Was buying a few items, and after paying I thought I'd ask if they do money orders here, like some stores do. The cashier just starts going off "WE'VE NEVER DONE MONEY ORDERS HERE WHY WOULD YOU EVEN THINK THAT?", and I'm like "Okay, just asking.", to which she continues to loudly repeat that they don't do that and I should have obviously known. Horriffic Experience.. Very SAD, I step into this target frequently because I live across the street but when I stepped into target this afternoon I decided to grab a pumpkin Loaf from Target Starbucks. As I was walking through the front of the store I accidentally dropped my Pumpkin loaf and had informed A representative named ( Dameon ) he looked at the floor and than walked off, I thought it was strange how he didn't respond so I told him again he didn't have his name tag on so I couldn't address him by his name. Now he responded saying Rudely Tell somebody else why do you have to tell me while he continued to walk I was not happy to see this just "Disrespect" so I asked him if he could get me a manager he then tells me too go get one. Take into too mind I was so kind in my address from the very beginning there is Absolutley no reason why I should receive an Response like this. Another representative states they will grab a manager and a women arrives not caring to know about Dameon but rather the mess. The Manager Leslie arrives and I find out that the other women who stated she was the manager was not ! I find out Dameon is New. This Store is out of order not Adressing these Actions. Came in to purchase items from a baby registry. Found most of the items I needed HOWEVER some if the isles were hard to locate as center racks are also numbered. The employee who was in the department found the last 2 items I was looking for. Parking was difficult as there were shopping carts scattered in the lot. The cashier was quick and efficient. Printer for baby registry was low and I asked for help. They said they would be right with me and never came. I just took the lightly printed registry and was on my way read more

Feeling thirsty while holiday shopping? Head to their cafe for a complimentary drink IF you have a target red card. I didn't like the mango since it was too tart and the strawberry tasted very artificial, but it's free and great to sip on while shopping! I love this store, easy parking. Always clean and fully stocked. They actually use most of their checkout isle and have a self checkout as well. I asked for an Amazon price match and the customer service manager Chris told me they weren't price matching today because of the holiday. Mind you, it's Monday not Thanksgiving Thursday or Black Friday. I explained that I knew of others who were able to price match today at other Targets and he said well we can't. I then asked to see their policy about price matching. Chris pointed me to a sign on the wall that said nothing useful. I asked again to see where they couldn't today and he hid behind the corporate shield saying he couldn't show anything and they just couldn't today because corporate said so. I drove to another Target a few miles away and they price matched no problem and had much nicer employees overall. There are plenty of Targets around so I definitely won't be supporting this one in the future. read more

He was caring and patient and informed me about the target app and how I can earn free points. I came in for what I thought was going to be something easy, however it was not. I had a baby gift to get wrapping for... for a girl. The selection at this store is just about non existent. I ended up having to get pink and white polka dot wrapping paper and a pink and white striped gift bag. Different pinks. Then I had to get two colored pink tissues, to tie it all together. Not cute. Not awwww. Just eh. Total bummer! I did find a cute pair of flair leggings here though, so it wasnt a total bust. The store is clean, the check out lines seem to move at a decent pace... but like every other store in Southern California, this Target had the heat on, on an 80+ degree day. Disgusting!!! That's all I gotta say about this target restroom. I don't usually use public restrooms just because I'm a germaphobe. It's just me (unfortunately). I really had to go this time and thinking since this is a "nicer" Target it would be on the cleaner side. Nope!! No toilet paper. No toilet seat covers. I need to be completely honest and up front with those who care to read this review: I am a Walmart Shopper. ( GASP ). I don't care enough about customer service to pay extra for everyday products at Target. But sometimes, its not convenient to shop at Walmart because this Target is literally around the corner from my apartment complex. The few times I've come to this Target, the staff is significantly more knowledgeable, accommodating and generally more pleasant than most if not all Walmarts that I've ever visited. And then I discovered the Red Card and 5% off storewide purchases. You know... I might just become a convert. read more

This is a nice Target. The store is clean, all the employees I encounter are friendly. I'm always in and out in no time. Everything seems to be well stocked unlike a few other Targets I've been to. Being in the Marketplace parking can sometimes be a pain but that's the only downside I find at this location. read more

Fredrick came up to us asked if he could check us out, which we gladly said YES! I didn't know target did this now... your items get scanned with a scanner, you pay and you are on your way! He was so friendly and efficient, scanned my cartwheel app and showed me all the additional savings I got On my way out I tried to find a lead to give him a positive review but was unable to find anyone... so here I am. TARGET - you can never wrong with Target. My weakness, especially the ones with STARBUCKS inside the store. It was pretty easy to locate, Google Map took me right to the location. It is in the market place and shares a parking lot with several other stores. There is ample amount of parking space available near the store. I am a fan of their less than $5 items display which is noticeable as soon as you enter the store. That area might get little cluttered especially during holiday time but the deals are amazing. I got couple cocktail recipe books for less than $10, bunch of candles for $3 only as well as really cute coaster set for $6 . One just needs to have patience to find these little deals. Also surprisingly enough they have some pretty good collection of t-shirts as well, I have purchased few DC & Marvel t-shirts for myself as well as for my fiance from Target with good quality material and very reasonable price. The way all the aisles are marked and numbered is pretty easy to locate and makes its convenient for the customers. The cashier was pretty friendly and had a bubbly personality. She explained to me about the Target card and didn't push hard on it when I refused the offer. read more

Went in to process an online return for a $24 item. I had the receipt provided in the box but the Guest Services person didn't know how to process a return from an outside vendor. Emiliano, the floor manager, was called. He said he couldn't do it either and offered me store credit. I refused because I had a receipt of an unused product that I had in my possession for less than a day. Emiliano says he needs my email address. ON HIS WAY to the back office, he decides he'll chat with a lady for over 5 minutes. I approach him asking him why he hasn't addressed my return yet and he gives ridiculous excuses. When he finally emerges from the back office, he tells me that my email doesn't match the order number (baloney, he's now annoyed because I called him on his laziness and indifference toward my time) and says he can only process my return as a "no receipt" return..."now give me your license". In front of my 10-year old, he now tells me that I'm being disrespectful because I refused to give him a license and that HE IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PROCESS MY RETURN. I refused to take store credit because I have an online receipt. "You are disrupting MY STORE". What? I have an online receipt!! This isn't the first time that Target does not know how to process online receipts of vendors to whom they outsource (this was an online purchase from Vapour Organics...the item arrived in a non-target box with professional wrapping from Vapour Organics) but other Targets fix the issue. Not Emiliano. He has to cause drama, wield the little power he's got in life and offend a mother in front of her kid, as if I'm some sort of trickster trying to pull the wool over Target's eyes. Target, you've lost my business for good. Train your floor managers to show respect for a customer's time, process a return with an online receipt and for goodness sake, stop telling them it's THEIR STORE because, in the end, if there are no customers to provide him with a job, then it's not going to be "their store" much longer. read more

After standing in the express line for a few, Alex saw that I needed some help, asked if I was paying with a card and expedited me checkout. I prefer like this Target because it is usually stocked well enough throughout the week to still come home with full gallons of organic milk unlike other local Targets. Parking is usually easy as long as you detour from the one or two cars that drive with their lights off at night, seems to be a common occurrence in this part of town for some reason. The produce selection is fairly small so grab your fresh produce elsewhere. read more

Why do I keep coming back here..it's the closest one. I've been holding on to this for a week hoping the manager or someone from the corporate office would call to provide an explanation but they haven't. About a week ago there was a man sitting by the entrance yelling horrible, violent things at customers - like "I'm going to hurt all of you" and my favorite "I'm going to kill myself". He was asking people for money and no one would give him any. Not exactly the welcome you want. So I approach a kid at customer service and said there was a very angry man outside yelling disturbing things at customers. His response was "oh I know a lot of people have said something." I reply with have you called security, the response "um well they usually handle it but I haven't seen them." So by that answer I'm assuming no one had called. As soon as I ask for the manager another customer comes in and says "you need to call the police, where is your manager?!" The kids response "um I don't know, and security usually handles this stuff so..." myself and now the other customer are looking at each other really confused, why hasn't anyone called the police or at least security! No one called security, no one called the police. What they did was let this man in the store to shop! When I went to exit he was standing at a register paying for whatever he bought. Not the best feeling in the world seeing a possible lunatic shopping after complaints were made very clear to the employees. Had I known they'd be dumb enough to let him inside I would have immediately left. So I guess you can verbally threaten customers and yourself at this Target is totally cool with it. read more

Being in Irvine/Tustin you would think this would be nice. Meh, the Orange locations are nicer. The parking situation sucks. The layout is weird. I just don't like this one. My son and I were picking up a few things at this Target which I consider the worst of the 47 Targets located within 5 miles of Irvine. Parking is usually bad, inventory stock is not the greatest, store is usually dirty because it is so crowded and the Irvinites/Tustin Ranch robots who populate it are the worst humorless collection of humans on the planet (even worse then the stick in the muds over at Whole Foods). No one is smiling, the kids are arrogant brats, since when did an easy life become so burdensome? Geez people, you won the accident of birth lottery, have some fun with it! Why does everyone look like they are on the Bataan Death March in here? We bought a quick lunch of two hot pizzas, and when a nine year old says: "Dad, this pizza sucks", you know this pizza sucks. So greasy and rubbery. And even with 5% off with the Red Card it was still $12.00!!!! I'll never get that money or 15 minutes of my life back, what an awful decision to eat here. Who doesn't love Target? This location is great, it has a large selection of groceries, electronics, games/toys, and of course apparel. I love coming here because it is walking distance from my home and they have so so many self check out lines that it really makes a fast trip if you are only going for a few things. TIP-- almost everytime I bring my own bags, the cashier forgets to give me my bag discount and I am constantly having to remind them. So if you love the few cent savings like I do, make sure to make sure they added it to your receipt! read more

This Target is well-stocked, well-maintained, and has everything you need, so what's the problem? Between the parking, crowds, and checkout, a trip here always takes longer than a trip to any other store. Even if you come at an off-peak time when there aren't tons of shoppers, trying to check out is a pain because they don't have enough people at the registers. They've tried to fix this by adding self-checkout lanes, which work well at grocery stores, but there are always problems with the self-checkout machines meaning you have to wait for assistance from an employee and causing the process to take just as long (sometimes longer) than if you had waited in line, which defeats the entire purpose of self-checkout. read more

Most of the time they have merchandise stocked on the shelves, so I usually find what I need. The only item is the Coffemate Almond Milk Hazelnut flavor creamer. It is probably the most popular flavor. My boyfriend loves that creamer for his coffee, and for a period of time they did not have it in stock. Please double that item from your warehouse order. Thanks! Service seems fine for me. They are doing their job stocking the merchandise and keeping the store organized. If I need help they professionally help me. I did not get anyone rude as this one Korean lady that one yelper has described. The funny thing is, I encountered rude customers instead. There is a lot of parking. During busy hours, you can wait for a close parking space if you want. There is always a flow of people coming in and out of the store, so there is a good chance to get a close spot. This review is based solely on one dumb employee's total lack of common sense and complete disregard for ppl's property. I love going to Target for things around the house. I usually don't have a problem at Target, but I was effen irritated after my trip this last time. I walk out with my cart and head towards my car. I intentionally parked my car away from the Target crowd, because I just purchased a new car. You know how it is; the first month or two after you get a new car, you're super careful about any scratches or dents on it. Well, upon approaching the car, I see something leaning on it. It turns out that a stupid employee decided she's going to use my car as a prop for her full-length mirror. Really?? It wasn't even a customer...but an employee here! On top of that, there was a security guy watching as this stupid b*tch tried to figure out how she's going to fit this stupid mirror in her stupid (piece of sh*t) car!! A damn $20 mirror is that serious that you're going to possibly put damages on someone else's $75,000 property? B*tch~ you would have had to sell your car AND your mirror to pay for repairs if there's a scratch or dent on my car! Target shoppers, never park next to this car! It's like customer service doesn't exist anywhere you go now days. I was looking for bubble wands in the dollar section, which they usually have this time of the year. I found about 35, but was looking to buy about 75 (I'm a teacher). So I approached a young girl who was standing around doing nothing, and was also standing around with the security guard. I told her what I was looking for and asked if by any chance they might have some more in the back. She stood there with her arms crossed and said "I actually don't know". My husband, who's much more impatient than I am was so upset and said "Well can you find someone who DOES!?" and the young security guard was the one who went to find another employee. The young girl simply stood there with her arms still crossed and turned around to talk to another employee. Maybe it's because they're young, teenage kids, I don't know, but it amazes me how rude and not-helpful someone people can be. Me, personally; I loose my glasses a lot so I have to go buy a new pair almost every year. So first off, I walk in just to compare the prices to Walmart's and first thing I see "$100 off any pair" that to me was like finding the golden ticket to the chocolate factory because you know the struggle is real out here lol & second off I'm telling you this team (Princess, Freddy & Diana) they're the coolest most honest people I have ever met that work at target. They tell you straight up how much your paying and they'll even hook it up as much as possible it's a win win situation tbh. read more

The people in charge of running and shutting down the self checkout are intentionally useless and create unnecessary chaos. The employee was shutting down a register and a bunch of registers were not working, but did not have a register not open sign on them. A bunch of people go to try to use a register that was right next to this one employee and it was not working. She did not tell anybody and people just kept trying to use this register. The only thing she said was "aren't you going to buy these chips" to a little girl that tried to use the register, and forgot her chips. The guy in charge of helping people get to open registers just wanders around trying to look like he's doing something, but does nothing. This is the most disorganized, unnecessarily chaotic target I have ever been to. read more

First off, it is a Target. It carries the stuff that a Target carries, and has a medium sized grocery area. The store is usually clean and well organized, and it is a decent size, though not as large as the Greatland versions that are here and there. I go mainly for the pharmacy, and the staff is helpful and the lines (usually) are not too long. There are a few things that they do not carry on a normal basis, and all but once I could get it filled by the next day if it was dropped off early enough. One medication I use they could not get in, in spite of trying multiple times. It was pretty annoying because I was told that they could get it from an alternate supplier 2 or 3 times before they finally came out and said it was not available. Walgreens was able to get it, so they fill that one for me, though I tried CVS as well and it was a dead end there also, so I can't say that Target is alone in failing me that one time. read more

Ugh, the parking at this Target is terrible. If you're entering on Marketplace, there is a parking row immediately as you enter, and of course everyone wants to park RIGHT THERE, so it creates a glut of stopped cars out into the street as everyone waits for one moran to get the perfect parking spot. Please, just do everyone a favor and keep driving past that first row, and even the second, and find parking a little farther away. Also, the parking spaces are really tight, so I'm always afraid I'm going to hit another car. Other than the parking, this Target is fine, but it's one of the less nice ones in south OC. read more

They panhandlers are terrible there is one man in particular that is always there that tried to grab my 1 year old son and stop me when I said no I don't want to give him money! The staff does nothing and the police have no power to stop him either he is there all the time! I don't think I will ever go back to this store they still have a line to get In that is like 20 people deep standing in the sun next to all the plants that smell of terrible cat pee with the panhandler in front of the entry. I used to be a weekly target shopper but I just can't take this location anymore and Amazon is always stocked up where target is typically out of stock on everything. read more

It's a regular Target with an extra crappy parking lot. No one knows how to park in this lot (myself included) and there are so many shoppers walking around it takes forever to maneuver. And there's always a cart in the parking space you want. I do like that this location is open until midnight every night except Sunday (the District closes at 11:00 most nights). This is where I do all my insomnia shopping, when it's not so crowded (and when I can shop looking like hell without seeing all my kids' friends' parents). I also like that there is a pharmacy and an optical center here. I also used to use the portrait studio, but my kids are too old for that now. For the actual store, it usually seems pretty organized and clean (minus the dollar bin). Market area is decent, and prices are usually good. I wish their toy section was a little better. With TRU gone, this is the only place to shop for last minute birthday gifts for kids now. Don't forget to check the cartwheel app! read more
