She should not be dealing with customers. That said I have worked with other associates in this location who have been great. I had a pair of frames which I'd purchased from them previously that I asked to update the lenses to my current prescription. No fitting on pickup, just take a look / here they are and handoff which seemed odd as things clearly may get moved around during the lens change. Glasses l seemed to be ok until I got them home and noted the arm was coming off, thought maybe missing screw but no, stripped screw so no fixing. When I returned to lenscrafters blonde associate told me they don't touch the arms (clearly they must to adequately change the lenses) but then switched her story to this happens all the time unfortunately and they're not held liable and would I like to purchase a new set of the same frames? Interesting that no one mentioned this policy to me previously but I'll take my business elsewhere. 2 star vs 1 star rating based on previous experiences at this location.

I got greeted by a guy. He was very funny made me feel very welcome. I pick my glasses and had to pay my glasses. He pick some other glasses too just to make sure if it's with my face and the style that I want so we did that right there. He told me the price and everything like that. Took pictures with me with the glasses on and it was very good. He made me laugh a lot so I'm very glad that you can make your customers laugh and feel welcomed. He told me that my glasses will come within 11 days so I was very happy to hear about that so I recommend people coming over here. The service is amazing.

(Note cleaner used has worked fine with every other pair of glasses ever owned). Also opted for the add-on of magnetic pop on/off sunglasses. They are convenient, but the magnets are well within the field of vision. When complained about the issue was told there was nothing to do but perhaps let the manufacturer know. Finally, despite several visits for re-adjustments they still fit poorly. Back to old glasses. Waste of time and money. If you proceed anyway: Be VERY careful on your selection and stock up on the "magic" cleaner.

I also would suggest not performing some tests on little toddlers because they hardly follow instructions stay in one place. Dr can easily take a look to their eyes and diagnose. He's been pretty good by doing it directly. I guess at the end trying can't hurt though. I've always found parking. Almost all nearby spots are taken. Therest are compact. I don't know whay small cars or motorcycles take the big ones making people with trucks or SUVs to park in very tight spots.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the Redmond Target location. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. I had ordered my glasses at a different Target location while on vacation in Cummins, GA. These glasses were shipped to the Redmond location for me to pick up. When I received them and wore them for the first time, I immediately knew that they were not going to work for me. I was unable to see properly and felt dizzy. When I expressed my concerns to the lady at the front desk, she was dismissive and unprofessional. She forced the glasses on me, telling me that this was a progressive lens and that I should just contact the prescribers. This was not helpful at all and only made the situation worse. When I realized that the glasses were not going to work, I had to return to the Redmond location the following week. The lady at the front desk refused to refund my money, even though I had a copy of the receipt on my phone. This was incredibly frustrating and I later found out that what she did was wrong. The Cummins Target location had to address the issue for me and is processing the refund. There was no reason for me to have gone through this ordeal. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received at the Redmond Target location. The lady at the front desk lacked knowledge, empathy, and provided terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone and hope that the management takes this issue seriously. read more

I had 3 consecutive appt's with me and my 2 daughters. I've always done this in the past at other places and it was a nightmare - took so long and I always left frustrated. HOWEVER, my insurance now directed me to Target Optical... I scheduled the appointments. Dr. Tran was out on maternity leave, so we met Dr. Lee. He was very nice and funny. The lady out front helping us (wish I could remember her name) was also great, very friendly, helped us pick frames, no pressure and then also figured out the lowest out of pocket for us combining insurance with their current sale. I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased with Target Optical in Redmond and hope my insurance stays there for coverage in years to come because it was a great experience. Ed and Gina were very friendly and helpful in setting my husband and I's appointments. When I met Dr. Tran for my contact lens exam she was very warm and polite and struck up conversation while checking my eyes. My husband had his yearly routine exam and dilation done and Dr. Tran was incredibly nice to him since we'd mentioned he hates having his eyes touched or messed with. Ed and Gina were patient and knowledgeable when showing us frame and contact options. I honestly had no issues and I've gone to this location three times in the last couple weeks. read more

Located in my favorite plaza in Renton, Oceanclear has a plethora of frames. They have a variety of designer brands as well as high quality eyeglasses brands. I have hit and miss luck with optometrists lately but after my experience here I foresee me coming back. Dr. Kuo was informative, helpful, and very easy to talk to. She took what my ophthalmologist had told me and related it to the type of glasses that I required. I felt like I had dialogue with her instead of being talked at or rushed, which has been some of my recent experiences with optometrists (or really many in the medical field of all kinds). It was nice because I walked away with a better understanding of how to care for my eyes. Vincent took my initial check-in procedures (pressure test and what not) and he helped me select glasses. Will fully admit I was very uncertain about him in the beginning. He was so quiet - he didn't introduce himself or really explain any of the various tests we were doing or if they were good or bad results. When Dr. Kuo told me Vincent would help me pick out frames I really was skeptical. But once he was around me for five minutes he relaxed and gave fantastic advice! Vincent really helped me find the right look. The two frames I purchased I felt confident looked good on me and fit my face. I was super pleased! The eyeglasses arrived two weeks later and I received a voicemail and email letting me know they in. They were perfect! Pickup was a breeze. Highly recommend!

While I respect keeping dangerous people off the road, they refused to offer a prescription to meet the requirements. After meeting with the surgical team, i was told a prescription would be fine as I did meet and pass the states requirement, but a prescription would be helpful for my vision until such time surgery is scheduled and repairs my vision. I then went back to Coal Creek Family Vision, scheduled an appointment for prescription the next day... They refused to see me at my scheduled time as they were reviewing my information. I was then told a different Doctor would be taking over... it has now been about a month and no communication from them, but they did bill me and my insurance... I would not recommend them and found the manner in which they handled a sensitive matter at a stressful time to be less than desirable.
