My friend commented that it reminded her of "Charming Charlie but with more clothes"...& indeed, it turns out their space is a former Charming Charlie! Clothes were cute yet didn't skew too young (stores I used to reliably shop at, like Dry Goods, are now all crop tops and babydoll lengths). I tried on an armful of things and ended up with a top and a sweater, both for what I felt were reasonable prices. My only complaints stem from the dressing room. They put us together in a larger room, which is totally fine. But i guess nothing indicated that the room was occupied because staff kept knocking on the door, either to see if we were still in there or if we needed anything. Once or twice, okay, but this was like 5 or 6 times....maybe put up a sign? Also, the dressing room lighting, from two sconces and a small chandelier, was "moody" at best... need to up the wattage a bit so people can see those potential purchases! Staff was helpful, especially Lisa. I would definitely come back, and found out there are other locations closer to me, too! She said they get new merch on Wednesdays, so gives me an excuse to check out one of the other shops soon.

A very unfortunate experience I had today at this location. Quite a bummer as I used to be a…read morefrequency customer, but I no longer will be. I had recently purchased a pair of earrings at this location and had traveled back home with them. Once I opened the packaging, I noticed the bottom part of the earring had already broken off. I hadn't even tried on the earrings yet. I called the next day and spoke to someone on the phone who was very nice. She told me to come back into the store with the pair of earrings and they would get it taken care of. She said a receipt was not necessary if it had already been thrown away, which it had at this point. I brought in the earrings a week later and interacted with the self claimed "new manager", who was nothing but rude and unhelpful. She told me there was nothing she could do, not even an exchange for a new pair of earrings without the original receipt. The earrings were still in the original packaging and I could see the same pair at the store hanging up. I've never been treated so poorly by a store manager. Overall, they forever lost my business and I wouldn't recommend shopping at this location.

I am very fortunate that regardless of the day of the week and the time that there is either never line or that there is a very short line. And any single person that I have interacted with you for a purchase or for return has Barr been super friendly super professional and very helpful. I'm not sure what's going on at the store, but this is definitely not like other Old Navy stores and it has really made it very pleasant to shop here and visit here. Parking here is always very easy as well, and I think this is my new favorite Old Navy
