I usually stick with the same phone for years because I just don't like change. But it didn't take me long to adjust to the newness and I couldn't wait to find the perfect cover and screen protector. That's when Joe K took me straight to the Accessory Store in Elk Grove. The minute we walked in, I knew I would find what I was looking for here. Even the products online just didn't wow me. This store had a huge number of assorted cases on display for most brands, makes, and models. The clerk on staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. I had a hard time making my selection, but I finally found a bling style rhinestone encrusted case that I had always wanted! I also got a screen protector to go with it. The nice young man who was assisting us, put it all together for me at no additional charge. Joe K also purchased a vehicle cup holder/cell phone stand and two car chargers. The prices were very reasonable. Never did I think that we would have a fulfilling shopping trip at a phone accessory store! Now, I feel better about protecting my investment from possible future damage. It's no fun being a klutz!

I grew up in the neighborhood right across the street. When I went in the store recently with a friend the woman working there acted as though we were there to steal merchandise. There is a fine line between customer service and making a person feel like they are being watched. It made me and I friend extremely uncomfortable. My friend and I both have the means to shop in this store and do not look like we are off the street. I am now hesitant to return in the future and recommend this store to other friends based on this experience. I have noticed in the past that they tend to cater towards people they know unless you pop in during the Dickens Fair. I hope management reads this as it is a nice store with very cute things and high end brands, staff just needs to do better in the customer service department to those who are not friends of the owners and staff.

They just absolutely had no smile in them. But that's OK. I finished my transaction. The Amazon return resulted in a coupon for the store, of course. The thing I don't like about shopping at this store no matter where it's located. It always seems like they have absolutely no staff on the floor to help customers and no staff actively cleaning up the store and returning merchandise to the hangers. I did find a needle in a haystack in the clearance rack for a dress. It was surprisingly $99 original price. It had been tremendously marked down on top of that an additional $10 off for the coupon that I had today. So I left with a nice little black dress for under $25. The dressing rooms are always disheveled in these stores and today was nothing different. I do have to give four stars for the service at the registers. So far, I haven't had a negative experience when I am checking out at these stores. And in fact, the staff is always happy to help me. Find the best coupon on my app or any daily specials that are going on in the store. They often save me more money that I had anticipated and that means sometimes I'll buy an extra item. There are some cute clothes and cute purses in these stores, but I am constantly sticker shocked.
