Aisles were neat and organized. Items were easy to find. It was easy to navigate through the store. Store associates were warm and friendly. We did not need any assistance, but it was nice to know the associates were available if we did. On a Monday morning, the store was not busy. There were only a couple of other customers. The shared parking lot offered plenty of parking. Michaels offers a rewards program. Earn points for every dollar spent. At the time I signed up, I received a $5 reward for doing so. Reward came the next day, and it was good for one month.

I mean, it's Michaels. Probably not my favorite location in the Valley simply due to the limited selection of everything. It's conveniently located though on Bell. Plenty of ample parking. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with no major issues. My wife has been working a lot with yarn via loom and knitting with that method. We went to this location yesterday. She wasn't able to find anything she was looking for simply due to the limited selection of everything. I wanted a couple of new paint pens. Color selection was also extremely limited. We walked out with nothing. Wasted a trip. I think we as society are kind of in a catch-22 at the moment. Local businesses and our local economy want us to speak our money locally in our community. We need to stop ordering stuff online for sheer convenience. But the problem is these stores in our local community don't have anything in stock. The selection always blows goats. How can I spend money in our community when the businesses in our community don't have anything in stock? The businesses are losing business because more people are shopping online so they're keeping low overhead and low inventory which, in turn, causes shoppers like myself to continue resorting to online shopping - because nothing I want is ever at the store. Michaels included.

    So cute!

I like this location. Very quite, never too many people, and good selection of items. They get you in and out and I do appreciate the constant sales they have. 30% off fall decor was right up my alley. Only thing is I wish some of the employees were a bit nicer. My cashier seemed irritated ringing me up for my 3 items.

I was excited, it was a kit I had been hunting for quite some time, and I thought I would finally have one in my collection. I paid for shipping, and it was sent USPS Ground Advantage, with insurance. USPS decided to deliver it to the wrong address, and to absolutely no one's surprise, it vanished. USPS informed me that the shipper has to initiate a claim, it is not something I can do, and they gave me a letter admitting the mistake and that the package is now lost. I relayed this to Andy'sHHQ, and they didn't respond. In fact, due to their sluggish response to the situation, they are now sold out of that model, so even if refunded, I can't get it any more. I reached out to Andy'sHHQ again today, only to be met with an excuse about how they aren't responsible, they shipped it, so if it is lost I have to deal with the USPS. But the USPS already told me I had to deal with the shipper. This "hobby shop" clearly isn't trustworthy in any way, and that angers me because I have sent a few people their way after I had ordered a couple of times and had no issue, so I thought they could be trusted. Now I look bad if any of those people don't get what they ordered and paid for. It is truly a sad world we live in where any retail company feels like it is perfectly acceptable to ignore the actual customer just as long as they say they have no responsibility once anything ordered online leaves their store.
