices on the online app. I had scanned an item using the app to double check the price for a discounted item but once I went to the front to pay, it was full price. I asked for the confusion but they weren't willing to give me the online app price. Then what's the point of the app? I wasted my time. read more

I've been coming to this target for a very long time, and for over the past 2 years my boyfriend and I can't come into that store without a "secret shopper" following us the whole way.. I promise we are not going to steal anything, by the end of our shopping trip we are spending anywhere from 100-300 each time so as a loyal customer it's very offending. This is one of my favorite stores surrounding me. So much of what I need for the house is here at Target. This location is very clean, I always see an employee within each area, so service is great. Dressing rooms are clean and taken care. Sometimes I even order online and pick up in store. Highly recommend this Target in orange. read more

If I could give our service 6 stars, I would!! Oscar from Electronics was AMAZING! We came to this Target to upgrade to a new phone, and they had awesome deals going on. Oscar totally talked us through it and was completely patient when we had to call customer service, etc. After we activated the phone, I realized it was the wrong one!! I felt horrible, due to his hard work and everything having to be returned, basically starting from scratch. However, he still helped us out. I definitely wouldn't blame him if he was frustrated. It's better than Walmart, and you can pick up some decent Champion running tops for $15. Sunglasses are cheap ($12 to $16) but at that price you're not heartbroken when you lose a pair. Parking lot isn't great but you can enter off Meats or Tustin, and checkout is reasonably quick. Bathrooms are pretty clean. read more

Tanner was amazing! He helped me through the entire return process of a clearance item I couldn't find the receipt for and was so patient while my little one was not in a great mood. I came here Thanksgiving evening for the Black Friday sale. As you would expect, they were very crowded, but the store was well-prepared and handled the rush very well. They basically set up a circuit around store so that everyone was moving along the same path in the same direction, which prevented the traffic flow from getting too chaotic. The displays for specials were set up in convenient positions, and all of the employees were very friendly and didn't seem miserable to be working on Thanksgiving. The deals were great as well, and I saved a lot of money. It was a surprisingly smooth Black Friday experience and I'm glad I went to Target instead of another retailer. read more

Saturday the day after Black Friday, I chose to go to target over Wal-Mart across the street. There were more employees in the store and very few shoppers. I asked for help to find items from 2 employees and they wouldn't take the time to help me too busy putting away stuff in their baskets. I approached another lady she pointed out an area that had nothing to do with what I was looking for. Disappointed as I'm heading out the door, I stopped a young man named Lukas. When he asked how was my experience, I was honest and told him I was disappointed in the service. Lukas walked me around the store until I found my items. This review is not for the store itself but one of their staff members. Not sure of his name, but he's the guy that always works in the makeup department with the bun. I've let him slide with his little attitude he has but today really frustrated me. I asked him if they carry a certain brand of makeup and all he said was "no we don't" and walked away with his gay attitude. I don't normally complain but really guy? Bring your attitude somewhere else, especially since you've had this attitude with me before. read more

I am leaving this rating simply because of the tremendous help I received from a manager named Cynthia. I had an e-gift card printed out ,with a good bit of money on it from my baby registry, and it would not ring up properly on the register. Cynthia tried it herself and it gave her a number to call. She obviously had many other things going on but took the time to call and get this figured out for me. While she was on hold on the phone for my issue she was also managing people's breaks, store issues over the radio and making sure lines didn't back up. Great multitasking! She however was not recieving great service over the phone but she was determined to solve this problem and get me a gift card that works. It was taking a very long time but she did get it sorted out for me. All while taking care of her other duties and serving me. I was very impressed with her attitude and abilities. So I hope this review finds someone who can give her some recognition. read more

Today we went to target to go christmas shopping. We bought a dinosaur toy and as we were leaving we noticed that they charged us $20 extra.We went to customer service to tell them that the sale price was $79.99 but they charged us $99.99. They called someone to check the price instead of looking it up herself... the person took forever just to say that we were right but the girl at customer service (who was one of the managers) said to double check on the sale exparation date. The other manager (Gabriela) said that we were giving attitude and she said, "she didnt like our tone" the girl Gabriela threated to call securty on us... the girl finally fixed it after 45 mins of arguing about the price which is unbelievable! I feel bad for all the people who bought the toy: ZOOMED DINO, because they are getting ripped off by Target because apparently that's all they do, so check your recites form target. read more

Just left this store and I usually come here because I like how it's set up and the parking lot but the customer service is God awful. Our cashier was new which is fine and was taking her time, she ran out of receipt tape and asked a supervisor for help. A women pretty sure it was Lissa came by and tried to help her. I stood there and waited patiently even though it's 10 o.clock at night and I'm 8 months pregnant.. so she the "supervisor" sees the line backing up and calls for back up no one responds so she decides to open a register and comes over and takes the very last guy in line. What ? I've worked in retail for years and you always take the person who's been waiting the longest, common sense right? Couldn't even get a "hey sorry for the wait". Than when it's finally my turn we have another problem with the receipt coming out because it wasn't properly fixed. I'm a patient person but some good customer service would have been nice.. won't return. read more

I'd much rather shop at Target rather than the Walmart across the street. The prices maybe be a bit higher but the cleanliness of Target outperforms Walmart. Walmart has more items and a larger grocery section but I don't like waiting in long lines. Customer service is nonexistent in both Walmart and Target but I'm shopping for the deals. read more

Target has everything. I very rarely go to target for something and come up empty handed. I usually end up leaving with way more than i expected to get walking in because they have so much great stuff. Their electronics never disappoint and their shelves seem to always be stocked. A friend of mine worked the stocking shifts and as a little hint, they get their new shipments in on monday nights so Tuesday is the day to go. read more

Where do I even begin.. Well I literally just got home from the worst experience in my life in a retail store. There was one lady in front of me and my girl friend that had a hand full of stuff. The girl working the register seemed fairly new. Everything was fine until the receipt paper ran out. The new girl called for a supervisor. The supervisor came, her name was Melissa i believe. Well of course there's no more paper in sight.. 2 mins go by as me and my pregnant girl friend are just trying to leave and buy our 4 items.. well she comes back with the receipt paper puts it in looks around and calls for back up on our radio.. As no one responds she decides to take things into her own hands. Tells the guy who just walks in line and says "sir I can help your right here. And the bitch opens a register! I have been standing there for 5 effing minutes as nothing happens and then this bs... wtf. Ok well anyways I continue to wait and then the lady in front of me goes to pay. Credit card goes through and then BOOM! Receipt paper was backwards so nothing printed!!! Luckily the lady in front of me didn't need a receipt. So quickly the cashier fixes the paper. She scans all of our products, we used a gift card in this situation... Then once is went through she hands us the receipt and then says "do you want the gift card back or just have me throw it away" there's money left on the gift card..... $12.56 of course I want it back. Worst target experience in my life. Too top it all off we had our registry there last month and in the past 2 months I have spent an easily 2,000 there. Target you have disappointed me. Target is just fabulous! However, I gave this location only 3 stars because of the overall safety of the parking lot. I go to Target at least 1-2 times a week, if not more ( have all kids). Almost always there are people who approach you for money in the parking lot and honestly, I do not always feel safe. I have been approached surprisingly from behind and have even had a woman with child ask me for money to buy food (she then turned around and answered her cell phone!). Hmm, anyway the most surprising incident was when a police officer was chasing a suspect in the parking lot coming my way! I had one kid in the car, one in the shopping cart and had my newborn in my arms! It could have been scary if the guy decided to carjack me or something else. The store Itself is clean, shopable and always organized. The cashiers could always be friendlier, however there are a few who are very pleasant and have worked there a long time. Although I live closer to the Anaheim Hills Target, I can actually get to this location faster just by going over the hill avoiding most intersections. It's also across the street for Trader Joes, so that's my biggest reason for shopping here. Just be safe and aware while shopping this location. read more

Above and beyond service! Twelve of us showed up to do holiday shopping for 6 needy families. We had long lists and a small budget. Everyone at Target was so helpful. Staff helped us find merchandise, carry microwaves, itemize receipts, look for the best prices...not to mention the huge amount of patience the cashiers and manager shared grouping, sorting, and bagging our purchases. During this crazy busy holiday season, we saw nothing but smiles and helping hands. Well done Target! read more

Four Target Associates couldn't help me find a screen protector. starting with customer service so I walk to the electronics. I looked around there's two guys. I walked up to one of them. I wait right next to him for like 5 minutes so that he could finish logging in whatever he was doing with the handheld scanner they carry around and just walked away avoiding me completely even after I said excuse me it just kept walking away pushing the cart of go backs. walked up to the next guy again didn't even acknowledge me so I spoke up ask them if there was any screen protectors for my phone he said no they don't carry them at all and I find a shelf stocked I understand it's the holidays but the store was empty.The store secret shoppers were the only employees that notice me. This is my least favorite target and sadly its the one closest to my house. I usually just go to the one near my work instead. Why? This target is small, dark, and the parking lot is tricky to manuver. Why is the store front set at an angle? It causes parking lot drama. The isles in the store also seem smaller and its alot dirtier than the other targets I am used to going to. This locations shelves are always so empty. i can;t tell you how many times I have gone for a list of things only to find that more than half my list was "out of stock". One time I went to buy 6 towels and some vitamins. The towels weren't on sale or anything, but they didn't have all 6 in stock, I bought the four they did have. So I waited a week and went back, the spot where the towels should be was still empty and so was the spot where the vitamins should be. I asked an employee when I could get more towels and vitamins, and she said that the shelves should have been replenished when the stock got low, but she admitted it would probably be a few more weeks. She said that was typical. This Target needs to be re-vamped, given a face lift, and possibly expanded is size. There are items I have found in other targets that this one doesn't carry at all! Also, I HATE that the store allows those annoying petition signers/ charity beggers outside their store doors. I'm sorry, but I don't want to be bothered everytime I come and go from a shop. Too underestimated customer. I went there to returned some stuffs today. One guy (look like manager) in customer service (not a white guy) said that "I know what you want why you want to separate 2 different transactions because you want to cashing out your giftcards" Lol. He thinks that I love money too much, $14 for 2 lipsticks for what? I used gift card to buy is wrong? I have to please him to do for me??? So suck, so discriminated customer.
