Greaaaat service!!! I was driving around town looking for quest pizza, zero sugar jello, shredded organic chicken and other misc items that frys & Walmart don't have. So I went to another previous target and they were also all out!! So this was my 3rd store and you know what they say third time's a charm! Lol As I was looking for these items it seems like the manager/s asked if I found everything I was looking for and at that moment I was having trouble finding these items. So I expressed my dilemma that they where also out at this store and the guy was super nice and polite and looked on the store app and confirmed they had more zero sugar jello in the back it just wasn't in stock. They immediately got on the radio and helped me get the items I was missing. Great customer service! I'll definitely be coming back to this location from now and on I love target!! read more

Super disappointed with the customer experience, I did a return and the young lady was acting like she did not want to help me super rude. Then I needed assistance after checking out because I was charged wrong for something I asked Bryan I believe his name was and he was EXTREMELY RUDEEEEE. He was more worried about his pizza being delivered than he was helping me (he literally stopped me mid sentence to go deal with his delivery) which I understand but also you are on the clock. I very rarely have a good experience at this Target location. I have been targeted by the same employee from my very first visit to this location. Unfortunately for me, this location is the closest store to my apartment, as well as in the same plaza I work in. I am in this store several times a week to pick up an energy drink or two before work, in my work uniform. This past Tuesday I was able to stop in after my shift, and as I only had two items, I went to self checkout. I had cash on me so I used that for my two items. As I was getting my wallet out of my purse, one of the cashiers, who had already greeted me, decided that it was appropriate to stand behind me and look over my shoulder at what was in my purse. When she realized I knew she was there, she proceeded to greet me again and told me to let her know if I needed anything. I went in today because I needed to use the ATM. While I was there I picked out a couple clothing items I needed and a tube of eyeliner. The only two registers open had fairly large lines and as I only had four items, I opted to go to self checkout. I didn't realize this individual was there and the moment I stepped up to the register and began scanning my items, she tells the person who is up there with her, "We keep an eye on her." I'm not sure what this person thinks I have done, but she is the reason I don't do majority of my shopping there anymore. I was spending a couple hundred there a week. I do majority of my grocery shopping on Amazon Fresh. So congratulations, in attempt to thwart theft, you've pissed off one of your most frequent customers. read more

Dan and his team are blatantly disrespectful and rude to customers. It's sad that target would hire such an unprofessional team of people. My husband had an incident with a monster truck ($3.99 item!) and the cashier said the item was discontinued and tried to price match for a large monster truck ($10). He tried explaining to her that a two pack (that we were also buying) was $10 and she called her manager over (Dan). He walked up and was seemingly annoyed and not did he raise his voice at my husband but he was like, "I'm the manager and it's $10!". My husband asked that he walked to the toy aisle to get clarification or call an associate but he refused and dismissed him. Saying, "Bye! Have a good night. " Once his cashier, Noelle saw his condescending demeanor she too joined in on the action!! By this point I told my husband to walk over to the customer service area and return the $200 we had just spent. Dan was there telling another associate what happened and when I walked over to the agent I handed her my receipt while I can hear him telling my husband "good bye sir! have a good night!" Now my husband was mad and asked for their names. The cashier Noelle literally left her register to walk over to customer service to join the action!!! She wrote her name down and tossed the receipt to my husband while laughing and saying," bye!" Sadly this is the second encounter that I've had with the two of them. Prior to that was a month ago when she wouldn't sell me two packs of small hand sanitizers that were at her check out lane. While I had tons of stuff already on the conveyor belt. There was no sign that said one per customer and it's not like I was buying 5 packs! Just two. I told her there were no signs and she immediately called Dan over and the little prick was so rude that I just took my receipt and left after spending $350! This most recent incident was not only embarrassing because they made it seem like we were trying to swindle Target for $6. Kid needs retraining, a demotion or just a flat out "You're fired!" As an individual who works in the retail industry, this is bad business! Lost two target customers who come on a weekly basis and NEVER SPEND less than $150 each trip. All for $6!!!!! We used to frequent this location when we lived in the area and it's always neat and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store pick up is also quick! Orders ready under and hour. They have a Starbucks in their store as well. Their bathrooms are a hit or miss though. There's plenty of parking and lots of food and shopping near by. This Target also seems to carry more clothing items that I can't find at other stores. Overall it's your average store in a good location! read more

I went to this Target in Glendale because I was visiting my parents and I had a mobile Target coupon, buy one get on free accessories, jewelry, or watch and I must say I got a SUPER great deal. I got some earrings on clearance for $2.38 and got a $49.99 watch for FREE! My total after tax was $2.60! I thought I would've had a problem because it took the most expensive item off, but the cashier who cashed me out was super nice and said that it was valid and corporate knew an started a little conversation with me. My child had left my door wide open and somehow Target employees were notified. They shut my door, viewed their surveillance footage to see if someone else had broken into my car, and called for me. I freaking love Target. I even get all goofy when I say the name. I bring on the fancy French accent even though I know that's not how you say it people's. This Target however, is a freaking let down. As are most places recreated in the older neighborhoods of Glendale. I can't wait to move back to Phoenix just so that I can be nearer a better Target. One star because zero isn't an option. The manager is incompetent. I always love target but this location left a bad taste in my mouth with their poor customer service. I used the cartwheel app and took my kids to get pool toys and floaters since the discount was supposed to be 30% off ALL pool tools and floaties. We picked some arm wings and and innertube and the associate Nd manager told me I couldn't apply the discount. Apparently arm floaties are considered and life vest? Pretty sure an innertube is not but they refused even though I showed them exactly what the coupon said. Thanks for costing me a crap ton of money or forcing me to leave with crying children. I have to offer both serious critique and genuine praise to the Target located at 10404 N 43rd Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302. We went in earlier this afternoon and purchased a brand new PS4, an extra controller and a couple of games. When we arrived home and opened the box we were very disappointed. Inside the package was clearly repacked poorly, cords in various places, cardboard edging damaged. The Controller was damaged, including missing the entire top/padding of the left analog stick. The console itself was worse, in places the case was splintered, with slivers of plastic coming lose. The shinier side of the PS4 was covered in scratches and smudges like you would expect after years of use and exposure. Lastly the bottom of the console was smeared with gum. I brought the item back to exchange and do have to say the lady that helped us at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful, but in the process uncovered further issues with the original purchase. During the purchase of a PS4 the employee is supposed to scan in the PS4's unique serial number onto the receipt. The employee had not done so. While waiting for a new PS4 to be brought up and processing the exchange the two employees mentioned the employee who made the original sale by name and did so in a way that clearly suggested they were suspicious of his behavior. Given this and given that this was a damaged, used PS4 inside a locked case. The conclusion is simple. Either a return was processed where an employee did a poor job checking the system over, or an employee in the electronics department performed a switch and took a new system in place of the old one. Due to the fantastic service I received at the guest desk, and the somewhat shady behavior of the original employee I Must conclude the latter. I hope Target investigates this thoroughly and that no one else is being passed shoddy or damaged goods in place of new. read more

I used to go to this target but I will not be returning after my last visit. I was checking out and I was going to use some coupons I printed out on my purchase and I kidd you not they almost treat you like criminals when you pull out the coupons, their politeness turns into rudeness. The employees talk to each other out loud to discuss the coupons and it's almost like I'm not there. I kept telling the cashier that it was fine that I didn't want the item anymore since they were having such trouble figuring out the coupon (and there was a huge line behind me) and she completely ignored me. Another time I went to pay and I handed the guy coupons and he says he doesn't do coupons, like what does that even mean? Like yeah you kind of have to.. I used to have good shopping experiences here but not lately. I'm kind of over it and won't be returning. *They need to work on their attitude and have some patience. read more

This is only about the pharmacy. I'm sure most people are not too open about their medical issues or history with anyone. We trust our doctors and should trust our pharmacists as well. I've gone to other pharmacies where the pharmacists and assistants have not been sensitive to the situation by speaking loudly, condescendingly, or short. I don't know about you, but that sure doesn't make me feel better when I'm sick. It's nice to have friendly, intelligent people in charge of my private information. It's obvious they are well-educated, have helpful things to say, are well-versed, show concern and a true to desire to help. The pharmacists and assistants here are absolutely fantastic and will drive most distances to keep my prescriptions here. read more

I've been shopping at this location for years and have never had anything negative to say, until now. I tried to return a $7 shirt to this Target location the day after Christmas. The woman at the return desk would not allow me to return the shirt (understandable, I had no receipt) AND wouldn't give me a store credit even though the item still had all the tags on it. The explanation from this woman was "Target will not permit more than $75 worth of returns in 1 calendar year. Based on my DL I had made several returns in 2013 (of course I had I live nearby and frequent this story) and those returns prevented them from doing anything to help me. Considering they've compromised my personal credit with their IT incompetence you'd think they bend over backwards to accommodate their customer base. I'm very disappointed in Target and will never look at them the same way again. read more

This was a terrible experience. I am a regular Target shopper and was returning three small items that were less than $5 total. Two of the items were not coming up on their computer but were clearly showing on my receipt for $105. The two service associates acted helpless dumbfounded and definitely not empowered. They continuously asked me if i had another receipt. After I screamed at them that it was ridiculous to put me through this for $2, they gave me a cash refund-for less than I paid.
