They tells me they only had this size and not that size. 15 minutes later I was very annoyed. But worse things happen so I don't let it become my energy. Another person hadn't even clocked in yet walked by. I asked for help. She said yes. Give me 30 seconds to clock in. She clocked in came right back. Got the correct size in shoes and all was well. I say not for a man because what changed after looking for help to getting help, my wife and daughter showed you from Michael's. They went looking for other clothes in the store. I waited for shoe person a second time. Nothing. They walked back over. Bam. Helped again. Just felt like it was not a store for men. But they did have the shoes my daughter wanted. Their pickup area is in the back of the store so you didn't have to wait in the cashier line, and was very convenient. I really appreciated the service and help I received from Asim. My best experience in this location is from Asim and Dean, who are so efficient, professional, gracious and helpful. Their service will keep me coming back.

I was on the quest to find an new bra. The intimates section is not well organized. It's hard to…read moreknow where to look. The racks are not neatly organized by color or size. Most things are 20% off which helps, but when the regular price is $48 it's still way to steep. I was looking for some PJs that they offered online, but I didn't see them in the store. They may have more items online then available in the store. Check out went pretty smooth. They are quite pushy on signing up for their rewards program and the credit card. The good thing is they offered an additional 20% off so I got 20% off twice which took the price down to around $60 for 2 bras. That still seems a bit extreme to me. I'm just hoping I got a better deal then if I went to VS, but they were also having a sale on Tuesday, 40% off store wide. So it may have paid off to go there, but it wasn't as convenient. I also looked for a winter dress. The one that looked nice on the hanger didn't fit as nice as I had hopped. You needed a bigger bust to really fill it out and it was a little short. The other dress that I found was way to expensive, around $70, but it had a white collar and someone got makeup on it so I skipped it. I also was looking for a dressy black skirt, but I didn't see a long one. They had very few skirts. Upon check out they did give me $10 Khols Cash and a 20% off coupon. That sounds good and all, but there is only one week you can use it and that's around Nov 6th or so. I'm not going to be in the area so that's not going to work out for me. It is a great incentive to go back. I would go back and get those PJs if they actually had them in store. Parking was easy. They have a huge lot dedicated to the shopping center and a lot of spaces out front. I was surprised at how many cars were in the parking lot and how many patrons in the store on a Tuesday afternoon.

I have been to this establishment twice to have patches sewn on to various garments. The second time, I had a 2 1/2 x 4" name tag to be sewn onto the right breast pocket of a Carhart jacket. They had the jacket for eight days. I went in to pick up the jacket, and it wasn't done. She told me to come back tomorrow. I promptly retrieved my jacket, the patch, and the $15 that she charged me. I will not come back.

Helped me sort out my return and get some new clothes. You just don't see traditional salesmen like John anymore. Being in sales myself, this was a very refreshing experience. The selection here is great (although smaller than Folsom). If you're in between the two locations, I'll pick Elk Grove again hands down as long as this manager is leading the team.

To be fair, the store wasn't busy, so it might've been an awkward time of day -- maybe during a shift change or staff rotation. We were there specifically for jeans, and while the selection of styles was solid, the color range was limited. The sizing also felt pretty generic. My daughter has a slim waist and long legs, which meant she had to choose between jeans that were either long enough but baggy in the waist or perfectly fitted but too short. The employee was kind enough to suggest checking the website for more options -- but between you and me, if I have to go online anyway, what's the point of the store? That said, it wasn't all bad. My daughter did find a something that worked, and the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it wasn't a win, but it wasn't a loss either -- just a middle-of-the-road experience. No as to the value I can't speak to that because we walked out $80 lighter and on 3 pairs of jeans heavier. So, I will let you judge the value for yourself.
