That's when Joe K took me straight to the Accessory Store in Elk Grove. The minute we walked in, I knew I would find what I was looking for here. Even the products online just didn't wow me. This store had a huge number of assorted cases on display for most brands, makes, and models. The clerk on staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. I had a hard time making my selection, but I finally found a bling style rhinestone encrusted case that I had always wanted! I also got a screen protector to go with it. The nice young man who was assisting us, put it all together for me at no additional charge. Joe K also purchased a vehicle cup holder/cell phone stand and two car chargers. The prices were very reasonable. Never did I think that we would have a fulfilling shopping trip at a phone accessory store! Now, I feel better about protecting my investment from possible future damage. It's no fun being a klutz!

And despite the insane line, only assigns 1 associate to handle the massive queue. With the box. In my opinion it did not look like he wanted to be there. I returned the next day to inform them of my situation and was able to order the correct alternator after verifying it for myself looking at the computer. I then came back later on in the day, (I was supposed to get a phone call but never did) to grab the alternator and they would not allow me to leave with the box that the alternator came in. This was frustrating and irritating to deal with. I have been a long-time customer and am seriously considering going to AutoZone or somewhere else.
