Why doesn't this location accept returns for an item purchased at TJ MAXX HOME GOODS?? Really don't understand why you make returns so hard for customers? read more

I visited the store recently. It is small but it has enough space. It is also clean and organized. I was actually there for my groceries and good thing I was able to get everything I needed because the selections are fully stocked. Then, I went to this section full of kitchen equipment. There is tons of it and I remember a cooking pot that I also bought from here which is still good as new until now. That is why I decided to buy one again. I also went to this section full of Christmas decorations. It is too many with different and unique designs. It was so wonderful and the prices are fair and reasonable. If you love designing your home for Christmas and you wanted to buy decorations then I recommend you this store! read more

I wasn't expecting to visit this store yesterday, but I decided to go search for a new wallet. The handbag Section was a little scarce so I didn't bother browsing. Found two suitable wallets to choose from and moved on to the beauty and cosmetics section. I knew that they must've just restocked because I found so many great products at awesome prices. Bought five really cute tops and a few other items from the home section. Although I went in for a wallet I couldn't pass up the really great deals I found. read more

EVERYtime Iv been in this location recently I'm being followed by employees with clip boards and asked to sign up for their credit card. Twice the last time I was in. And when I politely decline they continue to harass and beg. It's very annoying. And then again at the register. And when I politely decline there same speech. Clearly they've been conditioned to harass the costumer. read more

T-T-T-T-T-T-TJ MAXX. Do they even have those commercials anymore? anyways, J'adore Tjmaxx but this one was a 'meh'. Maybe a small part is that it's a single and not attached with a homegoods but more of that was it's a little small and the selection not so great. Men's sections at these stores a tiny but this one was even smaller and I feel too many things tried taking up space here. Maybe a little more floor organization is needed. read more

TJ Maxx - Storefront - Department Stores Near Me - Lake Zurich, Illinois

I am a big fan of TJ Maxx/ Homegoods/ Marshall's stores in generals (They are all owned by the same company, as you may know.) I actually think the thing I would miss most about the US if I was a resident of Canada would be these stores... I realize that this is extremely shallow, but still..... This store was on the smaller side, but very well organized. I thought displays than the typical TJ Maxx. In a ten minute visit I found shoes, a conditioner I was looking for and a couple other small items. They are not a HomeGoods, but they had a small selection of soft goods for the home and furniture too. I came back to ask about an item I lost and the woman was very pleasant too. I am definitely coming back here to look around again next time I am in the area. read more

When did the cashiers start following you around the store begging you to sign up for your credit card? I would rethink that tactic.

I've found some great stuff at deep discounts here in years past; shoes are usually quite good, and they have a long hosiery rack, with frequent clearances on Hue and CK stockings. My question, as with every TJ Maxx I've visited recently: where the hell are the dresses? They used to be in the same rack as the coats. Do people not wear dresses anymore? Most female-under-30-wear has gotten progressively uglier over the years, but my mom, who has exquisite taste, often finds a nice Tahari or MaxMara suit on sale. She also buys lots of cute housewares here - think little faux-antique benches, silk flowers, and fun placemats. Checkers are hot and cold - some surly, some nice. Beware the layaway department; that $200 Bulgari briefcase may well disappear. read more

The WORST customer service at this location I tried to return one of those rabbit wine openers it was literally the last day I could return to get store credit at least, it was broken and I knew I had to return so I trekked out to my local store in the -15 degree weather i get there & the lady says I can only return to a homegoods store the closest is 30 min drive, are u kidding me do you understand what it took me to get here? (Side note my sister works for tj Maxx & told me any location can take returns these people obviously didn't want to) poor customer service for another crappy broken gift I got from tj maxx read more

It's TJ Maxx. Nothing I say here is going to sway you one way or the other. You either like it or don't.

I love this tj Maxx! My favorite employee Anna M is always so helpful and sweet, she has great taste!!

I was compelled to write this review after our first visit to this location. This location hired someone who is disabled as the entrance store greeter, and I think that is so wonderful that they really are an equal opportunity employer and hired this kind gentleman! He definitely greeted us and wished us a good day. This location has a variety of everything and we got everything we needed. We will definitely be back. We are very pleased. read more

Had to buy a watch last minute about a month ago. The ladies there were not only helpful, but super patient as I am super indecisive!

Such an amazing selection!! The sales associates are so nice and helpful as well. Specifically I really appreciate Anna M's help and I highly recommend this location! read more

This TJ Maxx location always has amazing selections in the home aisles. I don't really shop for clothes or other things here, but I can't get enough in the home supplies. I bought some cast iron pots in the clearance section that were a steal. Now I'm hooked on visiting for garden accessories. Love love love it. read more

Quality of the products has gone down. The store never looks neat and is very disorganized. Employees are only friendly when they are trying to sell you a credit card. I can't even try on clothes without being asked.I would not be writing this review but I went there this morning and the staff was having a meeting by the fitting rooms. Over 10 employees talking about sales yet not one of them greeted me as I walked by. Was going to try something on but didn't want to interrupt. The women that was conducting the meeting was very loud and unprofessional. Me as a customer do not wish to hear their sales meeting. Should be conducted before opening or after closing or in private. This store needs a lot of work. read more

Although this isn't a Home Goods, it's well organized and stocked. The best part is it's five minutes away from home. I'll definitely coming back. read more

I have been frequenting this store for 20 years. Yesterday, I was absolutely impressed with how pleasant, caring, and engaging my cashier, Kim, was. It was 7pm and she was chipper and smiling and I have to say it was refreshing to see! Very thankful for people who go out of their way to perform great customer service as it is hard to find these days! Thanks, Kim! read more
