BUYER BEWARE-NEVER ORDER ON-LINE FROM THIS STORE!!! My wife and I purchased (4) 43" Flat Screen TV's on line, they were not due in stock until 11/30, we received one email yesterday that they were in to pickup and we could not pick up that day. Contacted them the following day to arrange pickup and they cancelled our order! They would not honor the advertised price and were very rude on the phone. The clearance items are funny tho they make it look like it's super cheap when really it like 50 cents off the normal price. Just like every other target its very neat and easy to find things you need. The downside is you always spend more than you intend to.

My daughter and I came shopping here. We had left our cart with folded clothes, a picture frame and some cards right outside the dressing room. Apparently someone had taken the cart and threw our stuff out somewhere in the store or purchased them. Three employees helped us for around half an hour to find our items because some of them were the last of their kind, including a graduation outfit for my daughter. Their names were Alma, Samiah and Noah. They went above and beyond and were very helpful. We really appreciated all their help and just wanted to say although we couldn't find the picture frame and the card that we were using for my sons wedding and were the last ones, this was the best store experience we have had! read more

I don't love this target. It just feels old and dirty to me. There's always trash in the parking lot. I have recently canceled my red card and discontinued shopping at target due to the bathroom situation. I'm highly disappointed: to make a small number of people feel comfortable you alienate the masses! And then refuse to try & make it right. I'm sad I really used to love target. Great layout and customer service. I was trying to find a sewing kit and the lady who helped me stopped what she was doing to walk me over to where it was. She even said, that's what we're here for, to help you find whatever it is you're looking for. They need more people like her working at other stores. read more

Usually going into these types of stores you already know what you are looking for, but on the off-chance you don't it was nice to be directed to the correct area. it appears that their corporate policy is that if you have a return and you paid cash, you must have a receipt. This was an 8 dollar item and I paid cash but I didn't have receipt and they insisted that I get a store credit and that is not totally unreasonable but the fact still is that they're basically saying I don't believe you. It must be still in my craw that you can carry a machine gun into this store. I'm really tired of being pushed around by corporations and their non thinking robotic staff. I'm done with you target. This is the closest Target to me, but we go to the Super Target off in Gilbert instead. It is way better. The whole area is pretty lame, the parking is okay but people here don't seem to know how to drive and the traffic getting into this place sucks. It definitely has an old feeling to it and the selection is not that great either. Overall, I can't hate it because it's a Target but it is definitely not my Target of choice. read more

I stopped here to get a baby gift for my friend who just gave birth. The location was a couple exits down from the hospital she gave birth at, which made it very convenient. It was very nice inside and had a very large Starbucks coffee shop. read more

This Pharmacy never stops to amaze me. They go the extra mile to do what they can for their customers. The staff is friendly helpful usually can remember most of their customers by name or by sight. They just are look like they're happy to do their job and willing to what it takes to make and keep happy customers. I've worked for other pharmacies and shopped at other pharmacies but I've never found a pharmacy so willing to do whatever they can to help me as the Target Pharmacy. In my opinion this is the best place to get your meds or supplies. read more

GREAT MAKE UP HELP!!! I was wandering around the make up aisles when, Lonnie, asked if she could help. I told her what I was seeking (now discontinued). She gave me options to find it online. Then, I asked what she would suggest as a replacement. She showed me what had great feedback and some that she liked personally. Lonnie is extremely knowledgeable. I am so happy with my purchases. She said she is there 1/2 a day on Thursday, and then on Friday and Saturday. This schedule might not be exact, but try to find her for help with make up. She's great! read more

I purchased a chair online so that I could pick it up and not browse and stand in line due to my son having a health issue that leaves him in constant body pain. Walking around and standing in line with my son in tears is not something I wanted to put him thru. So I got the email that it was ready for pick up. I go there and they have only 1 girl and a ridiculously long line for the customer service desk. So I asked a cashier if there was someone else that could just give me my already purchased item because my son can not stand in this line. She rudely responded and told me to stand in line. There was another employee that was just in front of the cash registers standing there so I asked her and the other lady that I asked first yelled across the lane to her that I just need to stand in line. I have never been more upset at this point. A little understanding and customer service would be nice. She didn't help me and they told me to stand in this absurd line. What is the point of ordering, paying, and showing up when they say it's ready? And why is there just employees standing around not helping this ridiculously long line. I've worked retail at many places and get it. But there should have been someone to help with line and someone who actually cared for the situation. My son has a health issue and was in tears just to get inside the store. I just left and will be cancelling and will happily spend 3x the amount at crate and Barrel because when I order and go to pick up they actually provide it to me promptly and are customer oriented and don't yell across the room. read more

We have shopped at this Target for the last 13 years and tonight was a surprise. We wanted to buy a TV, but couldn't because your system failed. My daughter has a temporary Red Card and we wanted to use it to purchase a TV. Not a top of the line TV, but one that would have been $113 with the Red Card. We were sent from the line cashier to Customer Service and everything stopped. The Customer Service rep couldn't get the system to read the temporary Red Card. We were not offered any alternative except to use another way to pay. Basically all the rep said was too bad, Merry Christmas. This small TV was our family Christmas gift! It's not much, but too us it was a big deal. I won't be shopping at Target for a very long time. read more

I had a great experience here the day after Black Friday. I went in to buy a crock pot at a special price I saw advertised, but unfortunately when I got there, they were all sold out. There happened to be a manager doing some work at the end of the aisle so I asked if there could possibly be any in the back. As it turned out, their inventory count was a little off due to Black Friday craziness, but he ended up giving me the better crock pot at the price I saw advertised. Amazing customer service! I am actually moving into a new apartment this month and I'm so happy this is actually becoming my local Target location. They may have lost a little money giving me the better crock pot, but now they have my loyal business. read more

Today I was at the Starbucks inside of target and was charged extra for having "extra add ins" in my drink. I was displeased because what is normally a $3.19 drink was $4.73. After informing the associate that had over charged me, the drink was supposed to be way less, she continued to say "At off stores they charge for add ins" this surprised me because a week ago at the same store they had charged me the usual $3.19. I would also like to add that the associate that rang me up didn't even know how to to work the Starbucks app. The only thing pleasant about my visit today was the taste of my drink. I love Target and have shopped there for years but had an incredibly disappointing experience tonight. I went in to return and item and do some shopping. This was my second time trying to return a guacamole set that was purchased online from my wedding registry. When I went in the first time, they told me I needed the receipt. I got the receipt and tried to return it for the second time and guest services told me that it was the "wrong receipt". Also, when checking out after shopping, I was trying to confirm a deal on Atkins products but the young cashier spoke little English and could not communicate. When calling over a manager she walked over and complained LOUDLY, "ugh I am trying to go home". After asking her about the buy 3 get 1 free deal, she quickly said , "oh that doesn't apply". After 5 minutes and looking at everything that had been rung up, we found that one of the items had been free already. Finally, when returning home, one of our items was missing!! I called and they told me that they couldn't find it. Seriously the worst experience ever. read more

I recently made a large electronic purchase at this store. When I got home, that same day, I found that this product would not work for what I needed after all. I was going by another store that afternoon so I took the product and my receipt and went to customer service to return it. After several times of trying to process the return, they called a phone number and told me that because it was the same day, they could not process the return. That their computers had to upload overnight for them to see what another store had done that day. Okay, I kind of get that. Not completely, but it wasn't out of the realm of possibility. So I took my product and my receipt and left. That evening, I went back to the store that I made the purchase at. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. The customer service person was efficient. I waited a few days before expecting the refund (I am in retail and understand that there is a delay). When it still didn't even show as a pending refund, I called the store to see what the time frame was. The first person that I talked to said that it would take 7-10 business days! I know that it is usually 3 business days so I questioned it. I was not combative or angry. Just questioning. She went to ask someone else. Another person came on the phone and told me that it takes 24-48 HOURS. Big difference. When I pointed out that we were at that already, she responded that this was all the bank and I had to call them. Once they pushed the button, they had no control. No matter what I asked at that point, that was her answer. She was done with the conversation and let me know that. I called my bank immediately to find out if it even showed up as a pending refund. After looking at the account, they discovered that the refund was put through and canceled out the transaction from that day. However, a SECOND charge was also put through and that is what was on my account! So not only did Target get the product back but they still have my money! I placed a dispute with the bank but that can still take up to 10 business days to resolve. I called and spoke with the Store Manager, Chris, this morning (8/30/11) and let him know about his staff the night before and even told him who I spoke to that was done speaking to me. I now see where her attitude comes from. His entire attitude was one of indifference, lack of responsibility or customer service. He also went so far as to tell me that the other store lied to me and they could have done the refund if they had handled it properly. To me that was the pot calling the kettle black! If he had even made an effort to give the impression he was listening, I would have been happier. He was too busy interrupting me, and blaming others, to listen. He basically said it was my fault because I must have swiped my card more than once. He was not concerned at all about a bad customer experience. I then called the 800 number for customer service. That took me to a customer service center that has been outsourced to another country. One more company going that direction. They basically told me sorry you had a bad experience but nothing we can do. Call your back and dispute. Which means they didn't listen either - I told them in the beginning of the call that I did that already. It just goes to show that bad attitudes really do flow downhill like other things. read more
