Their pickup area is in the back of the store so you didn't have to wait in the cashier line, and was very convenient. I really appreciated the service and help I received from Asim. My best experience in this location is from Asim and Dean, who are so efficient, professional, gracious and helpful. Their service will keep me coming back.

I grew up in the neighborhood right across the street. When I went in the store recently with a friend the woman working there acted as though we were there to steal merchandise. There is a fine line between customer service and making a person feel like they are being watched. It made me and I friend extremely uncomfortable. My friend and I both have the means to shop in this store and do not look like we are off the street. I am now hesitant to return in the future and recommend this store to other friends based on this experience. I have noticed in the past that they tend to cater towards people they know unless you pop in during the Dickens Fair. I hope management reads this as it is a nice store with very cute things and high end brands, staff just needs to do better in the customer service department to those who are not friends of the owners and staff.
