Kohl's - one of my favorite stores. Many different brands at one place, absolutely neat and clean every time, extremely polite personnel, close to my apartment, Wide variety, decent prices. I only wish they would stop making people think they saved $69 on a couple of shorts and a couple of shirts. Big parking...of course there is no need to mention they are compliant with all Covid safety measures. Love the 20% or 30% off coupons. Shop online and pick up same day in the store. Much more options online and more sizes. Drop off service for Amazon returns is very convenient. Also, there is a place inside Kohl's store where you can do returns from Amazon which is also convenient for us who live close by.There is never a line, so you don't have to wait. read more

This is specifically in reference to the Sephora at this location. I went to shop with my two sisters, we are all women of color. The employee stared and followed us around the entire time we were shopping. She was polite to the other shoppers but not towards us, sometimes standing directly behind us and watching while we shopped. I've never felt more targeted while trying to shop, I can understand wanting to protect merchandise but not at the expense of the guests comfort. Disgusting behavior. read more

I really love this store, it's location and their staff. You can always find what you are looking for and most importantly, I don't have to visit some crazy teen-covered mall to accomplish my shopping. I'm so glad this Kohl's store is here. I have their store credit card and by having this card, receive a lot of coupons and special deals in the mail. There is always a sale and their pricing systems are very clear to understand. The new digital way is definitely the way to go. The store can be slightly disorganized at times and particular areas, but you can always find the general section for what you need and the sales people will help you. I was able to utilize a reward coupon for a new wallet this past weekend and a 15% off coupon and my new wallet was about $7.00. Can't complain about that! I actually had a 30% off coupon that was not valid just yet, but the gentleman who checked me out, was kind enough to give me 15% off without any hesitation! Love this place. Plan on doing more shopping here than before. They are just awesome. Great place to find gifts and a great deal!! read more

Such a horrible curbside pickup experience. I pulled up and add the correct info that was asked via text. I patiently waited for my order to be brought out, the associate approached my car and asked my name and when I gave it he seemed puzzled. I could clearly see what he brought out was not my order, and I did tell him that. He then went back inside and came out again with the same product. At this point I told him what I had ordered, after 10 additional minutes he finally came out with my order and I instructed him to place it in the back seat as their sign says pop your truck or the associate can put in your back seat. He opened the door and put my items on the seat and slammed the door so hard it shook my entire car and upset my young son that was in the back seat. I get it, it's not the best job, but with curbside being our new norm they really need to get the right people in these positions to better engage customers. read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!! Customer service is horrible!!!! I placed an order for same day pickup on Sunday. Received the email that the order was ready that same day. Went to the store to pickup the order and was told it wasn't ready. Over 36 hours from placing the order, I attempt to contact customer service. I tried the "ask us" button on their webpage which just took me to a chat bot that was of no help. I called their main customer service number as was told the order was ready yesterday and any issues needed to be directed to the store. I called the main store number, went through the prompts, and pressed 0 to speak to costumer service. There was no answer and I was put through the prompt system again. After 3 rounds of being sent to the main menu because no one answered, I hung up. A few minutes later I called the main store number again, pressed 0 for customer service and ,hallelujah, I finally get a live person. I start talking and they hang up on me. I'm heading to the store now for curbside pickup because if I have to walk in this store, the manager is getting their ass handed to them over how this thing played out. This was absolutely ridiculous!!!! I did order pickup so I wouldn't have to worry about the time being sold out. I could have walked through the store and found the item, which was in stock when I went yesterday, and just purchased it. But, instead I have to deal with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I will gladly drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the other location in Schaumburg. read more

The staff working at the customer service counter and specifically the online pickup are fantastic. Never had an issue picking up my orders and they're always very quick and super nice. Now if management could work on getting people through the long lines at the front of the store I could give them that 5th star. read more

This is the best Kohl's in the area. I always find deals and the workers are helpful! Lynne in the shoe department not only helped us find sandals in my husband's shoe size (late in the season when most common sizes are gone!), she found a pair that were somehow half the price of the other sandals. She just magically found a pair of clearance sandals for us when all the regular full price sandals had been almost sold out. Thank you so much for your assistance today! read more

I love shopping here. It's always clean, super easy to find what I need but the check out is another story. Depending on who you have or how many cashiers they have up front it could be a 2 minute wait to a 10 minute wait. My latest acquisitions at Kohl's were several quality brand name bras on the clearance rack for $9.20 and $12.80 each. Plus, I got a cute pair of plush sleep shorts for $6.40. I also scored a very cool hip hop looking Nike hoodie for $35 which, being a "whopping" $35 violates my recessionista standards, but I really like Nike products and the quality was really good -thick, soft material, well put together and a very unique design so I "splurged" on it. I've already worn it out and blinged it out a little to make it more girly and my mom, who initially hated it, totally came around and was like, "Oh OK, it does look cute on you!" Yeah, I'm Jenny From the Block so I know how to rock that "J-lo" look (being born and raised in Schaumburg and all. lol) I'm surprised by the so-so review (Anum, you know who you are!) I think Kohl's rocks! I think they have really good quality stuff and I've always had pleasant and organized shopping experiences there! Great location--I always come here with my coupons! :) Sign up for the credit card. It is worth it with all of the bonus coupons you get throughout the year, And the kohl's cash is awesome. It IS like getting paid to shop. But in general, this location is very clean, well organized, and they have quick service. The selection is pretty good as well. I really like this store. Ive found a lot of good deals looking through the sales racks. They always have something that is along the lines of what I am looking for. The almost always save more than I've spent, and there have been times when I've walked out with $100 worth of stuff and haven't spent a thing because of the kohl's cash. Ive found the store to be clean and well organized. The customer service area moves pretty fast and returns are super quick. We don't typically go to this Kohl's. We went there to find a particular item which was out of stock in another store. The other store was very untidy. This store was totally clean and tidy. And the staff was much more helpful here. Diana helped us find the boots were came for in the size we needed. She was awesome and we appreciated her lots! This store is further from home, but we will keep it in mind knowing that it was a more pleasant experience for us. read more

Motorized carts. Kohls was keeping them in the back of the store by customer service. This is where you had to go to get a cart and I had used them before. Well it is difficult on a walker or crutches to go to the back of the store. I emailed corporate about this situation. I received a CURT reply about asking for help if I needed a cart. Kohls is in compliance with handicapped rules. 2 weeks later I again went to this store and asked a clerk to get me one. She did not know about them and called someone else. The next person told me they had no carts only wheelchairs. I needed to finish Xmas shopping so I asked for a wheelchair. Chairs very small with no place to put your purchases. I was asked why I came shopping alone. Well thats nervy and told her no one had time to shop with me. So thanks for taking the motorized cart away and no answer to my second e mail. This store is the best. I had bought a Food Network panini press in December 2011. It is an official brand of Kohls. I called about getting it fixed. The lady told me they didn't have the part and just take it back. I didn't have a receipt from almost 2 yrs ago. She said only they sell it so they will take it back. This store is so great. My mother in law takes the greasy press to customer service. No receipt. No box. They don't have it or anything comparable. They look up my credit card number. Find the purchase. And they refunded me the full price. I wasn't even there! This is a company that stands behind their products and gives awesome customer service. read more

I used to LOVE coming to Kohls! However, their styles have changed. Their juniors section doesn't have many options and most of their clothes look similar to each to each other. They have pretty decent sales on certain items, but still expensive. The clothes in the juniors section are just plain ugly- looks like grandma clothes. The exercise wear section of the juniors aisle takes up way too much space -not everyone wants their entire wardrobe dedicated to fitness wear. A lot of their stuff is in disarray, very messy. Looks very cluttered and is NOT pleasing to the eye (yes, that matters). Don't even get me started on the shoe section! It's always a mess, nothing is ever out back where it's supposed to and they never, ever have the right sizes. Shoes at Kohls are pretty overpriced too. I'm not payed $80 for a pair of sandals -yes, I know that $80 is the SALE PRICE. I come here sometimes to browse, but most of the time I walk out empty-handed and unimpressed. First time at this location and was very happy with the staff. Seems good customer service is on the decline these days but not at this Kohl's store! From the woman on the floor to the woman at the customer service desk to the gentleman who delivered my online order...they were all so nice. Ridiculous that I had to wait in line at customer service at least 20 minutes with only one customer in front of me. I kept on hearing our system is down. I get up to counter and they processed one item. They processed the second item in which I had purchased last week with credit card. Because system was down they would only give me merchandise credit instead of cash refund. "I could wait" to see if system comes back up or come back later. I am handicapped and unable to walk without major pain. There has to be a backup. Very poor "corporate" procedures and NOT FAIR to customer. read more
