What else can be said about target except that you will get decent merchandise at reasonable prices. This one has groceries now too so it's really one stop shopping for just about anything you need. I like target better than Wal-Mart because it's nice to feel like I don't have to put on a bulletproof vest to go to the store. I came in last night with my boyfriend to grab a few essentials for our home. We went through the self checkout because we had maybe 6 items. While checking out there was a lady who claimed to be "this guys boss and he's wrong" there was a customer who clearly didn't speak english well trying to check out and this "manager" stopped checking out on her line to walk over to self check out and yell at this woman. (the fact SHE LEFT customers to go yell at someone else was TERRIBLE customer service just to go and cause problems) she had tons of baby stuff so surely she was a mom and probably wanted to just get out of the store. The "manager" said "I already told you you can not check out here you have too many items" the woman clearly confused sat there trying to respond while being yelled at by your employees. I am in absolute disbelief you allow your employees and "managers" to speak to customers like this absolutely disgusting. The "manager" was a blonde/dirty blonde woman probably late 20s/early 30s around 915 ish pm. She was at the check stand next to self checkout. Please address this. Target is always my go to place instead of Walmart. Its worth the additional cost to shop here as the experience is always far more enjoyable. This Target is pretty good, the aisles are always clean and the employees friendly. The clearance items are always scattered across the store though, sometimes mixed up with regular items which can get a bit frustrating. Wow! I was really dreading going to Target on Christmas Eve, but I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't busy at all! Yeah! I had ordered a couple things online and I was envisioning getting there and having to wait in line from the get go, but no, there was only 2 people in front of me! Target has all your needs for cheap! Quick makeup purchases, snacks for parties and sometimes even clothes! I could stay in target for over an hour just looking around. I love looking at their holiday decor and their cool kitchen gadgets! Target never disappoints and never ceases to keep me there for longer than necessary haha. This target has everything you need even a starbucks. it's in a shopping center filled with stores. it has michaels, a grocery store, baby store, pets mart and men's wearhouse, etc. it's in between i5 and 99. so either way it's half the distance i think. it's great like any other target. the customer service was great and well each target has different things on clearance which is nice. read more

Not a fan, the parking lot is alwasy crowded as well as the store. I've noticed customers are rude and employees are always so busy. I think they need more staff. Aside from the price, I definitely like this place better than Walmart! First off, the atmosphere is usually comforting with all the home and bath decor, so I love going through those sections (although it is pricey, but there are coupons and other deals, so you always get something you don't necessarily need). The food served there in the meantime also isn't bad, there's a starbucks that gets crowded along with another place, but its not too bad (there's one within a block away anyways). The clothes are also cute (though still pricey), especially the dresses and pajamas. And there are accessories right across that go with it. A mess. Went in to get a new phone at 10am. Waited 15 extra minutes after the cell phone areas opening time because no one was there. Started the process with a guy name Derrick and shortly tells me that they were out of that phone and for me to go to the calvine location since they had them in stock. I go to target calvine and electronic lady tells me the phone section is closed til 12. I was very upset for the run around and she was very kind about it. She explained that Derrick should have called to verify if they were open and had the phone in stock, but, his selfish self didn't. I spent my money elsewhere. I was kept waiting for 85 minutes having been told it might be 30 minutes, only to be told that they only had 5 of my very common, generic medication tablets (instead of the 90 I should have). This specific Target is super shady. I bought a fall wreath on an end isle in the 30%. There were about 4 there. I checked out and didn't double check my receipt (my error). I took the wreath to my office and thought nothing of it. I looked at my receipt today (abt 13 days later) and noticed they didn't give me the discount. So I called they said no prob just bring in tag and receipt and they would adjust it. So I go in and it's ringing up as full price. She checks and says there was no more showing the discount. I said well it was 2 weeks ago maybe they sold all of them. They said they don't see where this was on sale. Ok I get it but don't treat me like I'm trying to get one over on you. They really need to get more employees equipped with keys for the video games. I waited 10-15 mins to get someone to help me with a locked up game. Finally a woman comes out with a key and after she helped another customer with his game, I had to get her attention so she can help me too! Then she lead both of us to the register in the middle of the electronics section to pay. There were 2 guys there the whole time, one was wearing a red Target shirt, the other guy was wearing a black Tech shirt. The former was helping the customers in line the other guy... I don't know who he is or what he is doing. But he didn't have a key to the games so didn't bother to ask him for help. I really like this target I do, but the electronics is difficult to shop sometimes because despite it being located in the employee back room, with employees walking in and out of the swinging doors, not all of them are equipped with keys for the locked up games... so you may be waiting over 10 mins until someone is able to help you. What's there not to love about Target? I can not give 5 stars, because sometimes the parking at this location can be difficult. It's surrounded by multiple other businesses, so it gets busy and sometimes people don't perform their best driving skills in this lot. I have seen a few accidents and heard lots of horns blowing from frustrated drivers. The store is clean and well kept. I can go there to get my toiletries with no problem. I love this Target. Why? Because its mostly always clean, their food courts constantly being looked after no matter how busy it is. The employees are always friendly and willing to help here and they aren't just doing their basics like at some of the other local Target's. Returns are easy, and they don't give you 50 questions, they just do it. Also they have a good selection of everything you need and want. They have so much to offer compared to other big retail stores like this. Whenever the lines get long here they always find some way to make you not wait forever. Parking lot is big but it gets pretty packed on weekends. Overall pretty nice, prices are good. read more

I gave this location an A.K.A of Tarmart because it's maintained like a Walmart. This store is ALWAYS a hot, steaming, boiling mess!!!! The clothes and shoe section CONSTANTLY look like a herd of wild animals ran through it!!!!! The floor is yucky, and trash is always overflowing outside!!!!! Although the cashiers are generally nice, there never seems to be enough of them and the lines are always long. I really hope someone corporate reads this because this Target really needs to be brought up to standard. The photo place makes me CRAZY. I dropped film off on Friday, and on Monday, when I took more film my unprocessed film still sat there. I gathered all 10 rolls up and went to another Target. Why couldn't someone have at least called me, or better yet, why didn't the manager take all the packages of film to the other Target, get them processed, and bring them back. This target sucked with a capital SUCK!!! I went in here to get a blanky for my son. It was 30% off but came up regular price at the register. The girl was rude, didnt believe me & made a person go run for a price check. She didnt tell me to wait on the side, instead she started helping the next person rudely. I called target before I went in and they told me that they would look up the information and give me a full refund for the purchase price. This is my go to Target. It's usually not that busy and the staff has always been more than friendly and helping when I need it. Only one time I had a bad experience when returning an item that was a gift. They said because I didn't have the receipt they were only allowed to give me $30. Which I understand if it was on sale. I've worked retail before so I understand. However, the item was well over $100 and all I wanted to do was switch it out. Once I came home and told my mom (she purchased the gift) she gave me her receipt and so I went back and they still denied it because the receipt was from out of state and said I had to return to original store. I went to a different target and they didn't have a problem. I truly believe that one bad experience was due to the 2 individuals working there. After that I've never had an issue and come to think of it, I haven't seen those employees since then. I won't base the entire store off one or two bad employees. All 50+ employees I've dealt with over the years have always been great (besides those two). read more
