If you're looking for quality frames, lenses, and exceptional support, I highly recommend Paris Miki USA. I'll definitely shop with them again! read more

Dr. Liu is the friendliest eye doctor I've ever seen! She was very thorough and went out of her way to explain what she was doing. I felt like she was honest when she said I didn't need new glasses due to very minor prescription changes. Her staff also were great -- super patient and attentive. I didn't have to wait at all. This is one of the best experiences I've had for an eye checkup, and I would highly recommend this place! read more

Pick up glasses today. They are serving others but nobody say hello to me and let me stand waiting for 30 minutes

I have had 2 prescriptions for eye glasses filled here. The first pair the lenses were really heavy and I never wore them. They were having a sale, and I decided to try them again with telling them I wanted them lighter. They said they could do that. When I went to pick them up, they were really heavy again. They said if I paid another $225 they could make them lighter. Why did they not offer that from the beginning when that was what I was asking for? On top of that, the lenses were not set right. This the 2nd pair of glasses I have purchased from them that I will not wear. They would not give any refunds either. I did not get what I asked for. I am really disappointed. Please learn from my mistake and do not purchase from here. read more

Took my girlfriend here to get a new pair of Ray-bans. The service here is great! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a big selection of Ray-bans and Maui Jim's and can order anything they don't have. If you buy a pair of sunglasses or glasses here they will adjust them for you and clean them for free for the life of the glasses. I'll be back here! read more

They have a pretty good collection of frames. Right from Armani, versace, ray ban to be be, miu miu and even economy frames. They actually have frames with complete packages starting from 59 dollars. Their airflex frames where the complete package costs 180 dollars is are in fact very good. They have 20 percent off on most frames and they use japaneses prescription lenses which just cost 110 a pair. The overall deal thus wraps up pretty cheap. I got a versace frame with antiglare anti reflective spherical lenses for just 350. Pair it with another frame and you get additional 10 percent off on second and cheaper frame. read more

OK, I bought glasses from them in late 2008 because they had a good sale going and my insurance was about to run out. I should have run away when I first started feeling hesitant, but I did not because of those time pressures. The store manager was helpful but sort of cold. She was not interested in offering any opinion about the glasses I was trying on. She just stayed quiet. I'm one of those shoppers that wants some feedback. I picked out some frames that offered a groovy feature that I really liked; they came with magnetic click-on sunglasses. I've always hated prescription sunglasses because they never seem quite right and it's a pain to have to swap glasses all the time, and I've always hated non-prescription sunglasses because I can't see worth a damn through them, and these seemed like a solution to all those problems. And that part WAS good. Sending the order off to Japan to be made? Not so good. Two-week wait. I was ready for glasses NOW. When they came in, the fitting she did was minimal and not satisfactory. I went back twice to try to get them to improve it; the first woman said they don't do adjustments and the second person, a man this time, said he would try but he wasn't responsible if he broke them. WTF. I was annoyed about it at the time, and a few weeks later, while in Factoria, I wandered into LensCrafters to check out their prices. The gal there was friendly and helpful and offered to adjust my glasses because they weren't sitting right on my face. She did a better job than any of the Paris Miki people did, even though I didn't buy them there, and when I offered to pay for the adjustment, she waved me off. If I wanted cheap glasses, I would actually consider LensCrafters before I'd go back to Paris Miki. read more

Terrible costumer service at Dr. Kristin Liffick Jacob's office!!! The lady who works there gave me a nasty attitude just asking simple question!!! read more

I bought my glasses from them in 2013. I am VERY disappointed by the quality of their products and their services. The glasses I got does not fit the frames well, there are visible gaps between the glass and the frame. I pointed out the problem, and they promised to fix it. They called me to pick up the fixed glass, and it still suffer from the same problem. Worse that this time there are also bad cuts in the bottom of the left glass where the fixture line was. I pointed out the issues and they promised to fix it. I went there the 3rd time to pick up the glasses. This time they fixed the cuts at the bottom of the left glass. But the gap was still there. They acknowledged the problem might be due to the shape of the frame, but refuse to do anything other than "fix it again". The 4th time I went there to pick up my glasses, they finally fixed the gap, but because the multiple times they worked on the glass, the surface of the glass has become much smaller than it should be. I did not bother to talk to them about the size of the glass, just took my glasses. Avoid this one! read more

Doctor Jacob is pleasant and professional. When I ask questions, her answers are always thorough and seem to take my specific situation and history into account. The ladies working there have always been courteous and helpful, though they never seem to recognize me even when I talked to the same person three times in a week. I used to get my glasses at Wal-Mart Vision Center. Comparatively, Paris Miki Optical costs a bit more, but their lab turnaround is faster, and they work better with my insurance company. Their location at Crossroads is convenient. There is lots of parking, and I often combine with a trip to the DOL or Sports Authority. read more

Very nice people, but if you make it too hard for customers to use your services, why should they come? Apparently having VSP isn't good enough, they want secondary insurance too. I realize this may be for a good reason, but it still doesn't seem very smart. I was really hoping to become a patient, but can't. Disappointed. read more

After almost two years I have my eye exam there, it turns out the prescription given to me was wrong. It get my right eye too strong and left eye too weak. As a result, it's fairly easy to feel tired with the glass of that prescription. Won't recommend to others. read more

I purchased my glasses from Paris Miki in Honolulu, so I get my glasses cleaned here for free since I live in the area. Service is super here at the Bellevue location and I look forward to returning. Thank you! :D read more

The worst service ever! I was waiting for more than 20 minutes to be attended, carrying a baby, and I just wanted to try some frames to make my glasses because I already had the prescription... There were some people available who did not help me, and when a client left and it would be my turn, someone else just got, and I do not know why, she was served before me as well. I felt very disrespected! read more

The selection of frames was good at this store, but that's the only good thing about this store. Their customer service was very cold and indifferent. They would offer the minimum help to get you what you did, but not a bit more. Their pricing was also inconsistent between sales people. When I initially visited the store, I was given the sales pitch how the glasses I was looking at was on sale, and I would qualify for additional discount with the MS prime card. I showed them my eye wear insurance coverage, and I was told I would get insurance coverage based on their sale price. When I ordered the glasses with deposit, and went back the second time, I was given a completely different pricing. This time, I was told with insurance I won't be eligible for their sales price on frame and lens. I was shocked, as I bought glasses from this same store before two years ago, and they even have the original sales receipt with insurance coverage calculated based on the sales price at the time. I was given a official line speech about how they never did that when I could retrieve my credit card transaction from two years ago which matches the sales price + insurance coverage. I was also given the reason that they don't do this because using sales price and insurance coverage would reduce their profit. I can't believe what I am hearing. In summary, if you like their selection, skip this store and go to their Seattle store instead where you will be treated with respect and honesty. read more

Dr. Jacob was very helpful, honest, informative and friendly. In all my years, she is the best I've seen in the area (I've lived in King County most all my life). The office is very accommodating in regards to making things affordable for their patients. The receptionist is friendly, organized and because of this I've never been confused about anything in regards to their office + my respective insurance policy + coverage for my diagnosis. It is very likely I will continue visiting here for future vision care, and have recommended to all of my family members and a few friends! read more

I haven't had my eyes checked in years since i don't have vision coverage but the fee was not too high and the service was excellent. Dr. Jacob is very honest, caring and knowledgeable. my visit was fast ,efficient, informative and pleasant. read more

This store is part of the Paris Miki group in Japan. Paris Miki is like the Lens Crafters of Japan; a middle tier of eyeglass stores with OK prices. We didn't experience their optometry services, and only bought eyeglasses based on a previous prescription. The Japanese woman was the most helpful and friendly. The others were not super friendly or helpful, although they were efficient and got the job done. If you need Japanese speaking services, then this is definitely a place to consider for your eyeglass needs. read more

Great service, wonderful selection, fantastic quality! I have been a regular for well over 10 years. I have bought 4 frames, the last in July of this year. I just finished replacing the lenses in all of them with multi focal progressive lenses. I have never had a problem with any of the frames I bought there. They never need adjustment and the screws never fall out or even need to be tightened. Oddly enough, their prices are reasonable, Vista Optical charges a minimum of $20 more for the basic multi focal lens then what Paris Miki charges for no glare, UV and scratch resistant!! The doc was cool too, I bought multi focal contacts from her, she was quite helpful. read more

We love this place. We have been shopping for frame, lens and sunglasses for the past two years and we absolutely love this place. Bernadette was very patient to answer all our questions even during high volume of customers season (towards the end of year). She worked with us for selecting the frame style we like, light and durable, and figure out how we can get most out of our insurance and pay minimum out-of-pocket. However, since we didn't shop around, we don't really know how their price compares with others, but their service is absolutely the best, will come back for sure. read more

Dr. Kristin Liffick Jacob and Dr. Josie Wang are both absolutely fabulous optometrists. Friendly, efficient, smart, and very competent. I highly recommend them. The optical store is fine - I have had good service there. I didn't ask them for feedback on how the glasses looked, so I can't attest to that. Turnaround time is 2 weeks, but it always is for my prescription for any optical store (yep, even the "1 hour optical" places) They accept Premera insurance from Microsoft and MSNBC. read more

I have been going to see Dr.Jacob nearly every year for the past decade. I have, on occasion, had to see another doctor if I was out-of-state, but I have always come back to her. Dr. Jacob always does a thorough examination of my eyes, from glaucoma testing to retina imaging. She has also helped me through the tough times (I am too young to need reading classes!! No, actually, you're not....), and has always answered all of my questions in regards to the test results, i.e. my changing eyesight, the retina images, etc. Previous to my finding Dr. Jacob, I had stopped wearing contacts because of the slippage, but she sat me down and we tried all sorts of lenses until she found a brand that didn't slip and also didn't over-stick and I have used that brand since, very successfully. I have no qualms or reservations about recommending her services. She has been a spectacular doctor and I have always felt very comfortable with her as my primary eye care health provider. She has been attentive to my current needs and she has been diligent in checking for any warning signs that I may be having any of the issues so prevalent in my family. In this somewhat turbulent healthcare environment, I am very thankful for finding someone who is as conscientious of her patient's needs as Dr.Jacob is. I will add a quick side note in regards to Paris Miki, where Dr. Jacob is based. This is a Japanese-based company so when you are ordering your glasses from them (if you do), be aware that they tend to be more reserved and quiet than say their more gregarious American counterparts. Just a heads-up. They aren't ignoring you, they are just not invading your personal space (grin). It's a cultural thing. I generally see Bernadette for glasses selection and fittings and if I want an opinion as to the look of things. I have purchased daily contacts and weekly contacts from Dr.Jacob, and 5 pairs of glasses over the course of the last decade from Paris Miki. I have been completely satisfied with all of my purchases, read more

Absolutely wonderful staff. Super attentive and will definitely help you with what you need. Paris Miki was great! They fit me and my two kids with glasses and sunglasses. My kids think they look cool :). Dr. Jacob gave us exams there too. Everything was simple and efficient. We really liked Dr. Jacob and the staff. They billed my insurance so I didn't have to deal with it and I didn't have to pay anything at all. We will be going back next year as the kids eyes change. read more

I used to go to lenscrafters and always had a good experience -just that i liked one of the glasses at Paris Miki Bellevue while window shopping decided to get there.. and had the worst experience. The glasses i picked are very light ... i was never told different prices of lens based on thickness and it never crossed my mind unfortunately ibelieved that i would be getting same thinner lens with prescription.... and after a week.. i ended up with heavy glasses with lens ..showing up outside as they are thicker than frame... when asked ..about it ... the explanation i got was...that not every one prefers.. thin lenses..so did not consider an option o discussing/f mentioning it... and they have NO REFUNDS.. and when i asked to change the lens the price i was quoted was 500$ and the thicker lens cannot be returned.. so the 250$ thicker lens..is a waste of money.... i will never go back... i decided to get thin lens when lenscrafters have a sale.. while i started discussing with others... i noticed that 50% of them mentioned they wouldnt go back .as they have lesser options (not many choices to pick and choose) if you decide to exchange..which makes it hard if something goes wrong.... and the sales people have no knowledge. read more
