Many staff members were kind and courteous and directed me to the area where I was looking for different items. The selection for each of the items I was looking for was vast. It took time to narrow down which items I wanted due to their quantity and within my price point. When I went to check out, the staff were courteous and offered extended warranties on the available items. I am not a shopper at Target generally because I enjoy supporting small businesses, but sometimes you just have to go, and they never let me down. This afternoon, I went to target to get a drive up order. When I arrived, the lady walked over to my window and asked me for my code. I noticed that there were a lot of bags on the cart that had other orders, so we looked in the bag because I ordered a bag of trail mix that had chocolate in it. When I looked at the trail mix, it was all melted. I asked the girl to come back to the window and explained to her that the chocolate was melted, and she said that I could go inside if I wanted to get a refund because she couldn't do it herself. I asked how long it had been sitting outside and she said that she didn't know. I went inside to the return counter, and tried to initiate a return on my phone. The girl at the counter was very rude and confused about why I was trying to return this melted bag of trail mix. I explained to her what happened, and showed her the return on my phone. Then she took the bag from me and I asked her if I needed to throw it away and she's like not unless you wanna keep it. Then she told me if I wanted a new bag of Truax I had to go get it and pay for it again, like I'm gonna steal it! Terrible customer service today. read more

Last night I was there with my wife and we were searching for clothes that would fit her, she's pregnant and steadily growing out everything she owns! So after finding some great looking winter shirts for her we decided on buying them and when we got to the check out stand I noticed I forgot my wallet sadly. We had to leave our stuff and go back home and get my wallet and when we came back the shirts were in the back area being put back. But they were the only size that would fit my wife and last in that size. We spoke to a Women named Susan that was checking out her cash register and she stopped just to help us, on top of that she went the xtra mile to go look for it in the back. She was a sweet heart for this I really appreciate her work ethic! Ten out of ten for your locations customer service and ten out of ten for Susan she was excellent! I needed a few essentials for my work trip and Target had it all..usb-c charging cable, a four pack of a local cider, sun screen, and Diet Coke! I was able to find everything! This Target is not a full grocery store but they do have a decent sized grocery section with a small selection of produce, frozen, refrigerated, etc. They only had one checkout open (with no wait) but a sizable line for self checkout, so I recommend looking at regular checkout if the line is long. I knew I was going to need assistance with locked case for usb-c cable and alcohol purchase. The only negative is that I was approached by a gentlemen who asked me a series of questions about my cell phone plan. He did not identify himself as a Target employee or as another company employee. After I politely answered a few of his questions, it became apparent he worked for AT&T and was trying to get me to switch. It was annoying to be randomly approached while trying to quickly pickup some supplies. read more

I've gone to this Target many times, and it's changed a lot since the first time I visited years ago. What hasn't changed, however, is the friendliness and helpfulness of its employees. This Target is always well stocked and clean. They keep up with expiration dates of food very well, too. Occasionally, the clothes and shoes sections need a bit of TLC. The little Disney section they added recently is super cute, and I'm sure kids love it. read more

The most DISGUSTING target I've ever been to in my life. First of all every stall in the bathrooms was out of toilet paper. 2 were blown up fill of poop. Second of all the starbucks is GROSS here. I used to shop here often when we lived in Litchfield Park. I find myself at this location a few times a year. They do offer items our local Target doesn't have and vice versa. One reason I find myself down here when on the hunt. The store is always clean. I really like what they did with their dressing room area. It looks pretty chic! We also enjoyed the Disney display section they have in the middle of the store with music playing. These are very smart and appealing marketing ideas that make shopping more enjoyable. The lines were moving fast and everyone was friendly as usual. It was a pleasant visit. I don't shop at Target as much as I used to, but I am starting more often again. read more

Dearest Target I will give 3 stars ONLY because you need to take better care of your team members. Its hot in AZ and not providing shade, fans or water for the employees that are doing curbside pickup is not okay. Target should have proper covered parking spaces with fans. Hell even Walmart does that! If you can't provide employees with a safer environment, then stop curbside pickup until the summer is over. read more

Stopped by to get some things I needed. This is the smaller target than the one I normally go to. Still, it has everything you u might need except major fresh groceries. There is always plenty of staff to find when you need them. I haven't had a bad encounter with anyone. The place is clean and easily accessible from main Goodyear and the 10 highway. I found what I needed pretty quickly. Also, good news, they are putting in a Starbucks shop right where they had the snack bar. It was always empty anyway. I forgot to picture it but the sign said coming soon. It will be one less step you have to take next door, since right past Target, there's a Michaels store and directly next to them there is a full Starbucks shop. Hey, you'll never hear me complain about too many Starbucks options within one block radius. !! read more

I've been to this location a few times so I was surprised to see I've never left a review here. I really do like this location. It's always clean and organized and a good size Starbucks inside as well. I love to look at the dollar section near the front of all the targets I go to. This one I will say stinks. Very small and not much to choose from. However I love their holiday shops and I can't get enough of their cute socks. I'm a sucker for all things coffee so you'll always find me buying k cups and more. We did self check out so I can't say much for service today besides that we were greeted by a passing employee. read more

While I have been fortunate to find most everything I need here, and the staff that I have dealt with have always been helpful, and courteous (some, downright friendly), there is one problem that this store has had repeatedly. And, that's not having good Best or Use By Dates on some of the Market Pantry Lunch Meats and Milk. :-( Many times, I've seen both items with less than 10 days left. And, in the case of their Milk, only 3 or 4 days left on both gallon, and half gallon on at least 2 separate visits. So, being just me, even a half gallon will go bad, before I finish it. Therefore, one is forced to either by the name brand (which I did :- ( ), or either do without, or stop at another store (I've done this many times. But, I didn't want to do it this time). read more

It's your typical target with all the things you're familiar with! Great customer service and friendly staff. Their bathrooms could use more attention since the times we have used them, most are dirty. Their store is neat and in order. I personally use their drive up pick up to avoid people and crowds and they're really fast. From the moment I place my order to pick up I'd say is around an hour or less and my orders are always correct! Never had any issues with it. read more

EVERYTIME I do a pick up order here it takes 4 plus hours to be ready. They refuse to help you even when you go in and pick the items off the shelf yourself. Want you to basically double pay for everything. Goodyear west location is way better. read more

This location is busier than other targets that I've visited. As you enter you see a long line by the carts I'm assuming it's for returns or in store pick up ? Where I reside I have quite a few different Targets to choose from, however this is my favorite! Today I had an issue with my credit card (I forgot it expired) Long story short, I had the new credit card on me but not realizing until AFTER I made my large purchase. I went to customer service to fix the credit issue and their staff at the customer service counter were BEYOND nice! I wish I remembered the initial employee that assisted me, but the second employee that took over was named Anisa (or close to that name) and she was so friendly and extremely helpful! This location is always clean and has the best inventory of what I'm looking for and then some! read more

If I ever have a issue with finding something there is some right there to help I don't have to go find someone. Was asked to leave the plastic clothes hangers from my purchases tonight because they recycle them... well so do I when I'm done using them. When I asked to keep the ones that the baby clothes were on he said through gritted teeth, "technically (didn't understand the rest), but we get taxed on them".... pretty sure I've spent enough in Target to keep the damn hangers my clothes come on, plus some!!! He even tried taking the baby clothes off the hanger that it was attached to with the clear plastic that you have to cut off! So irritating. When did this start??! Excellent service and clean store. We had to ask for the help from a woman stocker, I wish I recalled her name to give her a compliment. We were looking for a children's character bedding set and she called in back to find the second set. When she came back with the comforter, we then asked her about a disney carpet, and after she came back with that, she called in for a lamp for us. It actually ended up being very comical because the stocker in the back said, "another one" in a joking voice that made us laugh. Through it all she kept a smile on her face and helped us out. We also visited the deli, it was late and we saw a flyer at the cash register regarding buying a Turkey prepared dinner for 6-8 people. We inquired about how it comes and the woman who was cleaning was very helpful. Great experience and great people! read more

Fuck this target. We were waiting in line for over an hour to get in and they open the doors 5 minutes to open and tell us it's only for senior citizens. The manager literally saw everyone waiting in line and decided to tell us last minute that we must wait another hour to go in. No wonder this target has a low rating. read more

Aging Target Boutique My wife and I are fans of Target. They have appealing products with some designer partnerships, prices are generally good, and basically because it's not Wally World. However, this location is showing its vintage. Staff is fairly nice. Floors and the store layout are a throwback to the 1990s. Shelves and aisles are not maintained like I'm accustomed to seeing, even at the store on Cotton Lane. Truthfully, it can be a real mess to walk through. This location is also not a Super Target, so selection is constrained. That's especially true of the groceries department, which is mainly dry and frozen foods. If they would update this location and upgrade staffing, it would rock. It's close to the I-10 and a collection of restaurants we frequent; is the most proximal store to the large Palm Valley development where we live; and there's unused space on the store's existing footprint. I miss super Target. This Target is good not great. I have run into some rude employees...completely disinterested in helping in anyway and they've made it clear. But I've also had great, helpful people as well. So instead of blaming Target I'm going to put it on the individuals I guess. I initially had a very bad experience on Black Friday My husband and I were getting new phones and they were giving gift cards for each phone and Target and ATT was having a Black Friday deal for a BOGO and the young lady locked us out of our account after we waited over 7 hours in line. Long story short Mike the store manager at the time came to the rescue and created a sour story pleasant by having us come back the next day and honoring the prior deal that was not valid the next deal. There was a lot of back and forth but he went above and beyond to make things right. He also treated us to some Starbucks multiple times. Very bad experience with the pick up order where they split my pick up order between two locations without my knowledge while placing my order. The "manager" Kim was very rude and snotty and could care less that I was inconvenienced. They tried to blame the split order on me like a normal person would willingly want to go make two separate pickups at different locations! Who would do this?!?! I will never use Target 's pickup option again. I rarely use target anyway because they have such terrible customer service and this experience just confirmed it. read more

Some employees are friendly and others are rude jerks (like the heavy-set twenty-something rude gal standing near the front of the store laughing at other customers. I saw and heard YOU! Very unprofessional.) -Never enough registers open. Just let me pay and leave please! -Messy aisles. Lack of employees to straighten or maybe they don't care? -Shopping carts? Where are they? Felt like I was at Walmart (and I don't mind Walmart) but I don't want to pay target prices. First the dressing rooms were being cleaned by a lady who was on her cell phone complaining. Then only self check out lines were open. I was buying bikinis. Every item had a security tag on it. An employee had to stop working and help me . Then evidently I wasn't bagging my bikinis correctly so she had to come back over and scold me about taking my hangers. The kids like the clothes here and sometimes they have good prices on their clearance items (found at every endcap). I have to agree with the other review about the upkeep of the store and the employees. No one has ever been friendly...ever.
