Candles. Birthday. Cupcake holders.

Target has great products. I especially like the little happy birthday candles. The candles are each letter of the words happy birthday. The Wilson sprinkles are about $2.11 which is an okay price. Would be nice if that were a little less. Walmart is supposed to have a low price guarantee though. They also have number candles for about the dollars. These number candles are a bit more contemporary. I remember the old chunky ones that lasted for years. They probably could be kept burning all night. These new cuter candles seem scrawny but more updated. The does baking cups are about a dollar fifty. These baking cups are colored with polka dots. They also have gel food coloring and other baking supplies to make your cookies or cakes pretty.

This store has never been good on the night side. The only time the store runs correctly is when the store manager is working. And that's only because that's when the store is fully staffed and over staffed. And as everyone knows, the store manager doesn't work the night side. I went in there tonight and when I went to check out it was a big cluster. The self checkout line was so long it was stupid. The one checkout lane that was open was just as bad. It's time for management to operate the store the way the customers need it to run for them and not the way to just make the store manager look good on her shift. On the bright side the service desk guy finally came out and had another register open and took orders at the service desk. Just remember there is other options in this area, the people don't need this Target, this Target and mangers need the customers. I still love the concept of Target and will always go but it doesn't have to be this one. I pass by 3 going home from work.

Came here looking for some supplies during the COVID-19 drama. I was shocked at how nice and clean this store was! I avoid Targets at all costs because they are usually a total mess. I was able to find most of what I was looking for and there weren't many people in the store, which made shopping very nice. 5 stars for being clean!

I stopped in here several times while visiting the Gilbert area. Each time I found the store well organized and clean. The produce section was much better than expected, and there is also a nice selection of grab and go sandwich and salad items available. Customer service was friendly. Bonus Starbucks located in the store. Parking is a breeze. One strange thing about the parking lot there and elsewhere in the Phoenix area: they blast music over loudspeakers in the lots. Kind of strange.

Super disappointed by what a mess this target was, especially so early in the morning!! Several employees standing around chatting instead of working. Clothing racks and tables were all mixed up - it felt more like a Ross than a Target.

We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.

Dont act like you're some helpful company if you aren't going to help, its outrageous how friendly you guys act to make the customer seem like the bad guy. You sell furniture and once its sold you don't care, and your other reviews reflect that.

From the time you enter you're flooded with beautiful decor all around you. Right now there are Fall and Christmas decor around every corner. The slight negative is how damaged decor items were or inoperable decor on the tables for sale. I think those items should have been moved, highly discounted, or flagged somehow. The positives are customer service from the cashiers and one person in particular who I flagged on the floor to help me get an item that was too far to reach on the table.

I told them to take it back and they said they could not and they had to leave it here. I called the number again and they said I would have to bring it back personally or order something to go with it. I tried to order a few things and they kept saying out of stock and also would have charged me another delivery charge. The person on the phone said I had to order on line or go in the store as they could not help. I was upset and they told me that kept telling me I had to stop my attitude.

I had recently ordered a Svante media stand and it came damaged - with two big cracks in the bottom…read moreboard. To get the media stand exchanged, I have to first work with their 3rd party vendor and based on the vendor's assessment the next steps will be decided. Basically, they are leaving me (the customer) in limbo. Though I had ordered the media stand from their Mesa store, I had to go all the way up to their warehouse in Phoenix (an hour's drive from my home) to pick up the media stand. They surely know how to make things more difficult for their customers! A 'good' store would make things easier and not difficult for the customer. Also, a month ago, I had ordered a Quintin nightstand online, paid for it and everything. A week later, I get a call from them saying that they are out of the nightstands! Overall, I am really disappointed with their customer service. Damaged furniture out-of-the-box is another big concern. No more shopping at Scandinavian Designs for me!! Future customers: Do check your furniture thoroughly for any damage prior to pick up and/or after delivery!!
