Please open a retail store in South Reno, Nevada!! I would be the best customer... I love the one in Daly City.. But this is one is convenient.. I kind of went over shopping.. Tons of stuff to take back home...

If you're into Japanese stuff, this might be a fun store for you. It kind of reminds me a Dollar Tree but MUCH neater and cleaner. They have a variety of items from food and drinks to plates and bowls, office items and stationary, cleaning supplies and toys. It's not a huge shop but they make the most of their space with LOTS of items to look at. I thought the prices were reasonable and I would definitely return if I was shopping at Delta Shores.

The Delta shores Daiso is the biggest one I have been to. They have a big spot with alot to offer. Parking is a breeze in the parking lot. They have so.much stuff from A to Z it would be a list for days to write. So for a few random things we found and saw were kids school supplies, games, toys, cleaning products and tools neededto clean a house, even drain screens for the sink or shower, chopsticks and stuff related to it. Candy of course. Let your imagination expand and they probably have it. We spent along time wandering aground and did need help finding a few things since they weren't in their original spot and the employees helped out and even tried finding stuff for the kids. The stuff is inexpensive at most. I think most stuff starts at 1.50 and goes up slightly after that.

Waiting in line outside as store can only accommodate 27 customers at a time per COVID-19.

Came on a Monday afternoon and love that the staffs are wearing mask & gloves, which makes me appreciate that they are prioritizing health & safety! Also, in respect to that, be prepared to wait about 30 minutes outside as their sign allows a capacity of 27 customers at a time. Of all the Daiso stores I've been to, this is one of the smaller ones to me. It is conveniently located in big shopping areas (off I-5 N near Elk Grove) along with many other stores such as Panda Express, Walmart, In-N-Out burgers, Ross, etc., to name a few, and plenty of parking. Nonetheless, it is always nice to see Daiso expanding its business furthermore into the Central Valley areas & all over CA (not just confined to Bay Areas or bigger cities only). Kudos to you Daiso!!!

! This little spot has all the goodies and Japanese fan favorites. I feel like I'm In a 7-11 in Tokyo, they have a little bit of everything , candy, toys, stationary, come here and check it out you won't be disappointed came in again on 9/5/2022 had such a nice time going through the selection, everything here is so awesome, I want to buy as much as possible. This is the kind of store I could spend all day in, I wish it was much larger :)

    Just the Daiso sign facade...

This is a place to shop for "little somethings" that cost you US$1.50 per item. I normally try to avoid going here because I'll end up picking stuff I don't need, but found it interesting or something novel about it. And at that price, you end up picking a lot more than you came to Daiso for. But there are a few items of merit... like dress ties. Can go wrong with these at a dollar fifty... There is quite a crowd in the place. These people are much like me, going around, having a look, and finally putting an item in the basket because it's something that would make life simpler or better. Or simply because it's a bargain at a dollar fifty! There are a few items above the dollar fifty mark. But the cashiers will ask you about these items on checkout. Nice of them to remind me... The place is reasonably large. And the stock ranges from everything you can think of under the sun. Even food and beverage. You can spend an easy hour just looking around. The staff are nice and helpful. Checkout will ask you if you need bags, or if the item you picked was over the dollar fifty mark. I asked a few staff members where an item would be, and they do know an item's location. And that's no joke with the "million" items they have in store. I love this place. No public restrooms through...

    I bought a lot of journals/notebooks here

I love this store! Daiso has everything! It's very similar to the 99 cent store in the way that not everything is $1.50. Some items are otherwise marked. Daiso had cute Disney merchandise such as keychains, cups, and sometimes ladles with Mickey ears at the end. They have lots of toys (squirters, small dolls, small doll clothes, lego-like toys) here too. There are school supplies, pet supplies (leases, hats), gardening supplies, and kitchen supplies. They have a couple of snack isles with Pocky, rolls, cookies, etc. They also have make up and bathroom supplies. Sometimes they will have pillows and they are super soft! Anything you're looking for, Daiso probably has it.

We were at Daiso Japan's Grand Opening at Delta Shores! So happy that the area is receiving multicultural shops and something different instead of all the normal overdone stuff. Daiso has the perfect store foot print, not too big or small. They have a huge variety of items here! The store is clean, the workers are friendly, the cashier line moves fast, and everything is priced lower than most would expect to pay for. I just realized I've never said that about any stores before... Daiso is excellent! Here's a list of some items they have and they're not just cheap in quality either. If you've never been to one, you gotta go at least once but be careful, the small priced items add up fast! I like Daiso because I can find a lot of cute little things there which I cannot find at another store. This Daiso at Delta Shores Shopping Center is not very big compared with some bigger Daiso store. Some of the items are not available in this store! I am there many times and the store seems to get better and better since they are first open. They have little more items in the store, but less than those big Daiso stores due to the size of this store. The bad thing is some items I saw in the San Fransico Bay Area Daiso store and wanted to purchase are not carry by this store! The store is very clean and most of the items are $1.50 each. Some items have the Japanese price tags on it. The current price is ¥100 to $1.50 (so if the price tag is ¥200, it means $3.00). The items without a price are $1.50 each. The worker there is very nice and working hard. They know all the items located in the store. The parking lot is big and very busy at the weekend. You will get parking, but not very close to the store most of the time.

We were slow to assemble them and once done, we realized that we should have purchased a few more. The store we originally bought them from no longer had them, but my husband found them at Heroic. We were able to buy 4 more at Heroic for what 2 would have cost at the original store. We found time to assemble these quickly just in case parts were missing. Three of the four boxes appeared to have never been open (all parts still in original packaging, factory sealed, etc). The fourth appeared to have been partially assembled, customer changed mind, and put back in the box. We were concerned that pieces might be missing, but all parts were inside. If you are heading to Heroic, it helps to know what you are looking for and you need to be observant of what you are buying. Staff was friendly and there was a restroom for customers, which helped since this location is in an industrial area. A tip: my husband was able to find that the shelving was at this Heroic location because they post videos on social media. Just be aware, stock changes frequently so when you see something, go as soon as you can before it's gone.

The most expensive item I bought was a winter coat for $17.23. It was in a size small and it fit perfect. It has a mickey mouse motif and mickey ears attached. I found a Las Vegas Raiders jersey, boys XL, which fit me perfect $12.92. It was new with out tags. I also found a SF Giants T Shirt that looked new. I found some other black tops, long and short sleeve. I found the cutest red minnie mouse sweatshirt but it was too short, too back because it was perfect. They also have lots of more expensive items mixed in. Such as Kings and Giants Jerseys. All well over $35. Compared to the teams stores it's still a good deal, but out of my price range for this shopping spree. These items are cheaper at the Goodwill Bootique in downtown Sacramento. I know because I've purchased several jerseys there. Everything is well organized by size and type of merchandise. They have long racks of clothing and a good variety of sizes. They have a rack of short sleeve tops, another rack of long sleeve tops, dresses, formal dresses, jackets, athletic tops, ect. Everything is so well sorted. They have colored tags on the merchandise. Each day they have different sales depending on the color of the tags 25%, 50%, and 75%. I only had a couple of the 25% off items. For those 2 items I saved $5.07. So for 5 items I paid $46.31. On average $9.26 each. Not a bad day Thrifting. Checkout is all self-serve. It's quite odd, but they have a lot of registers and someone helping out. They graciously took my coat and found a tag on it without me asking, which was great because I didn't even see it. I did see it on the Raiders jersey I bought and they removed that after I scanned it in to pay for it. They also have some new merchandise by the entrance of the store, those are not so good deals.

I had been forced to wear a pair of ugly orthopedic shoes for children for months when I was told this was the only pair that would fit me at Stasi's Children's Shoe store. Liars! I tell you this to remind you that back in the day you could not pick out your own shoes to try on, you had to go to a shoe store where a shoe salesperson would measure your feet and go to the back to get shoes for you to try on. So Marshall's entered my world that day, and shopping was never the same! I have always sought out a Marshall's where I live and this location in the Pocket area of south Sacramento is a gem. They have a consistently well curated selection of shoes, clothing, cosmetics, personal care, and home goods. They have a pretty extensive pet section, too as well as seasonal decor and furniture. To be fair, sometimes they are in a restock mode or things are really picked over, but such is the nature of bargain stores. You may not always find exactly what you need here, but you'll be able to be in the ballpark. Marshall's has more designer and higher end brands than Ross, (though you can't knock a good Ross find, you just have to search more). As a Black woman, the repeated scrutiny left me feeling racially profiled and unwelcome. What made the situation even more frustrating was that when I later called the store to obtain the employee's name or ID number so I could accurately report the incident to corporate, the employee refused to provide her name or identifying information.
