I know how things are, I've been shopping in that store for 9 years, last night I went shopping like a normal day, even some simple t-shirts and some socks, but when I was at the fitting room my husband lost sight of me, he he went to the house and paid for a bag of cat litter, I was wet with him and I saw him go outside to the car looking after me, I go to the USA and shout from the USA from the entrance to him that I'm in the store, I didn't even pass Assouan USA, the cards with purchases were behind me, I also had my geqntq in it, the young maid comes in front of me and yells at me to follow her, I was stuck looking how she was screaming and how upset she was, what do you think she called the police saying that we were stealing those purchases, how can you think that for 3 t-shirts, 3 pairs of pants and a set of hangers I would steal them from you, with the tag and with the cart after me, when you want to steal, you hide them, tear off the tags, put them in your bag, somehow you even make it look like theft, I was stuck because he didn't even let me speak a single word, even he was looking at the camera and I wasn't outside the store, I was in the USA to shout at my husband, even for something like that I wouldn't have tarnished my record and I'm from Europe, I've been working here in this country for 9 years, I'm raising a child and supporting my family from the job I do I have, I work in the Army reserve, and I run a business for 8 years that brings me a monthly profit of 11 k, I have 2 properties bought in this area and I am a model citizen like you, paying taxes and everything legal, I- It would be a shame, I'm leaving the store to think that I took $100 worth to stain my report, now what could I do to the young manager from Tennessee, I can pretend that now I have a tent and a report and everything, yeah get a lawyer to take the cameras as something like this is unbelievable! read more

I was in this store the other day and the lady running the front I think her name is Jenny or Jessica, something that starts with a J and she was walking around the lanes yelling at the employees about how they dont do their jobs, she was especially yelling at a young girl at self checkout with blonde hair and glasses about how the close the other night wasn't good and talking down about what she was wearing I don't understand how this store hires someone with such a bad attitude, it was very uncomfortable from my perspective and I don't understand why they hired someone who could be so rude, and I feel to overcompensate she was extremely nice to my boyfriend and I while we were checking out. She was talking so loudly that we could hear her from the check out register that we were at. The only reason that I gave this 2 stars is because the cashier I had was very nice and was very talkative and friendly and explain the new rewards. The employee that she was yelling at, at self checkout, was also really sweet and told me to have a good day. I don't recommend coming to this target when this person is working because it makes for an uncomfortable experience. read more

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Target in Arlington Heights on December 6, 2024. I came to return some Cat & Jack items, which I understood were covered under the one-year return policy. However, the customer service representatives, Heather and Karolina, were not only unhelpful but outright rude. They claimed the policy only applied to "worn" items, not new ones, and refused to process my return. To make matters worse, they suggested I go to another Target instead of helping me. Their tone was dismissive, and their lack of professionalism and customer service skills was shocking. As a loyal Target shopper, I expect better. This kind of poor communication and unwillingness to assist customers reflects badly on the store. I hope the management takes steps to address this behavior and ensures their staff is properly trained on company policies and basic customer service.
